Great a walk ins and fast to get me in and out. They don’t pressure me into sales and give me options to allow me to pick an option that fits my budget. I have to wait to get tires but again it’s fast and not a whole day event.

I like Discount Tire, however, I am getting tired of the long wait times. I would give them 5 stars because of how well they take care of my vehicle, I stay loyal. Just please work on the wait times with more staff in the front area all the time that can help more.

I came to this Discount location a few weeks ago to take advantage of the free tire pressure checks they offer, since my tire pressure light came on in my car. The check in process was smooth and it is nice that I was allowed to stay in the car while the pressure check was performed. I eventually found out from the employee who performed my check that my 2 rear tires needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Flash forward a couple of days and I returned to get them replaced. During this visit, I worked with Hudson; the general manager, and I was very impressed with my experience. In addition to replacing my 2 rear tires, Hudson recommended that I replace one of my front tires since the tread was getting low. However after explaining that I only intended to replace my rear tires this visit (but would come back later to replace the front tire) and had a budget I needed to stick to, Hudson was extremely understanding and accommodating to my needs. In addition to this, he helped me tremendously with making the tire buying/replacement process as seamless as possible; since it was my first time doing it myself. He also gave great tire recommendations that were budget friendly and had the same high quality as my original tires. As far as wait time is concerned, it was a lot quicker than I expected - I spent about 30 minutes to an hour in the lobby which went by fast! With that said, I am very happy with my recent experience at Discount; and can understand why my family loves coming here. I even submitted a review on the email they provided and received a glowing response from the store manager! For anyone who is looking for a great place for all your tire needs, I highly recommend Discount! You will NOT regret it!!

I gotta hand it to Discount Tire and my sales rep, Parker. I asked them to pull off a miracle, a full set of tires before they closed. Not only did they happily do it, they knocked it out of the park by getting me back on the road and headed off down the road in less than 45 minutes. You guys ROCK!!! Discount tires at 4th Ave and Bell is where I'll be purchasing all of my tires in the future, Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

Great experience at this location. Tire pressure was low on one of my tires, and I went in for them to add air to that tire. Found out it had a nail that was causing my tire problem. But I had an appointment that I couldn't cancel, they were so nice they added some air and told me to come back after my appointment to get it fixed. So I did. I came back and they fixed it. It was easy and on my way without any fuss. Thank You!

Always buy my tires here but went for the seasonal tire emblem that shows on your dash. I like that they air your tires.

Somehow managed to get my flat with multiple nails patch and repaired in like 20 minutes. I went over to get a burger, came back expecting to be waiting for a few more minutes, and my car was already done. And for free! Their original determination was that they may need to replace the tire so this was a pleasant surprise! Great service as usual

They will damage your vehicle, not report the damage, and then send you through their slow-moving, lackluster third party insurance company with ZERO regard for compensation. Don't be fooled by their kindness, they could care less. They have lost my business and my trust.

I like that they check your tire pressure for free, the only problem is the line is pretty long. I don’t know the best time to go to not have to wait 30 to 40+ minutes for this service. If you know please let me know (west side of Phoenix AZ).

Showed up with one leaky tire. Agent said the tread was a little low on another good tire, suggested replacing both and putting good in front, new in back. I agreed. They then mounted the wrong size tire. I found out today they also put the bad tire I came in to replace in the front and threw out two good ones. They also didn't reset TPMS so my car is reading all my rims incorrectly. I now have 2 tires that are the wrong size and the bad tire I came in to replace after spending two hours and $400 with them. Will update after my appointment today if resolved.

The service at this location is great. They've rotated my tires on both my cars and have usually done it pretty quick. They've also repaired several flats and I've used their free air service before too. I'll continue using this location for my tire needs.

Discount Tire is great in general and this store is awesome. Just had a nail in my tire and they fixed it after the free air check showed the pressure of 17 and the other tires 39. The charge was $0.

Great service from the guys inside, they always fix you right and quick. Usually never have to wait longer then two hours and your on your way. My only issue this go around (reason for the one star) was the fact the young guy fixing my tire refused to pull my vehicle into bay and made me do it because the tire was flat, I'm thinking huge liability issue for one and two I believe that is your job and I am paying a fee for this service, so again why did I have to do it...my guess he couldn't drive a stick...this really bothered me, might think twice about who to go to now.

I buy my tires at Discount Tire -- because the quality of tires and the outstanding service makes me a happy customer. Today I had my tires rotated (free service). I made an appointment for first thing this morning, and then I asked David (Asst. Manager) for a quick turn-around. He was happy to accommodate me because I had a business appointment that I needed to be at and did not want to miss having my tires taken care of. The service in this store is excellent ....all the customer service guys are attentive to the customers, polite and accommodating. I try not to schedule things too close together, but today was an unusual situation and David Gould, assistant manager, understood my request. Thank you for excellent customer care!

JJ and Hudson were superb! Hudson genuinely cares about his customers from start to finish. JJ the assistant manager generously discounted my wheel and tire package making it an affordable and doable purchase for me, he even had to go pick up the wheels I chose at another location. That’s above and beyond exceptional customer service in a world where you rarely encounter such dedication and service anymore. Very helpful & professional gentlemen at this location! My company truck tire had to be replaced the previous patch failed.Issue is they put a different brand of tire on the truck and didnt notify me that it needed replaced. I didn't notice there was a different brand of tire on it until i got back work .I called and spoke to JJ and asked him to put the same brand of tire that was already on the truck (purchased at this store) they made me a 10 am appointment and it's 1045 and my truck hasn't even moved yet. Whats the point of an appointment? Maybe some simple communication would help. Very disappointing experience. I will say the guys behind the counter are very nice thats why 2 star not 1.

My daughter went here yesterday to get a rebalance and rotation. She can't remember who it was, but he told her that she needed two new tires, when she didn't, because we just purchased her tires like 4 months ago. All they wanted to do is try to sell her tires and when she refused they told her that they can't rebalance a rotate tires. I have never had a bad experience at discount tire and this was the first time. I guarantee you one thing as rude as they were to my daughter I will never go to discount tire again.

The picture does no justice for how filthy my WHITE steering wheel was left. I couldn’t imagine what they would do to the inside of an all white car/tesla. My leather was covered in BLACK and covered in grease! That was the ending to my bad experience. The beginning to my bad experience was I came in for my tire appointment. Apparently the two tires they ordered me days before that, were GONE. Not sure who gave them away to probably another customer. So the employee sold me on two other tires that where available (different brand) said it makes no difference mixing two different brands and many before have said the opposite there. Seems like not everyone is on the same page. And the two tires they originally ordered me there was no notes on my account of this it’s as if it never happened. Overall huge lack of customer service and care for customers vehicles. I can’t even get this sludge off my steering wheel. 👍🏻
