I am a recent convert to DT, started when a branch in California repaired the broken valve stem on my camper for NO CHARGE. I did not have their tires on the vehicle, just went there because it was close and I knew I could get it fixed in a hurry. Expected to pay, but - nada. So I went to the location here in San Antonio for an alignment on my sisters Eurovan Camper. I knew it had a bad wheel, so I had put the spare on before I went. It was over 10 years old, so they couldn't work on it. Had to buy a new tire for the spare, but they did put the new tire on the new rim I bought for the spare after mounting the good tire (on the bad wheel) on the car for the alignment - at no extra charge! These people are just a pleasure to deal with. Large national chains are often not - DT is the exception. Highly recommended.

Special shoutout to Tanner and the techs for the rotation, balance and patching 2 of my tires. Also another huge shoutout to John…after leaving the shop, my TPMS light was still on so I had to bring it back. John got me in right away and fixed it!

As usual, the service here at DT is awesome! Came by today for nothing more than to have my tire pressure checked. Oscar assisted me and had me out of there in north time. It's nice to see employees seemingly enjoying what they do at DT. Keep it up! You're blessed to have folks like Oscar employed there.

I stopped by on my way home from work, roughly 5:15. I was driving my husband's truck because my car was in the shop and he's out of town for work and of course, one of the truck tires starts to go flat. When I talk to the employees, named John, he tells me the tire is shot and recommends a replacement. Since it's my husband's truck, I put my husband on the phone to talk to John. John was super patient as we did the back and forth with my husband. He's even more patient and helpful when it's determined we will be getting 4 new tires. At his point, it's almost closing time. He could have pawned us off on someone else or sent us on our way since they were minutes from closing, instead he made sure we were taken care of. Every employee I came in contact was so nice and helpful even though I'm sure they really wanted to go home. I would stop here again, even though we live across town. They were awesome!

Initially went in for a quote to get lugnuts replaced. I was impressed with Micheal’s friendliness & knowledge. He explained exactly what it was they were going to do. He gave me a sense of security leaving my car with them. Thank you Micheal & Taylor!!

I've been using discount tires since I had my very first car back in the '70s and I'm not even sure if discount tire was around but it sure felt like it and even now they're very professional very clean very courteous they all deserve something extra because they break their butts to take care of us they're consumers the tire consumers the one that buys tires for their cars to get them around... Y'all go take a trip by discount tires next time you need tires

I set up an appointment and still waited 2 hours to have my tire repaired. Only to find out that it was never repaired right before heading to work in the morning. I was late to work due to my tire being flat and needing to find a ride all last minute.

Very understaffed reception front desk staff. Alex, my service rep, did his best to try to keep up, including having to help multiple customers in store while also taking calls at the same time. Line was still out the door. Purchased 5 new offroad tires @$415 each. They automatically upcharged me for "lifetime certificates". Time between check-in/out was about an hour and 45 minutes, which included delivering the tires from the warehouse. The technician Adrian also met with me to discuss the old tires I was saving to talk proper storage and rebalancing.

Fast and professional service. Everyone I talked to was very relaxed and friendly, though I did go in the morning. Very clean shop and the lot wasn't small like some other locations. They were cool enough to let me drive my car on the ramps as it can be a bit tricky to start. Fast tire installation and they mounted the wheel weights in the barrels to keep the rim face clean. Looking forward to bringing my other rims soon!

I came in on bad tires and was really tight on money, lucky David paddock helped me out massively and made me a tremendous and generous offer he really helped me out a lot. Not to mention I was there an hour before open because I didn’t want to drive on the bad tires and they were nothing but nice and respectful and assured me I would be taken care of. great people

It’s nice to have such a concerned group of guys and gals looking after my cars. After all when you have performance cars the only thing between you and a wall is the grip of a good set of tires installed correctly. Kudos to manager Christian who comes out personally to check the tire pressure and condition of my Demon170’s drag radials. Now that’s first class service! This is a great pit crew!

Words cannot describe my appreciation and happiness with this location. Specifically Brian and Alex for making what I felt impossible, happen and insuring me and my family's safety. Once again Gentlemen thank yall so much, truly. The peace of mind I now have is worth everything. I'll ensure everybody I know only goes to this location and only asks for yall. I'm not the most religious but God Bless. All work done was quick and effective. Prices are all very fair and the work is incredible.
