Brandon at Discount Tire provided me with amazing customer service. He assisted me with purchasing rear tires for my Mustang and a set of 4 tires for my girlfriend’s Honda. Tires aren’t cheap, but Brandon made sure I got a great price! The Discount tire team got the work done extremely fast. I usually drop my vehicles off so I don’t have to wait in the lobby for a while, but they were so fast I should’ve just waited around! I’ve gone to this location for the past 6 or so years and have always had top notch service. I 100% recommend stopping by or giving them a call if you need some tires!

I greatly appreciate the service and staff here at this location. Special thanks to Nick Berg for being very professional, kind, and informative. The staff in the open shop work nonstop in 104°F degree Arizona heat like it's no problem. I hope they realize they are also appreciated, since I saw so many last-minute customers walking in with many tires that needed replacement. I waited two hours but there were over five people ahead of me. Two new small tires rang up to $384 (including fees and install). It's a busy place so they are doing something right since they have returning customers like myself.

I love this place. I’ve never had a bad experience in half a dozen visits. I came over to them after having really bad times with both Big O and Costco. Nicholas is awesome, but every other interaction I’ve had with employees has been positive. Even though their drive-through tire service (pressure/integrity checks, I think?) can get pretty busy, and there are always a good amount of customers coming and going, they’re ALWAYS super fast and the employees never seem rushed or too stressed, even when obviously getting their asses kicked because it’s busy. I’ve had multiple slow leaks fixed at no charge because their warranties are awesome. My only critique would be the location. They need more space to do what they do. Navigating/parking can occasionally be tricky/stressful, but for me, patience and understanding pays off, knowing I’m gonna get some great, quick service. 10/10, I highly recommend!

I have purchased many sets of tires here and I always walk away with an incredible experience. They are so helpful and the customer service is always on point. I wish I knew his name but thr manager has perfect customer service. Highly recommend this location.

I want to share my experience with Enrique today. Great service. Quick and easy. Went in for a tire patch and because Enrique followed all his training steps and treated me like a person and not just a tire patch, I left with two new tires and this great experience. Well done. Make sure you have an appointment. We came as a walk-in and was given an ETA. And time estimate was a joke!! Appointments .. please make an appointment , do not just do a walk in. It’s a joke. Waste of time!! Next time I would do my local Hispanic tire shop. Will support small business!!

The gentlemen at this location are the BEST! Shout out to Noah who educated me on Cadillac SUV tire sensors. Noah led the process and had me in and out within an hour informing me of each step. No pushy sales, no BS. Genuine nice and professional young men. I have been a customer at this location for sometime. However, as staff change, the courteous demeanor does not.

Been here with 3 cars. They do free tire checks and the guy outside is friendly and helpful. Inside they get the car in and out quickly, and they always give me a great deal.

I came to this location due to the tire pressure popping up. I was told that my driver rear tire had a screw in it. It was free of charge to patch it up. Please keep in mind that if you do not have an appointment and walk in that it will be a long wait due to the location being busy. They were professional and kind to me. Definitely will be coming back in the future

I was running around town when I noticed my front tire look a little warn on the outside. I thought I should stop by Discount Tire to hear their opinion on my tires condition. I was helped quickly and they were busy. A gentleman walked out and looked at all of my tires that I bought in 2018, and said there was some outside wear but they were still good for about 1 more year. I was happy about that and he checked the front tire pressure and said it was low. I got in line for the free tire check and was helped fairly quick. The young lady asked if 32 pounds was good for me and I said yes! I did tip her as it is a nice service and overall great place everytime I have been there. They are honest and very efficient with fair prices and stand behind their work. I highly recommend buying tires at Discount Tire because they alway follow through! I could later that they fix a flat from tires you bought there for free. That is so awesome!

These folks are famous for feeding you B.S. like "come back in 45 minutes and you'll be 1st in line", and when you show up you are told "you're next in line!". Problem being, an hour later your truck is being moved to the service bay. This is typical of how they do business, as I've had this happen to me before at this location. A very poor way to treat customers in order to sell as many tires as they can in a day. I will shop elsewhere for tires in the future for both of my vehicles.

Walked in to purchase lug nuts, no service or install, just wanted to walk out with nuts. They put me on a wait list like I was in line for service, can't just check out. Walked out after waiting 20 mins, went to Big O and they handed me a box within 5 mins of walking in. What a joke, I'll never recommend this place again.

Great tire place. Prices are good. I saved about $200. Their service is wonderful. I bought 4 tires and one started leaking air after 10 months. It had a puncture but in a spot that couldn't be repaired so they replaced the tire. I had bought the insurance at time of purchase ($100 extra) which proved to be worth it. The wait is long because they're very busy. Bring something to do. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.

While in town for a few hours, a tire pressure warning popped up. Thinking the worst due to the crappy roads in Tucson, I found this location. I am glad i did. The young man came out and checked the tires, which were fine. Then, he asked if the vehicle was new to me. Once I had said yes and what I had been driving previously, he promptly explained how the tire pressure was tracked with the vehicle and guided me on how to set it. Thanked the gentleman, gave me the tire pressure gauge he had used and quickly ran in, and brought back a couple of waters for the road trip back to the Phoenix area. This location should be an example of how excellent customer service should be, which allot of the locations in the East Valley have lost.
