Made an appointment at 1pm so I get there at 12:50am. Takes them 2 HOURS AND A HALF HOURS to even get my car into the garage. No sorries, explanations or anything. Will absolutely pay more somewhere else. Discount tires, discount service.

Their prices are very cheap, but unfortunately, I'm always tricked by that damn employee. I don’t know why I always get assigned to this guy! I told him I was in a hurry to go to work and that if it wasn't possible, I would come back next time. He assured me it would be done within an hour. But I waited for an hour and a half. I couldn't wait any longer, so I asked him when it would be finished. He said, "You're next." I had been waiting for an hour and a half, and with work approaching, he hadn't even started yet! Then don't promise me it would be done within an hour! So terrible experience!

Went here to get some new tires for my Volkswagon. I explicitly told them that I would like the tires on the set of rims in the trunk, and sadly they put them on the wrong rims. (Not the end of the world, and they fixed it). Come a few weeks later, I take my car to be inspected, and they had used the old lug-nuts which were not the proper ones. Even though one of the workers told me if they were the wrong kind he’d let me know, and they’d install new ones. Using the old lug nuts is not acceptable, especially not when a wheel could fall off or damage my new rims. *Gave 2 stars because at least the workers there were kind. But I would not go there again.

Good prices on tires and I have always bought from here because I didn’t want to wait 2 hours every time I needed a rotation like at Costco. Unfortunately this location is the slowest of all the discount tires I’ve used before (TX, VA, IL). 9am appt for tire rotation and as of 10:40am car hasn’t moved.

Made an appointment online 2 weeks ahead of time. Arrived on time after receiving 20 reminders via email and text. Was told they over booked the day and my tire rotation would take an hour and a half. Thanks for making your mistake my problem, and wasting my time.

I felt harassed to buy wipers that I didn’t need. I had already spent $1000 on tires, I didn’t need wipers. It was brought up 3 times, including telling me that my current wipers are damaged, which they’re not. I almost walked out due to the wiper harrassmwnt.

AMAZING experience! I was shopping online and found tires at Tirerack.com (who owns Discount Tire). I called Thur. morning to confirm the estimated installation cost shown on the TR page. While talking to Dylan he offered to order the tires for me direct to the store. He advised me that the tires I saw online (on sale) were 3 years old and why they were so highly discounted. I explained I go through tires quickly and the age wouldn't be a factor for them to possibly turn to dry-rot due to age in the future. He offered to try and find other options he could draw from in inventory or through suppliers. He came up with a very comparable option that he could have at the store in the next day or two at the latest. I was looking to get these put on as quickly as possible with holiday travel coming up. Discount Tire as a whole worked to ensure I had my tires quickly! Called me first thing Sat. to let me know they were in, got me in the que for install as I left the house right away to get them done. I know I will be back and anyone I know that needs tires because it's important to promote those who do a good job just to do a good job! Call in and ask for Dylan S. if you need this type of service for your next tire buying experience!

Have been coming here for a while and last time i had very bad experience. Tyler told me one price, i said lets order. When i came to their stop to buy, he was giving me a different price, saying he never told me cheaper. These teenager looking boys think they are smarter than everyone. They are not honest

They have good prices. Unfortunately super slow service even with a million texts working. I came to have two tires installed that I had already purchased It took almost 2 hours to have two tires replaced. None of the employees seem to care that it was taking a ridiculous amount of time.

Used to be one of the better places around, now it's ran by highschool students and a complete mess. They can't wait to upsell the crap outta you and then make you wait 2-3 hrs for your tires to be put on (a 20 minute process). Anywhere is better than here.

I've been a Discount Tire customer for nearly 20 years. I've bought and maintained tires at numerous locations ranging from Texas, to Colorado, and now here in Pennsylvania. They have great customer service, especially at this location. They recently repaired a tire for me that had a nail in it. They are always friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know.

This was my 2nd visit here at DT. The 1st time was I bought 2 new tires from DT.com back in May 2024 and chose this location to install them. Now this 2nd time I had flat from a nail in one of the tires that had I bought from DT. So positive things were they honored the free patch and they weren’t too busy and some bays open so got me in quick without an appointment. So great new tire pricing, ease of online booking, prompt onsite services, and quick accommodation without an appointment were all positives that got them a 4-star but here are the things that got them one star taken away. The 1st time I went since I only bought two new tires, they pushed me to buy additional warranty for the two existing tires that were fairly new that wasn’t from DT.com. I said why not, in this way all 4 of my tires has warranty on them at this place. If that wasn’t enough, they pushed new lug nuts on me stating that my OEM lug nuts were all “swelled” up and they can’t get my tires off easy. After I declined multiple times, they finally eased up. Now this 2nd time I returned there to get my flat tire repaired, guess what? More F-ing talks about lug nuts! To shut them up about lug nuts for indefinitely (because he said our lug nuts are stress tested and you’ll never need another set), I gave in and bought a set of 20 new lug nuts! In all fairness, my OEM lug nuts were pretty beat up so I didn’t mind it buying a set from DT. So why deduct a star? Because they Do always push you to buy more on your every visit! Warranties and beware of the LUG NUTS monsters!

We showed up to have the tires checked on the car to make sure they had enough air in them. After checking each tire and filling them up he informed us that the tread count on the tires were not in the best condition what number was in a number 2 tread count which they are not allowed to touch or do anything with it puts us in great danger we ended up getting four new tires what a great experience it just shows that there are some companies out there that really care about their customers

Corey and Dylan are great, I've felt really taken care of multiple times by these young men. I needed tires - they had 'em. Needed a wheel - they had one for me. Installed it same day even though I would have 100% understood 'nah its too late'. I felt like my business mattered and that is important to me.

All of the staff were friendly and courteous, but I'm extremely grateful for the service I received from Cory this morning. During a routine tread depth and air pressure check, Cory brought to my attention issues with my front tires that I never noticed before. He was very thorough in his explanation and provided great recommendations. I appreciated his professionalism as well. I will come back to this center again and definitely reccomend it to others...

This is a great tire store! Excellent place to visit for anything related to shopping for and purchasing tires. My service writer's name was Dylan Straight and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite with a great personality! He explained all the work being done and why it needed to be accomplished. Showed me a breakdown of the billed items and never attempted to force me to purchase something I didn't want. One of the best things about my experience was the time involved. Dylan told me it should be done within 30 minutes and it was actually completed in 20 minutes. Everyone I interacted with at Discount Tire was truly helpful and polite. I was really impressed with this business and their staff. Would I shop there again? Absolutely, in a heartbeat! Fantastic experience getting new tires for my vehicle.

I brought in a wheel/tire to be balanced and Jim was my advisor who met me in the parking lot. He was friendly, listened to my concerns and offered quality advice to resolve the problem. The entire crew seems super professional, I waited in the parking lot and observed several customer interactions and everyone was treated equally well and with a high level of concern for their issues. I watched a few cars being serviced in the bay and the technicians were very efficient. They took the time to clean off the tire lubricant from the newly installed wheels and properly used a torque wrench to finish the lug nuts, which I have seen plenty of shops not do. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

These guys simply scammers! This was a good place service and tires but now they just only about making money! I had a problem with their tires when I been there for that and they said the wheel was bad but the wheels was actually good (I asked them to show me what's wrong with the wheel and Dylon just pointing his finger idk where like he was confused where to show cuz wheel wasn't bad at all) it was bad tire that was making noise but they ignored it to not take care of tire which I bought from them! And this is not all, I have many other bad experiences with them. Long story short be careful these scammers!
