That last comment/poem was awesome and well-deserved! LOL!! Adrian is an awesome dude…every single day! Came in this morning to have my ongoing tire issue checked out. They recognized the problem right away and replaced the whole set of tires. Now I’ll be able to go on my 26 hour roadtrip without all the vibration!! Test drove right after and….SMOOTH AS GLASS. (Just like the process here.) THANK YOU ADRIAN!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME! THANK YOU, ADRIAN! I wrote this poem to say thank you. Shortly after my left tire when flat, I called this location where Adrian was at. Expecting their greeting to be quite contrived, I received a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. They treated me with respect, patience and care. They fixed my flat quickly, and even topped off my spare! In a world where "service" is a word we forget, Let's remember the hard workers, long hours and sweat. There are still people out there, dedicated to us, Without people like Adrian, I'd be on the bus. I will continue to come here, until my Chevy expires. I thank God for Adrian and Discount Tire.

I have been buying tires from several businesses over the years, Discount in particular for the last 10+ years. I've done business with so many locations in different cities Houston, Corpus Christi and Dallas for my vehicles, mothers, kids...etc. I can tell you the Grissom location has the best team and I can tell you its because of the Excellent leadership I witnessed over the years from the Manager Jerry. I literally pass 2 locations to come to this location for the last 4 yrs. Being a business owner myself I can't help but to closely watch customer service interactions and the whole team here is pretty solid. I love to see a Manager/Leader in the trenches and Jerry leads by example in every way, no BS. Not only will you catch him directing over flow of traffic in the parking lot, helping the guys in the bay, you'll also see him shaking hands and addressing most of the customers by name. I wish I could give 10 stars because I've had the opposite experience at some of the other Discount locations. I highly recommend the Grissom location and Highly recommend some level of recognition for Jerry & the team their.

Discount tire always has consistently good service with a decent range of tires in stock for many price points. For sure make an appointment if you can and even pay online before you go for the quickest service. And they honor their road hazard protection warranties unlike Firestone stores.

Nice people. Good selection of tires. Sales staff has options to offer with side by side comparisons. Tire prices are competitive. I would go back again.

The whole staff was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable in their field. The person assisting me with my tire issues was very detailed on the best way to fix my tire issues. I will recommend Discount Tire to all my friends and family.

Purchased new tires for my truck 08/30/24 they advised me to install new lug nuts/wheel locks and replace all tpms sensors. The tpms light was on when arrived I didn’t want to have any issues in the future. Pick up my truck tpms sensor light still on they tried to reset the light a second time they were not able to reset. I had to go out of town on family emergency. Brought it back 5 days later dropped off the truck. The new lug nuts that they installed were oxidized. I told sale associate he said that he will replace the lug nuts. Pickup the truck that afternoon the tpms light was repaired lug nuts were not available that had to order them. Five weeks later I have a nail on my tire. Schedule an appointment online for tire rotation and flat tire dropped off my that morning I asked sale associate about my replacement lug nuts told me no problem sir get those replaced along with tire rotation and repairing the flat. Pickup truck that evening before closing no new lug nuts or tire rotation only flat tire repaired. The wheel locks are chrome plated and the lug nuts are zinc they don’t match. The sale associate asked me if I could bring it back for the tire rotation this has been so unconvinced go back in fourth. The sale associate replaced my front lug nuts and telling me that it’s normal for lug nuts to oxidize I replied not after five or thirty days. I have not mention any names of the sales associate that I have spoken with I would like to be contacted by a regional manager. Don’t feel it’s fair to me for the amount of money I spent on this service.

Shaun and the store went above and beyond to right the wrongs with my first ever experience of using Discount Tire. From the scheduling issues, and logistics of ordering online to the arrival of my tires and wheels, it seemed from the get go that it was going to be a debacle of an experience. But when Shaun got involved, he made sure that the problems I had were a top priority and got me in and out to make up for my lost time. They definitely earned my business back and will continue to use them in the future.

First-rate. These guys are fast, courteous, and fair. Thank you Richard for going above and beyond. My spare was an attempted steal, which left the wheel sitting incorrect under my truck. Richard never hesitated to take a look and determined, along with another Gentleman (I'm sorry Sir, thank you for your Help), it was an easy release, flip, and re-reel. I never hesitate to go to Discount Tire, they're life savers.

I had a tire changed at this location on Saturday Aug 31 2024. They were professional and efficient. The day was very busy and people had to be put on a waiting list but despite that they handled it very well. I want to give credit to Shawn (hope i spelled that right) for his professionalism and effectiveness.

It was a 3 hour wait to get the tire fixed. We returned the call after dropping it off. The front desk stated it was ready. We get there and there was a new tire on the car. Why? It was not authorized by us. Richard C the salesman authorized it for us. Why? Do you need thar tire sales that bad? $96 unauthorized. The excuse was the spare looked old. Our tire was leaking slowly and it took 2 days and we have an air pump. Richard C. Stated he assumed the sale. I assume Richard C has no customer skills. What if we didn't have the money? Or couldn't get approved for a credit card? That's always the next step in sales when people cant afford things right. Richard C needs to be fired. If you can't sell a tire at a tire shop without lying to your tire technician stating the customer approved it. You shouldn't be in sales. Period. Since Richard C can assume things about every customer. I'll assume he can pay for the tire out of his check and refund me. This happened at 4:45pm Sunday 09/14/2024. We have 3 Bridgestone 80,000 mile tires on there and now thanks to Richard C we have an off brand cheap mismatched tire. We take care of our tires period. All our cars have name brand new tires. Not everyone just gets the cheapest. The manager had to refund me the tire disposal fee and told the manager what happened. Due to the fact we took the old tire. No one explain to us why it wasn't repairable. WHY? All he said is we aren't supposed to do that. Taking advantage of people is wrong especially in a business.

Even after having made an appt. I had to wait three hours for my tire to get repaired there was at least 12 men walking and standing around. Place had five stalls and only one stall being used and guest walking and right back out because of the line being long and only one guy at the register. While the other two registers were not open to help the line go down.
