Wow! Just wow... My second free flat repair at Discount Tire THIS YEAR, and I don't know how they do it! Total cost: ZERO! Previous visits before those repairs : ZERO! Now I've GOT to buy my next set of tires there, and advise my friends at Costco how they can improve! (Costco told me they don't repair Goodyear tires, which is the OEM brand for my Audi... Costco REFERRED me to Discount Tire!!!) Thank you, Discount Tire in Pacific Beach! I could go on about the great phone service, appointments, GREAT communication, and caring service. I discovered a screw in my tire at home just before 5pm, and it was repaired by 6pm!!! AWESOME!!! Sitting in the comfortable waiting area, I witnessed EVERY customer being satisfied! I think that expectations were exceeded! I hope Costco gets better, but great performance, Discount Tire!

UPDATE I like this chain. They have a system whereby you can get certain things for free and it all factors in and the service is very good. They are very helpful the tires. Obviously. When you need to learn things about it they really are helpful. I have gone there several times and today as usual the service was very good. Much appreciated. PRIOR REVIEW LOVE I love these guys and they are always so helpful and clear communicators. Honestly I wish that all the places I dealt with were this thorough and helpful and direct.

Terrific place! My first time there, sent by a hearty recommendation from Coastal Auto, whom I've trusted with my aging car for years now; and, wow, were they ever correct in their advice. Travis was superb, both in sincere customer service, timeliness of the repair of my tire (a puncture), and -- truly unusual -- the entire endeavor was absolutely free! Will be turning to this wonderful place in the future, when I need new tires; thank you, sincerely; will most certainly be recommending you to others!

I came into Discount Tire because I believed one of my tires to have a slow leak. Danny was super helpful and prompt. He was able to take care of me right before they closed and fixed my tire free of charge. Couldn’t recommend him or this store enough! Thanks Again!

It blows my mind that you all can still offer free basic patches for flat tires in this economy. I don't go anywhere else for tire work because that policy has saved me a number of times. Thank you for your awesome work as always!

Friendly staff and hard working. They're busy here so don't expect to get in and out real quick especially if you don't have an appointment but once they get your car in the shop they bang it out quickly. Parking can be a little tricky so be aware of that and you'll be fine.

I bought a set of tires on 4/27/2024, 6 hours later checked the PSi and it was not even marking!!!! Now I have to lose time from my day and take the car in on Monday so the problem can be corrected!

I've been coming here for years. I bought all new tires last week @1400.00.They scratched and chipped all 4 of my wheels. I had wiped them all down the night before so they'd look nice with my new tires and they were in perfect condition. I'm not sure why one wouldn't be more careful and treat the job like it was their own car, but guess I'll just get tires at the dealer from now on. I wouldn't have minded waiting for them to take their time, slow down and be more careful.

My tire pressure warning light came on. They checked it, all tires slightly over, probably due to just completed long drive from LA. Quick, efficient service, accompanied by a smile and a wear-check on all four tires. Relieved my mild concerns. I'm a happy customer!

Best service ever. I am a previous customer with other car but brought my 2nd "dog" car in as it had a nail in tire. They fixed the tire for free and rotated my tires for free all on a car that had not been there before and the tires were not purchased from there. Tired to pay them but they wouldn't take my money. They go out of their way to BUILD GOODWILL with their customers. Appreciate having their business close to home here in San Diego. I will definitely use them for ALL my future purchases.

Walked in with a flat tire for a riding mower and Ethan went above and beyond to help me out. Fixed it in front of me, put it back on the rim, aired it up, and tested it for me. So friendly the whole time. Thanks man!

I needed a new tire, Jason was great answering any questions I had. Michael was amazing too, Jason was going to put my windshield wipers on but was busy when I picked up the car. Michael just jumped in and helped by installing the windshield wipers. Great team work and great customer service. Now I know why I always get my tires from discount tires!
