Don’t come to this location! Scheduled an appointment for a simple flat repair and ended up waiting an hour and half for my car. Workers spent more time trying to sell me tires rather than just fixing what I brought in. i saw the workers in the back joking around and play fighting on more than one occasion, bays completely open, while my car was just sitting in the parking lot waiting to be serviced. There are better locations around to get service done.

I have a fleet account with them and on two occasions, they have lost my lock. The tires did not program tires to my car when I show. I have a flat tire in the front is the back. I went back and talked to them several times. I don’t take my car off every day I do not know my lock was missing when I went back to complain they said I should go back right away now. I cannot take off my truck without the key and want to charge me to remote lock and put new ones. Every time I go there I”m told I need tires and wipers regardless of what age they are.

Don’t come to this place. These guys will try to sell you for more things than what you had requested even if you say no. They will even go so far to sabotage your car for the sake of selling. Sales man Issac (short, curly hair, and Latin American) asked if I wanted to get my windshield wipers replaced I said no. I only need my 3 tires fixed. Tested my front wipers today and the rubber lining had been ripped off. You will leave with your car being slightly different than it was before. These “men” are foul and sneaky. They only want your pocket. Definitely have someone accompanying you if you ever need their facade of a service.

I've been a customer for years. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. And the stores are always clean. The only downside is that because they are great at what they do, the store can often be very busy. If possible, go during the week in the early morning to skip the crowd. I highly recommend them for tires (and repairs).

Never had issues in the past but I guess when you send your wife and it’s the beginning of the month it’s time for the hard sell. After getting our car serviced at the dealership and having a full inspection of the vehicle with no problems including tires. She took the vehicle to discount for a tire rotation/balance, they recommended 4 new tires based on their reader. My question how often is this device calibrated and by what standards. She declined and we got a third opinion at the Sam’s Club tire center, they confirmed with a manual reader that the tires were fine and there was no need for replacement. The service guy at Sam’s even showed us as he was measuring. I get it discount we have a nice suv and we could afford $1500 tires but you have my confidence in your service. The tires in question were previously purchased at discount so they know we could afford them.

The guys here were so sweet compared to other places I’ve gone. They were nice enough to make a last minute appointment for me and accommodate for a late pick up. Easy to communicate with and I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me for being female.

This Discount tire is none like I have been to before. I came in with 4 super messed up tires in the worst possible condition and they fixed them up in no time despite how busy it was. Tony (who helped me) was extremely informative, kind, and attentive to my situation. Please come to this Discount Tire and ask for Tony. Amazing service.

Total scammers. Was told whole thing would take 15 min. Than was told they actually said 50 minutes. Said tire tred would not be covered under warranty that was a lie tires were only 7 months old. Ended getting 4 new tires that scraps the wheel well destroyed the tred. Not professional at all.

Exceptional in all respects. Personable, polite, helpful, and informative. Met me before I got to the door. Inspected ALL the tires, not just the one that seemed to have a slow leak. Found the problem with a metal shard imbedded into the tread of the tire with the slow leak. Found a screw imbedded into the tread of another tire, but the screw was too short to puncture the tire. Politely and informatively advised about age of tires and care for tires. Checked windshield wipers. Tire was repaired and I was on my way in under an hour, even faster than he had estimated. And all of this for NO CHARGE to repair an original equipment tire... a tire that had not been purchased from them.

I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire! We went to the shop on a Thursday evening, close to closing time, with a BMW tire that was extremely low on air. Despite the late hour, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They were incredibly helpful and managed to patch the tire, saving us from what could have been a much bigger problem. Their customer service was outstanding, and I’m truly grateful for their dedication. I will definitely be returning to Discount Tire for all my future tire needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever at Discount Tire. Patrick was extremely polite, professional, and enthusiastic. He was answering the phones and greeting everyone that walked in. Patrick took the time to explain everything regarding my tire warranty replacement and provide me with additional information in case anything happens again in the future. I just witnessed an upset customer being stupid about whatever the employee was recommending to the client. She started raising her voice about being a manager somewhere and needed to be out as soon as possible blah blah blah. The employee handled it perfectly good. The reason for a one star review is for the manager who came to talk to the client. Instead of listening to the client and explaining why the employee advised her to do whatever they recommend, the manager was a clown laughing out loud with the client for absolutely nothing, scared of the client and bashing the employee. He starting saying “oh you know these young guys, blah blah blah”. What? He sided with the client for no reason and made his employee look stupid. Obviously the employee wasn’t there to listen but I hope he can read this. I was next to the lady and hear it all. The people around felt sorry for the customer and we all agreed this “manager” was scared of the client. I am a senior manager for a big corporation. I hope I don’t have managers out there as incompetent as this guy. Oh… the client not only abused the employee verbally but also got a free tire replacement and they took care of it in matter of minutes. What did we learn today? Act this way and you’ll get fees waived and helped faster. Thanks to the manager for the lesson thought today.
