I went in to have my tires filled with air. Yes, I needed air but the women filling the tires with air said one tire was showing extreme wear and she could see/feel the steel mesh or whatever it is called. I went into a competitors shop and they said the tires (front) were showing pre-mature wear, which they showed me the worn tires (no steel mesh showing), but the tires could be rotated and should have at least another year of driving. It is that honesty that customers deserve and not being lied to and scared into buying. Speaking of buying, I purchased the tires at the competitors and they now have my trust. Discount does not.

Careful going to this place. They want to sell you tires. They will tell you 9 out of 10 times you need new tires. I been told with new tires that I need new tires. I only asked for rotation and refused to rotate because I need new tires. Even tho the tires were new. And car only had 19K miles. Careful.

After coming here for a few years this store has become much less professional in customer service. !!ATTENTION!! Always check any and all work done by this store. Some of the installers are very inexperienced and can cause damage. They will try to get you to leave before you discover and damage or missing parts with out bringing this to your attention!! Take the time to inspect any of the work done for damage or missing lug nuts. On my last two visits I discovered missing lug nuts and damaged parts that were tossed into my vehicle hoping I wouldn’t notice. I had to stop the tech at one point trying to put the tires on the wrong rims. And show how to mount the spare on the simple mount on my vehicle. Very very unprofessional and deceptive. Some of these installers are very inexperienced but have supposed to be trained before hand. They will try to hide any damage or missing parts to avoid getting in trouble and hope you don’t notice. ALWAYS INSPECT ALL WORK BEFORE LEAVING!!!!! A customer should never have to worry about things like this from a professional Business. Customer beware!! If possible watch as work is performed. One would expect this from small tire shops not a large tire chain. Had to return to have this corrected. Should never had happened. Their only concern is hustling customers in and out as fast as they can. I have bought tires for my three vehicles here in the past but will never return to this store again.

I was very impressed with their service. The representative who helped me, Brandon, seemed very knowledgeable and very nice. Service was quick and prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning to this location for my future tire needs.

The guys were nice, and This one is way better than the one in Sierra Vista, They get me in right away, Which I'm pretty sure it's probably the day I went there wasn't very many people, they also show you your tire so you know where the hole is in it, And they don't cost as much as the one in Sierra vistais which is 50 % more there, then Rita ranch... For the same exact tire. So makes you wonder if they charge a higher price there because of Fort Huachuca....I paid 175.79 there 2 months ago and 2 days ago 95.30 Big difference same tire.....

This place was so nice they were actually closed at 6 but they came out and aired up my tires that were low so that I and my nephew could get home safe back to Benson AZ. I will be using them in the future for all my tire needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we were safe that night. Being a widow of an army veteran who always watched out for my tires it was reassuring that someone else could ensure my safety as I traveled on I 10 back to Benson AZ. Thank you for your kindness..

This store has great people willing to help you out. Whether it be a simple air check or a tire replacement they are efficient and respectful. I’m very happy and grateful that I have them on my side and they have earned my trust coming in here. Troy is a memorable and friendly person who makes me feel like family whenever I come in. Was heading to work and saw I had a flat. I called this store and they told me to come on down and get it checked out. They were so friendly and nice, they found the nail in my tire and patched it with no issue. They also price matched quality windshield wipes and installed them for free. Never a good start of the day waking up to a flat, but they were so quick and attentive, I'm coming back here for all my needs!

This place can’t ever get it together with honoring the appointment schedule on time. Today my appointment was at 8:45 am and I receive a call asking if I can push it to 9:20-9:30 because they didn’t have the 4th tire and had to bring it in from another store. Mind you I placed the order online several days prior which should’ve triggered a flag to bring this tire in since it wasn’t a fulfilled order. Why they are scrambling while this tire the day off is a lack of organization. I was promised by staff that I’ll be done by 10:45. It’s 10:30 and my vehicle is still not even in the shop. Please Develop a system that works

I’ve been buying my tires (and my wife’s tires) at this Discount Tire location (Rita Ranch) for many years. They have repaired many tires over the years as these roads seem to be plagued with nails and screws. A couple days ago, they repaired a tire for a relative of mine who had 2 nails in his tire. They were happy to do it and there was no charge. I highly recommend Discount Tire and especially this location and their awesome crew.

Jesse and Jeremiah took care of me and they were fantastic. Helped pick new tires for a car I just bought. I have been a business owner my whole life so I tend to pay attention to it. Their processes are smooth and efficient. Instead of using technology to replace people, they use it to free up their folks so they can provide great customer service. Very pleased.

Update: Just purchased a new set of wheels and tires. Best deal anywhere I could find online. Went in to discuss before purchase and Ian was super helpful. I interacted with 4+ other employees and all were kind and courteous. Can't say enough good things about this location. 6th set of tires I have purchased via Discount Tire over they years. Every time is great. This is the first time I have used this location and it was wonderful. Smooth transaction and efficient. Manny helped me out, answering all of my questions and even made better suggestions than what I was originally thinking. Could not be happier!

I can always count on discount for the best customer service and quality service. Ive been a customer with discount for 12 years and ive always been satisfied. I had a tire blow out recently and it was taken care of same day. There was a miscommunication and they resolved the problem with ease and I as usual, left happy. Always have a positive outcome when I come here. Thanks guys.

I recommend this shop! I had a tire going down and Jeremiah Laws was able to get me an appointment first thing the next morning. Service was great from the moment I arrived, Brandon knew who I was a he'd seen me pull up. He inspected my car and gave me ample opportunity to have other work done. My tech, Nev, kept me informed as service progressed and also suggested further work. The shop looked clean and professional! Nev found two nails in my tire, the repair and rebalance was free including checking all tires including my spare. I checked and tipping is allowed! This shop will be getting all my families tire business!

This place is abysmal. They took advantage of my mother today. And charged her $250 a tire. For standard sized tires. Nothing special. She only needed two new tires. But they tricked her into thinking she needed 4. And they charged over $1,000. I’m genuinely disgusted in their behavior. I understand times are hard. And everyone needs to make money. But to abruptly take advantage. And steal from a woman in her 60’s. Who knows nothing about cars. Really shows the lack of integrity this place upholds. I will be contacting corporate.
