Went in to use my "lifetime" alignment and got denied. I had Toyota put in brand new lower control arms/shocks because it had 205k miles. I bought the alignment policy when it had 30k miles and never had problems at the other discount tire. Was denied by this place because they said they didn't perform the repair/work. Had I known, I would have just let Toyota do the alignment. I had tie rods replaced prior at Toyota and the other discount tire center on clovis had no issues with this. So much for "lifetime". And thanks for flagging my account so it's deemed completely void now. I'll never come here again. Stay away from this place and stay away from their "lifetime" alignment. It's a scam.

This place is awesome - great customer service, wait time is close to nil, and prices are very affordable if not reasonable. They helped install a new spare tire on my spare wheel with no fanfare or hidden charges. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service. Called for tire repair because of nail. Got me in same day within 2 hours. Ended up repairing 2 tires and also rotated tires and completed several other inspections. Very pleased👍🏻👍🏻

I never leave poor reviews but went there to just replace tires on an old Jetta and ended up with a quote of $3,300 for new shocks and struts. As soon as my response was “tires only” the demeanor of the employee changed. I didn’t appreciate the loss leader and attitude.

I called for a quote for 4 tires and an alignment the price sounded great so I went ahead and had them ordered. The tires came in a couple days later, I came in with no appt on a Wed at 2:30 my car was taken into the shop at 4 and finished at 7. I asked if they were able to replace one bolt and lug nut, but if its too much hassle don't worry about it and I already had the parts sitting in my car from the dealership. By 7pm I really just wanted to get out of there. Now I realize they did not replace the bolt or lug nut even though the parts are gone. Also the alignment wasn't effective my car still pulls to the right. I assume they were rushing because they wanted to leave as well. Ended up paying $80 more than the quote, my parts were taken, and the alignment wasn't effective. I would find a better place next time. America's Tire was able to change my tires and do an alignment in about an hour with no appt either

I wouldn't recomend this place, its terrible!!! With my set of tires I also bought the alignment, rotation and balance warranty. Took my car in they had it for 2 hrs and didn't touch it. I drove away with my car and tires exactly as I left it. They didn't communicate anything to me that no work was done. I tried to call the manager and ended up talking to a guy that just wanted to have a childish argument, when I was calm and cool as I explained my discontent to him. He got super defensive and just wanted to start an argument. I ended up asking to talk to his boss, he said I will relay the message and I am still waiting for a call.

Heath was super great .Really helped us alot we had a slit in one tire so suggest to get 2 at a time from a dealer. So went discount tires and got a better deal and got 4 free tickets Island Park . Thank you

I went in to get my tire pressure checked, and they ended up finding a nail in my tire, which they proceeded to fix at no charge to me. All the staff were polite, professional, and very efficient . All the bees in their shop with filled with cars and I was out of there within 30 minutes I am most grateful and highly recommend them.

Made a appointment at 930 seen there was a rush saw my vehicle go in at 1030 just wanted to switch out my front two tires and a simple inspection. Didn't leave till 1205. For a simple tire replacement. Thought I would have time to have lunch with my wife but didn't thank you for your excellent service!

Dropped my truckoff at 8am and was told it might take until 2 pm due to being booked but that they would try to fit me in if someone cancelled.I was able to pick my truck up around 10:30am Fast and polite service

This is two incidences in one, and both were handled by the same technician. My first incident was for a standard tire rotation. I was helped by Eric at 8 a.m. I was told it shouldn't take that long, so I decided to wait in the lobby. 5 hours later, my phone is dead and they found nails in my tire so I would have to buy a new set. $620 later was my total. With the set of tires I bought came free tire rotations. Well I took my car in before heading out of town. I was advertised to buy lifetime tire alignment package before it went back up in price. I dropped my car off at 830 a.m. and was told there were 8-9 appointments ahead of me. I went home this time to wait for a call. At 4 p.m. I called to make sure it would be done that day or the next day, I was placed on hold for 7 minutes. Then another tech answered and said they just finished. This service center is ridiculous and a joke! I will never go back to this place even if it costs more elsewhere. BEWARE EVERYONE!
