John is the manager and handle my issue with ease.. he is professional and most importantly listened to my issue..Came for an oil change and noticed my steering wheel was shaking right after. I called and fixed the issue without any arguments. He took my 4 Runner right in and I was out in about 15/20 minutes.. no questions asked. I appreciated the service and quality of this location for my first time being here. Thank you 😊

I brought my f150 in for new tires. Mike the manager was professional and i felt comfortable. Fast forward to picking up my truck. The technician who assited me was polite but said they couldnt put the center caps back on because they werent able to make them flush with the rim. No solutions. That was it. Well, they fit fine when i brought it in. So i wont be using or recommending Américas Tire.

Staff is very friendly & helpful! My car was taken care of in a prompt manner. I was notified of all identified issues & presented with my options before action was taken. I was even given discounted services as they couldn’t fully help me with a certain issue regarding a sensor in my car. Will definitely return & highly recommend!

Excellent service. Thorough maintenance check of car. Suggest replacement of two filters which were quite dirty. Have purchased tires at discount tires starting in mountain view for 48 years. Always have the best quality for the price. Have always had excellent service. Will continue to purchase. 😃

Had my tire checked and bought a new tire . Requested to not scratch my bumper or put the tire on it . Clearly says on the invoice and they do some like this . Just GO TO FIRESTONE NEXT DOOR ! Best customer service and people there . Bad business here lazy or incompetent workers

Was a discount tire customer for many years till they started hacking at my car. Every time I went magically would have another lug stud broken they were the only ones that touched my vehicle literally every lug stud has been replaced. They had called my wife and said they can fix it for 100 and some odd dollars. She said NO my husband will take care of it,later when we go to pickup up vehicle they stated she approved repair when I was next to her hearing full conversation.Rather than argue with employee I just shut up and took my vehicle to Americas tire on w Shaw right down the street and have had 0 issues with them.

I took my car into the discount tires store on Shaw/Brawley after having 3 mechanics not be able to find what was wrong with my car. I had been 2 months without my car and frustrated that some many mechanics couldn’t figure out the problem I took it in and the mechanics at Discount tires found the problem within the hour! I’m very Thankful to them and glad they had enough skills to solve the problem and put me back on the road. THANK YOU DISCOUNT TIRES! I am referring everyone to you!

Performed oil service. They were able to get me right in, just like service advisor said. I was even able to get a discount, I had rewards points. I Was impressed with the attention to detail the technician had when examining the car. They found a few items during the inspection that will need attention soon. They gave me quotes for these services. They did great, quick and efficient, no hassle and no pressure.

Since John has taken over I wouldn’t take my vehicles any where else. I suggest the life time alignment which is great for people like me, 2000 Tundra owner. Can’t go wrong.

Good service. I took my car in for an oil change, they also did a tire rotation included with the oil change at no extra charge. I will be taking all my cars here, for a oil change from now on. Best price for an oil change after calling several car services. Very happy 😊
