We came up to Sioux Falls for the day and luck was to have it we had a flat. We called different places and nothing, they didn’t have the time. Called these guys and it was my last call. The guy on the phone was really nice and said come on over we will take care of it for u. It was hard to believe cause it was an hr til closing time. We got there and damn we were out in 30 mins and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with my service!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Traveling from Minnesota to Arizona, my Vette had a flat 30 miles from Sioux Falls. I have run flat tire. They advised my to keep speed down. When I arrives at their shop, they worked me right in knowing I was passing thru. Very friendly and professional. They were able to repair rather than replace a $400 tire which would be hard to find quickly. The day went from disaster to “enjoy the day”. You will like doing business with these folks.

This company is based off only selling you tires, even if you don’t need em! Discount tire stripped my lug nuts on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee!

Arrived at Discount Tire at 830 am. Ordered 4 new tires which they didn't have in stock. Okay no big deal. Told me they would call me when they got them. They called me at 1:12 pm and told me to come right in and they would get me in and move me to the front of the line. I arrived at Discount Tire again at 1:30 pm. Checked me in and said they will get the 4 new tires on that I just ordered from them. At 3:45pm walked up to the counter to see about how much longer as my car was still sitting out their. The manager told me they got me checked in and I said OK so another 2 hours and he said "yep". I am a very patient person. Would of got my husband to pick me up or just ordered a Lyft home. Just be honest with the customer and don't be irritated with me for asking. If you would of just told me hey it's going to be 6 hours then I would of just planned accordingly. And stop continuing to get walk ins in and out before people that had appointments. Well it's now 430 pm and car is still sitting outside but some woman that had a low tire preasure light on came in and they got her in and out before me. I mean I spent over $800 with you guys and have been a loyal customer. Stop taking more people than you can handle. This is the last time I will be coming here.

I made an appointment for Tuesday to look around for some new wheels but decided on some G-FX TR25 which cost $193 per wheel ($911.19 total amount after wheels, parts, installation). Bought those on friday. I called yesterday to ask about the TR25's because online says 1-5 day delivery, they hadn't moved. They told me they were on a national backorder and it would be after Christmas. I told them I was really hoping to getting them installed on friday when I made a second appointment. They offered 3 choices 1. Wait until they get here 2.refund 3. Price match so something similar and that size. I asked for option 3, what did they have? They said they had some liquid metal hawks in stock and asked if I had seen them. I told them this was my original choice. The Liquid metal hawks $235 per wheel, $1084.30 (wheels, parts, installation). They price matched it and offered to install them Monday or Tuesday. I immediately got off the phone and headed to discount tire and waited for them to be installed. I love my new wheels. And I love discount tire.

Quick turnaround - friendly staff. But if your replacing a whole set of tires, don't expect them to be aligned. Apparently not a service they offer, and I was sent to competitor.

Their prices are excellent and their service is second to none. I have been back multiple times for wheel swaps and rotations with not a peep or a penny spent. Excellent service even when I'm not spending anything more. They will earn and continue to work to keep your business give them a shot you won't be disappointed. They're great!!! Don't go anywhere else.

We were traveling through from Fargo to Wichita for the night and got a screw in our tire. It was black Friday, and boy they were busy. Jordan was so kind. He said it could take up to 5 hours, we had no choice. He did what he could and got us out in a few hours. We made it to our destination, 3 1/2 hours late but we made it. Thank you. Great store. Even better employees!

From out of state and had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat tire on I90. Drove into Discount tire and Todd, Cayden and a crew of other names I didnt get, did an amazing job of getting us out of there with 2 new tires in 20 minutes. I cannot express my appreciation enough! Amazing customer service!

Had a screw in tire. Made an appointment to have it fixed and dropped vehicle off early. Vehicle was done is 25 minutes with included tire rotation and tire/wheel shine. No charge for any service as I bought the tires here. Great service.

Karsyn and his team are awesome. Very professional. Got two tires installed in about an hour. I was nervous about finding somewhere that I could trust to handle low profile tires, but they didn't have any issue with it. No broken sensors, no dirty hands on the interior. A+++

Polite, friendly, helpful staff! Great experience! I needed to replace 3 of my tires and the Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) in all 4 tires. They did a great job and gave me a REALLY great price! The cost of each tire was almost 1/3 of what another place in town charged me 2 weeks ago to replace the one tire. I highly recommend going here for all your tire needs!!

I had a Tire that was low they helped me right away...9/29/23 Made an appointment to get my tires rotated at 8:45 They didn't get my Jeep in until 9:45 And they open at 8 o'clock how do they get that far behind that soon.... They do really good work though

Came to get my tires rotated and was helped by Jebarie. He was very helpful and informative, gave me some good tips for the extra care of my tires, made sure I was taken care of in time so that I didn't have to go anywhere else to get the work done since I was in a hurry.
