Discount Tires in my go-to place to get tires. I like how they back up their products and it's definitely worth getting the road hazard protection they will always fix your flats for free if it's fixable. And of course if you have road hazard and they can't fix it you'll get new tires when it comes to buying tires there's no other place to go

Came in with a tire issue, left with a battery issue, no problem with the car before coming in, will not be returning to this discount tire, been a customer for years and they just acted like they did not care whatsoever

Discount tire is always good service if you forgive the corporate pressure on the staff to sell tires. They have a very impressive digital tire depth gauge.

Forgot about my car after I paid $500 for 2 tires. After 10 minutes past my "expected completion time" I had to ask them why it was taking so long (yes I had an appointment) after several people coming in after me were already done. Gave no explanation or apology, like it's the only tire shop in town and I should be grateful that they're even willing to take my money. I won't be coming back here again. It may be just a "this day" or "that employee taking a break on the clock", but an HOUR (and several stalls being left empty after someone leaves) before even pulling the car in, is too much when making an APPOINTMENT.

Had 4 new tires installed. Within a couple hours got stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire. Called Discount tire and they made no effort to help me.

BIG shout out to ZEFERINO "Zef" at the Cave Creek and Bell Rd location!! This place has ALWAYS done a rockstar job and has great customer service. This evening 9.30.24 Zef went above and beyond and I want to personally thank him for doing a great job!! I highly recommend this location.

DO NOT GET AN ALIGNMENT HERE! I changed the ball joints and outer tie rod ends on my car myself, and then came here and bought one tire to replace my spare and got an alignment. The alignment was worse after they worked on the car then it was before. They also forgot to put the new spare tire in the trunk, at the first traffic light I hopped out and checked and it wasn't in there. Someone walked it out to the car for me which was nice, but no one apologized or said anything of the sort. Also, when I called to asked if they could do an alignment, I was simply told yes. But after 2 hours in there waiting room I find out that a they can only adjust the toe in and toe out, they cannot adjust the Caster or camber. They said they didn't have the training and their regular alignment guy was only there Tuesdays and Saturdays. So when they said they could do an alignment, they were telling a lie. A whole alignment means a whole alignment! And I told them specifically that I changed the ball joints and outer tie rod ends, so they should have known that an entire alignment would be necessary. I bought four tires last year, and I reached the tire rotation mileage, so I bought one more time to replace the old spare, and rotated the tires myself after I got the alignment. However I will have to go to the dealership to get an alignment since these people don't tell the truth and can't do the work anyway.

My appointment time was 1045, it is now 1145, which was my estimated completion time and my car is still in the parking lot... I was quoted 45 minutes for a rotation.... it's been an hour and my car is still untouched. I made an appointment for a reason, so I didn't spend the day here. They obviously do not honor appointments....

Nothing like getting hassled and pressured by both the salesmen and the manager in buying two tires when I stop for one tire with a slow leak on the way to work. I explained to the salesman and then again to the manager, that I would be getting a lift and larger tires within the next month. but they didn't listen and kept pressuring me. So I finally gave in and said fine give me the two tires and get me back on the road! I have to go to work! THEN they finally started moving like lightning. Way to meet your sales quota Discount Tire! So not happy with them right now.

