They are always helpful and fast I like the work they do but tires are not cheap I would hope they were a little more affordable

Do not buy rims from them. Their exchange policies are scams, and they will leave you with rims you don't really like.

**UPDATE** Chandler D, customer support, commented immediately after writing my review and sent a link so i can give "more information" (which in reality is a trick to try to make the bad review look better). The link says to send the original review and that's it. No follow up, no emails, no texts, Nothing happens after that. Discount Tire is more interested in image control. That should be a "safety issue" you need to look into. haha Went to buy a rim today so I could have a full size spare. The gal didn't want to mount my "used" (albeit good tire) for my safety. Haha! Yeah...it's a lot safer having a blowout on the highway and having to walk on the side of the road for someone to mount my tire on my brand new discount tire rim. You gotta love the disingenuous people at discount tire. It's not illegal to drive on a used tire but it should be illegal for some gal at discount tire to tell me what is "good" for my safety. It wasn't like the belts were exposed...it was a ploy to get me to buy a new tire for a spare that I hope not to use again. Haha! Discount tire = BUMS... just stick to mounting tires. Let your clients worry about safety.

I have had three different companies registered with discount tire since they started their existence. I don’t go anywhere else. I can tell you this do not go to Espinho they looked at me and turned their back on me. I wouldn’t go to that place on a bet.

Two and a half hours to get the rotate and balance on their certificate program, I guess I should have made an appointment. I think there's certificate repairs should be in a different line than people buying tires.

I was told my tire had no issues when the air pressure was low. The very next day tire pressure was low again took in in again and they missed a nail in the tire. They tried to explain that it was the tire sensor error or computer.

Had an issue with a tire so, headed over. Spoke with an advisor that said he could take of the tire and a rotation at no charge and would take over an hour. I told him that would be fine and we arrived at 11:30. So, at 1:20 my vehicle still had not been taken care of and when asking the advisor how much longer stated another 30 minutes to an hour. There were other people that came in after us being seen and leaving. I’ve always had an issue with my Discount Tire over years and thought to give them another try but this affirms it, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! It’s ridiculous how they treat customers with no updates and stand around talking to one another. I do realize it was going to be a free repair but the amount of time waiting was ridiculous.

This frkg store sold my daughter tires with an alignment, only she needed lower control arms which they informed her of but sold her an alignment which they knew couldn't be done properly until the control arms were replaced and they don't have the experience to do the job and still charged her for an alignment that they knew damn well they couldn't perform. That's not only illegal but unethical. I'm going tomorrow with her and their invoice and give them a lesson in ethics as well as legal recourse.

I came into this location because they can check wheel alignment. I made an appointment. Check-in was easy and within 15 min my alignment was checked, which turns out it was needed. Rolando explained the specifications and showed me per a printout how much out of alignment my wheels were. I waited in the store. Water bottles were available (but I had my own), music playing to help pass the time, and the air conditioning was nice and cold so this made for a very comfortable wait. Everything I needed to take a short nap :-) The total time from check-in to out-the-door was 45 minutes. Thanks again, Rolando! It would have been less time but I ended up purchasing wiper blades and that took a few minutes to install.

Was there 2 hours and wasn’t told my car was ready . Took them maybe an hour to do my balance and didn’t even come to tell me is there was an issue with my tires as I asked . Definitely need to be trained for better customer service instead of having an attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this location 1604&potranco is my go to . Always amazing service they always ask why for info on what prompted the visit and take down notes . Only came here since it’s the location That was able to do alignment which wasn’t done and wasn’t told they couldn’t do it . Thankfully I got up to get some info . Glad I didn’t pay for ahead like they wanted me to .

Amazing customer service and turn around time! They literally fixed the screw in my tire for free within an hour and even topped off the rest of my tire pressure. I couldn’t be happier, I will definitely be returning for new tires in the future. Thank you so much!

Horrible service!!! Made online appt for 4pm but came early at 250pm. Trev assured me my truck would be next and it would only take 20mins for service. 1hour 45 mins later my trk was taken into bay.

If your young. They will scam you. They sold my son a full size spare rim that is sitting in his back seat because it doesn't fit in the spare compartment. I tried to talk to the management and they won't do nothing because they're scammers. They're thieves, they'll rob you. They don't care about you. They only care about selling tires.
