Hands-down, the best Customer Service I have ever experienced at any Discount Tire location. From now on this will be my go to store and I will not go to any other location but this one off of Cactus Rd in Phoenix next to the Chompie’s Restaurant. Today I had the pleasure of working with sales person James W. He was just so on top of things and making sure that everything was done right from the moment I met him to the moment I drove away. This is also the location where I picked up those beautiful Matt Black aftermarket wheels for my 2018 electric blue Honda HRV, which look particularly sharp. Thank you for everything guys, including the technicians in the bay. You all did a beautiful job.

The customer service here is second to none. I don’t go anywhere else when I need tires. However I wish they would slow down a little bit. They crossed threaded one of my lugs so they had to snap it off. I then had to spend a few hours waiting for it to get repaired at a different shop. They paid for it but still.

Updating ON: Oct. 20, 2024. Services my for car again for tires.. I drive a good amount and drive a bit aggresive-defensive. Good residual warranty. Fast service, but I book ahead. I only wish I remeber my CS tech's name!! A knowedgable, part-time worker, of 3 years working there, who knows his job very well; he has bright future there or wherever. He cared. Most important, he put up with me and was kind too. -----------------End, Oct. 19, 2024 service date---------- Tires are a great way to measure inflation as some people tend to buy the same product from the same place over the life of one's vehicle. Though prices have gone up well over ten percent, I am pleased to say the prices, quality and service still measures up with their competition. The lobby was swamped when I went there, but despite that, they had in-and-out burger style check-in with CS agents on tablets going through those not at a window with a CS tech. even being in the back of the line, I was attended to in under a few minutes. I bought four tires at about what I had expected to pay for them as I research most larger purchases ahead of time. Brock was my CS person. He did great educating me on different options. When they came to give me my keys, I said this is totally unacceptable.... Unacceptable that they got me back the car in way under the one hour they had forecasted. I mean, I am used to getting disappointed! No dice here. They did a great job.

This is THE Discount Tire to purchase tires and have them serviced. The staff are skilled, friendly, and fast. Even Though all of the shops offer great prices, the service at this location WILL make you happy

I was on my way to Pinetop and was on the 51 when my low tire pressure came on. Stopped at the discount tire on Cactus/32 st. Justin, The manager, took care of my Tires personally. He had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. Great service!!

This place is amazing! I ended up getting a nail in my tire on my way to work and thankfully wasn’t too far from this location. They checked all my tires, walked me through all my replacement options, then had my new tires put on and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I really appreciate how thorough and transparent the entire process was. All the employees were incredibly nice as well!

I recently had to purchase new tires at Discount Tire on 32nd street and Cactus in Phoenix. The experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help me find the perfect tires for my vehicle without any pressure to buy. They took the time to explain the different options and helped me make an informed decision. The installation process was quick and efficient. The technicians were professional and made sure that everything was done correctly. What made the experience even better was the discount I received. I was eligible for an $80 instant discount on the purchase and installation of four select tires (even though a couple tires had to be delivered from a different location). I've been a customer of this store since 2000 and I've always been thoroughly satisfied the quality of tires, coupled with the excellent customer service from Discount Tire. I highly recommend them for any of your tire needs.

Tony was terrific! He didn't hesitate to commit to staying as long as necessary on a Saturday afternoon to ensure my vehicle's lug nuts we're removed without damaging other components after the locking lugnut key proved to be too stripped to use. The new tires and lugnuts were installed quickly and at a very competitive price. Free tire rotation and flat repair is a bonus. Loosing pressure in front tire; TPMS alert. Showed up at 8:10 on Saturday morning, the busiest day of the, w/o an appointment. 9:25 drove off with a perfectly repaired tire AND a new set of wiper blades. My road hazard certificate covered the flat completely!

Had a set of four tires replaced by appointment. When I arrived there was a logistical error with tires I had already ordered. The staff handled it in a very professional manner and did right by the customer. Was very pleased with the experience I had here.

Look, you're gonna wait. Even if you make an appointment. No matter what you do or when you go, you're going to wait. Because there are eleventy billion people in Phoenix and the roads are trash so everyone always has tire problems. That said, they're good dudes and do a good job. Fair price. Going as fast as they can it looks like.

Took my vehicle in to get a recently flat tire that was repaired checked and to get tires rotated and balanced. I made an appointment for 415pm, i get there at 410 and wait. At 450 they still have not looked at my vehicle so I have to prompt them. They finally take it back about 455 and I wait 20-25 min and they say its done. I asked where they put the tire that was repaired so i can keep an eye on it they said back passenger. On my way home the back tires psi are reading 28 & 43, i figured i'll wait til morning cuz its hot out. Well this morning the psi's on back tires are reading 28 & 41!! Worse than when I took it in!! What a complete waste of my time!! Now i have to take it to another Discount Tire location because the Discount on Cactus & 32nd st obviously are useless!!
