Took my RAV4 in for a tire rotation. I had an appointment and they ran late. Once they got my car in they had to replace one of the tire sensors (tpsm). They recommend replacing all 4 when only one failed. $70 ea plus tax. No thank you. I can buy 4 of them for under $30. I went ahead and paid to get the only failed unit replaced. Once they finally got my car in they came back to me and said they would have to replace the lugnuts as the edges were rounded and they could not guarantee they could torque them. I said just put the tire back on and I will rotate them myself at home. I have a torque wrench but being a 100% 76 year old disabled vet I had hoped to avoid this chore. Plus I wanted to keep my warranty intact. They said they can't let me leave without being assured of the proper torque. So again I was charged $70 for new lugs that I could buy elsewhere in chromed 304 SS for $30. About a month ago my 13 year old (supervised by my son in law) used a lug wrench to remove the tires when we redid the brakes. They were not hard to remove nor re-torque properly. Why do I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Such BS! I won't be back.

What a bad experience after getting 4 new tires. Provided my 4 TPMS sensors after confirming with the guy they will do it since they were charging me for installation of the tires anyway. Not only they "forgot" to put it. I had to come back because they did not align the tires properly with the balance point. Came back for them to do it and was given the car in the exact same condition. On top of that they did not calibrared the sensors since "they were not compatible" BS, because the guy who took my order confirmed the brand can be calibrated with their machine, also, they were trying to upselling me everything they could. They were pissed I have declined their sales. I was told because of the inconvenience they will fix it for free and they tried to charge me for it. When I pointed out it was getting done for free they made it me look like a dick that did not want to pay for anything. I run the operations for the company I work for and I am the one making the decision where to buy stuff (including tires). I will make sure the company doesn't buy tires from this place anymore.

Friendly people that are not trying to scam you out of money. The man that helped me walked me through the (free) diagnostic and explained my options and pricing for if I had it taken care of in house but also explained ways I could save money. I had a damaged wheel and couldn’t afford to buy four new ones so I got one from eBay and brought it to them. They mounted the tire and put it on my car in 15 minutes 👍 As a young woman, I really appreciated their honesty and that they didn’t aggressively try to upsell me after my first decline

SUPERB! This Shop is Managed and Serviced primarily by very young men. Today, alot of people bad talk our young people-(I do not like or adhere to) I'm here to say that these young men are excellent. There is a wait, however, it's worth it. They care about service and quality. 18-24 year olds. They are outstanding young men. I had $4,000 tires and rims installed. They were so careful and respectful. Great job. They should be proud of the young men they are and the future they have in whatever career they undertake. I'm so impressed. Gregg

Worst tire shop ever I've tryed them two times now. Once the messed up a set of aftermarket wheels to the point they gave me the front tires. Then for redemption I have a appointment and they don't even call to say hey we don't have your tires. Go somewhere else

This place takes AMAZING care of their customers. They aren’t here to nickel and dime you. They sincerely care about you and go above and beyond in making you feel taken care of. Since moving to Raleigh, I’ve gotten two nails in my tires, and they have been so kind and generous. As long as I am living here, I am going nowhere else. After all that they have done for me (and they didn’t have to), they have earned my loyalty.

Consistently BEST TIRE SERVICE EVER. I've been going to this location for years and they are simply the best. It starts at the top with the general manager Jeb. He is a man of integrity who works to make your experience perfect. He also works in the bays when needed to help his team. His team is great and are respectful to customers. They work hard. Ordered tires on their website. They were delivered the same day. Showed up just before they opened on Saturday, without an appointment, and the tires were installed and my wife was out the door in less than an hour everyone I spoke to by phone and in person was super nice and helpful. This was my 2nd time having installed here and it won't be my last. Highly recommended.

Called this morning and Colman was so helpful on the phone. He explained my options clearly and concisely and informed me that they do accept walk-ins, although the wait may be longer. I took a gamble, as we had an urgent tire situation. I’m still waiting, but I wanted to share that this is the cleanest, welcoming and most hospitable car service place I’ve ever encountered. Everyone is genuinely so nice and polite-I’ve witnessed several interactions with customers while waiting, and it literally warms my heart to hear how respectful and helpful the gentleman are here, especially with older customers (opening doors, escorting them out to their cars, making sure they understand any calibrations and feel safe and secure before leaving). Just lovely. I’m sure their work ethic echoes their customer service skills and look forward to having them work on my vehicle.

Great tire buying experience! Ordered my tires online ( at a good price) and set an appointment. Jeb and his staff were transparent and finished my tire instillation almost 30 minutes ahead of the quoted time. The staff and online texting keep you updated as to the status of your car and gave great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that wants quality tires at good prices and great customer service!

I would not trust my tire stressors to anyone except Anthony with Discount Tires off Millbrook Road! Anthony was truly professional, trustworthy, and kind second to no one! I had a terrible unfixable hole in my tire! Not a task I wanted to handle on that day. After meeting Anthony, I was immediately more relaxed and knew I was in good hands! Anthony had my tire replaced and me out the door onto my destination in under 45 minutes total. I highly recommend Discount Tires and especially Anthony! You will be in awesome hands and feel good with your decision! Thsnk you Anthony! You rock!

Miserably poor experience. Went in Friday and we talked about replacing all 4 tires on my car. They had 2 of them but needed to order the other 2. Said they would have them by Tuesday so we supposedly set up an appointment for 1:30 on Wednesday. I arrive on Wednesday and am told it should be ready by 4. Pretty long wait but I was hopeful it would be done earlier. I decide to wait at the store for them to finish. I stand up to stretch my legs and walk around 3:45 and see my car is still in the parking lot. I go to the desk and see what’s up since they said it would be done by 4. They say my car is up next and it’ll take about 20 minutes. I sit back down and wait more. At 4:30 I get up again and see my car hasn’t moved. The desk worker says there was a mixup and the tires are being pulled now to get it all changed out. I get up again at 4:55 and my car still hasn’t moved. Now they say that they had trouble locating the 4th tire even though they had previously left a voicemail saying they had all 4 and was good to come in. They finally get my car in over an hour after they said it would be finished. So many people came in and left while I was waiting for them to finish. I had to be somewhere at 5:15 and it wasn’t finished so I had to have my partner who was working, leave and get me to take my to my appointment (which I was obviously late for). Nothing was done to make up for this total lack of professionalism and I hope no one else has this sort of experience. I will never be returning to this location.

Very very rude customer service. I was parked at the air check area and waited at least 10 minutes before driving off for someone to come check my tire pressure. During that time, they all saw me but no one came over to me. I called the store and no one answered.

A friend’s tire went flat and we put a spare on. Took the tire to Discount Tire. Turns out is was just a puncture and they patched it and put it back on. Colman was awesome. So helpful. We all were visiting from out of town for an event, and thanks to Colman and the other guys on the team, it didn’t spoil the event!

Don’t do business here. I was driving by and their delivery truck was blocking the entire roadway(rude) I called the manager and he told me I was in the wrong. Managers name was JEB. He even gave me the wrong district managers number lol

Went here to get a tire patched. The guy wouldn't when let them look at my tire because I didn't purchase from them. Only wanted to sell me a new tire. Why would I give you my business?

Honestly, this shop has the nicest, friendliest staff! I got two new rear tires. I was quoted a reasonable time, but it ended up being so much faster than even that! The whole thing was just a pleasant experience. Will 100 percent return to this shop!
