This business is always always busy,you can't beat the prices and all tires you buy from them come with free balance and tire rotations for the remainder of your use of the tires you purchased from them,not to shabby.

Had a tire replaced a few months back after was pushed into a curb by average red light runner in town, had to come back because of a constant slow leak.. turned out a volt lodged itself in the inner wall of the tire.. 50$ and 15m i was gone..

I had a blowout on my recently purchased SUV with new dealership tires. I got lucky and exited the interstate right into this Discount location parking lot. Matt was honest and upfront the location of the puncture on the sidewall required the tire to be replaced, but he recommended I call the dealership to see if the tires were still under warranty from them. The tire was in fact still under dealership warranty. He helped me out to change my tire over to the spare free of charge and said if the factory tire warranty could be beat by discount to let him know. Very transparent service and overall quality. No up selling, just helpful. I will absolutely continue to do business at this location regardless of distance.

I was getting air in my tires the other day by a gentleman named DJ, I believe. Despite a long line of cars and being in the cold, he was incredibly kind and polite, understanding of our needs as customers. Kudos to this Discount Tire for offering great customer service, while going through construction. Thank you!

Oscar at the 410/Vance Jackson location was excellent in assisting with our tire replacement. He greeted us quickly upon arrival, explained and inspected the car, and even checked for any other issues that may be occurring with the car as the tires were replaced. Our wait time was much less than the time quoted, too. We were very pleased with the service and will return in the future.

I actually do have to say that the guys at this particular DT on 410 were really good. I called them saying I could o my make it in after work (5pm) knowing that they close at 6. They told me as long as I make it there they’ll work on it. I got there at about 5:30. One came out right away to ask me if I needed assistance. After talking with him for a couple of minutes I was at the desk. Although they didn’t have the 2 tires I was looking for they suggested another 2 that appeared to be comparable if not just slightly better that they showed me from the ratings. The suggested tires were the same price as the ones I wanted, but never asked for them because I thought they were out of my budget. I chose the tires, paid and my truck was in the bay right after that. Although the team leader looked like a young kid, he came out, shook my hand and told me what his team was doing as I sat at the window looking at them work. He asked if I needed anything thing else. I told him to look for a puncture on one of my other tires to remain as a just in case. He went back in, looked at the 2 remaining tires and found a metal peg. He removed it and came back to tell me and that no further repairs to the tire was needed. The young team had me out in 35-40 minutes. They handed me my keys and asked said that if there are any issues to return to any DT. So far, the tires have been great, my truck feels well balanced, and I am completely satisfied with the work they performed. I have to say good work. Thank you.

The wait took a while but that’s to be expected. My tire was under warranty and was fixed for free. I am annoyed they didn’t leave equal air pressure in all of my tires. Likely working too fast trying to deal with backlog of customers but it’s bad attention to detail and something you expect a tire shop to get right.

Went to Discount Tire on 410 and Vance Jackson because even after I added air to my tires ,the low tires light was still on. Fidel helped me and many others in line to have tire pressure checked. Fidel checked inside the door to see what the manufacturer recommended. Then he checked each tire and adjusted accordingly. Then did what was needed on my cars computer to tell it all was well. Recalibrated. It was a hot December afternoon, 86 degrees. He was in the sun, doing his job with a smile and a nice disposition. Great person. Wonderful free service provided by Discount Tire.

Had that weird on in grandma's car thinking a nail in the tire but no somehow 3 tires lost 10psi very odd they think someone maybe playing with them because the caps were missing on only those tires they did what they had and it took about an hour very helpful staff and friendly

I use DT exclusively. Always get the hazard warranty certificates on new tires. Buy a new car? The standard tire warranty is a joke. Visit any DT and get real coverage with warranty certificates.

Go in to get a nail removed I’m told it’s in a bad spot we can replace the tire for as little as as 119 I leave go to h & h 15 dollars to repair the nail that’s in a bad spot

They were closed about 15 minutes and Zack one of the managers still put a tire on for me. I couldn’t drive home and my spare was no good. Excellent customer service and the most generous staff. Get your tires here