Overall, I would rate this store with five stars. My last experience with them was extremely disappointing, and while they ended up making it right, I feel it took too long and their customer service was lacking a bit. I've been a 20+ year customer of this store and never had a problem. I came in Labor Day weekend for tire balancing, and they lost the key to my wheel locks. I noticed it within 30 minutes of leaving the store and called about it. Even that quickly, no one seemed to know what had happened. I went back to the store an hour later, and the lock was nowhere to be found. Daniel said he would order a new one and would call me later in the week. When I hadn't heard anything back by Thursday, I called them. Turns out the key hadn't been ordered after all. It was ordered this time, and when I called to check several days later, it still hadn't arrived. It was ordered from the east coast? Not sure why that was, but okay. They called me on Weds or Thursday this week and told me I could come in whenever and it wouldn't take but a few minutes to deal with. I asked about Saturday, concerned about how busy they typically are on Saturday mornings, and was told it was fine. I got here this morning, two weeks later now, again expressed my concern with time, and was assured it would be taken care of quickly. I've been here about 45 minutes, and I'm still waiting. I have other things I need to be doing, expressed as much multiple times, multiple times was told it would be quick, yet here I sit. I'm so disappointed because I know this store is better than this. It took until the third phone conversation to even get an apology. Not even an apology today when I came in for them to fix it. I'll be back, but I hope they understand how disappointing this was for me as a long-time customer. I appreciate y'all, but please do better.

When you schedule an appointment, you would expect that you will be serviced at that time. This is not the case at this location as an appointment time is just a scam to get you into the establishment, but you will be waiting long past that time before your car gets pulled onto the service area.

Although I’m generally a fan of Discount, this most recent experience has wasted my time. I came in to get an opinion on a car’s alignment on a used car we just bought my Son. We know it has a problem due to bad tire wear, but don’t know what the problem is and that is why we were there. They would not even diagnose the car without us buying tires first. I’m of the opinion I need to know how much I’m dumping into alignment and suspension before I know my budget for wheels and tires, or just tires, nice tires or budget tires, depending on the cost of repairs, but Steven wouldn’t even put it on the rack for us. Twenty years of family loyalty, new driver on the road, tossed out the window. Dumb. I tried to explain my position, but didn’t get anywhere. Dense.

Sadly the new reply to fixing leaky tires is it's not repairable...I have a prior patch that is now leaking...easily removed and replaced...they want to sell tires..not fix them...besides they sold us$1200.00 tires that did not last the 60000 mile tread warranty...they blame the warranty issue on not following the Michelin rotation of a full sized spare...my suv has a small donut spare...and guess who rotated the tires on their schedule...they did every one...but it's my fault...the tires did not last 35000 miles...the excuses never end...they just sell new tires with fake warranties... .

Gaslighting thieves until you catch them red handed. This applies to the manager, Chris, as well as the assistant manager John. I had an alignment done, after which my car was as bad before as it was after. Called the store in, discussed it with their alignment guy, and after reading him the last page of the handout we were given "THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT SPECIFY A FRONT CASTER ADJUSTMENT", I was told not to bring the car in again because they could not help me. They will not test drive your car, and if you need an alignment done, it's purely machine based and they could not possibly care any less about how your car functions. They'll refer you to a place down the street as they did me- So I called to question what exactly I paid for and why none of this was mentioned and why I spent an absurd amount of time on the phone trying to figure this out. The assistant manager, John, will lie through his teeth and say "we will issue you a refund, bring in your card". However, when you show up, he will say, "oops, well you needed to be here when Chris is around". Chris is the manger, who is a gaslighting and lying (fill in the blank). He initially pretended he had no idea who I was, what car I was speaking about, until I started speaking in detail in a store full of people. He immediately was able to, from memory, recall that I had talked to his assistant manager twice and about the specific car. He lied about not being able to pull up the records (I had called other discount tires to make sure they could do this, so I knew he was lying through his teeth). He asked me if I had the receipt and original alignment so he could look at it- I replied saying that after speaking to his assistant manager, twice, the only thing they requested I bring in was the original card. He kept trying to make it sound like I didn't follow their instructions. Oh, and the first time I went in with the assistant manager, John, with the original card, he stated "you need to be present when Chris is available because the alignment system is a beta program is a beta one and they would like your feedback". This was a blatant lie. Chris berated me, played dumb, and tried to play dumb despite knowing what was going on exactly (as evidenced by him citing my car, year, model, number of times spoke to the assistant manager from memory, and a lot of other things). Lying, gaslighting, deceitful. Stay away unless you want to burn money and deal with thieves.
