I previously had an issue with the sensors that they gave me, they were faulty after multiple attempts and going back they were finally able to address the issue today thanks to gabriel, javier, and Matt, javier was very helpful.

I needed a new donut spare for my very old car. When I called, the phone was almost immediately picked up. They ordered my tire, told me when it would be in, and took a deposit over the phone. They called the next morning! leaving a message that I could come in any time. When I arrived, it was a short wait, but once I was "in process," the tech came out to fetch the old, carried it to the bay, and then promised me 60 to 90 minutes. It was all done within 10 minutes! I thought the place looked clean, and was pleased with their customer service. I can give only 4 stars because I didn't see any of the restrooms, nor speak to anyone leaving about their experiences, nor did I have the chance to discuss tire level - good, better, best - options. It was a good experience.

Always, informational, courteous, Friendly! I particularly appreciate the men who attend to the tirr inflation service! I have ALWAYS, in the last 5 years I've lived here tipped that man generously and I won't except there attempts to politely refuse the tip. Thank you for this service and the men at the air pump!! Discount Tire in Tucson found a nail in my tire during their free air service (my low pressure warning light had popped on). I was in town for a mini break. I was able to get an appointment for the next am for a repair. Weekend saved!! Staff were efficient, communicated updates regularly and appointment time was honored, even though they were obviously very busy. Very very impressed. Will definitely buy my tires from them again.

Don’t come here if you’re trying to be quick. The customer service was mediocre, had to wait 15 min to get talked to even though there were multiple guys walking around talking to each other. Got in at 10:56 with a 12:07 estimated pickup time. It is 1:28 and I’ve seen multiple people pickup their vehicles that came in behind me as walk ins, and I just saw my van get pulled in about 10 min ago. Pretty sure I got skipped and they just said it got busy with appointments. Do yourself a favor and Go to a different location.

I can't say enough good things about the Discount Tire on Oracle near Prince Road in Tucson, Arizona. One of my favorite things about this location is their free air pressure check service. It's so reassuring to know I can stop by and have them make sure my tires are where they need to be to keep my family safe on the road. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being helped by one of their team members, and he was fantastic! He was quick, professional, and, best of all, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. It’s rare these days to find a place where you feel like they’re genuinely looking out for your safety without pushing extra services. I truly appreciate having a reliable place like Discount Tire where I can get my tires checked, feel confident about my vehicle’s safety, and get friendly, efficient service every time. Highly recommend this location if you're in the area!

On the eve of a 12-hour family road trip, my tire pressure sensor sent up a red flag: low tire pressure. I found a screw lodged in the rubber. With under an hour to spare before closing, I rushed to Discount Tire. I was braced for bad news, sure they'd tell me to return the next day. But no—their team jumped right in and fixed it on the spot. My vacation was saved, drama-free.

Stopped in last week. They suggested I get a appointment. I made an appointment for 12:15 Tuesday. Arrived at 12:05, checked in by 12:17. They took my truck in close to 1:15. WHY DID I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Was told to be in at 130pm for a walk in buy Javier, was here at 100pm, when I checked back in they said I was already ran through....... I was not the gentleman Alex who was helping me was pretty rude when explaining I was past up, I explained that I wasn't texted or notified about anything yet basically told me shit , and to wait another hour, Javier was very accountable for he non communication from the discount tire app. Alex unfortunately has no ability to talk to customers without making you feel uncomfortable, very unfortunate that is since my family has been coming to discount tire for over 30 years.

- Update 09/10/2024 I was contacted by the store manager Alex, and was asked about my experience with the store location. Alex was very professional about the situation and offered a refund on the labor, disposal, and shipping which totaled over $100.00. I appreciated that he took the time to reach out to me regarding my experience and was willing provided something for the inconvenience. Thank You Alex. (Original Review Below) Would not recommend this location try another: Made an appointment, dropped off my vehicle and somehow after checking in and dropping off vehicle they cancelled the appointment without any explanation or call to notify me. I came back to the store and found my vehicle still sitting in the same parking spot and no new tires. Ended up waiting at the store lobby for another 1 - 2 hours after speaking to an associate about what happened. He offered no explanation as to what happened but said they would pull my vehicle into the bay ASAP. Ended up waiting for the delivery truck to deliver my tires to the store which took like 1 - 2 hours after speaking to the associate. Install took about 20 minutes. - Appointment time was scheduled for 11:15am. - Returned to store after 1:30pm to check on my vehicle. - Finally got my vehicle back with new tires after a few hours of waiting in the lobby. Don't know what happened to my appointment, no explanation was given unfortunately.

Be careful they will tell you your tire tread is lower than it is to make you get new tires. I went 4 months ago and they told me I was at a 4” depth and needed to be replace. This was 2 months after buying new tires from them. I am now at another shop and they are recommending tire replacing saying I am at a 4” and I’ve driven around 15k miles. I am ordering the tires because I can actually see the tire tread is low but it’s significantly lower that what the tire shop in Tucson was telling me. These guys must get paid commission because they are way to high pressure when it comes to the tires. The car I drive is a Tesla model 3 so the tires usually only last like 30k-35k miles when you rotate every 6k miles

I usually go to the Discount Tires on the NW side of town as that is my location. I happened to stop by the Oracle/Prince location to get air in my tires as it was on the way to my doctors appointment. Got there, and found out I have a nail in one of my tires and they cannot fill it and it needed to be repaired(Basically I could not drive on it), so had to park, go in and see if they could pull the nail out and repair the tire. They can pull the nail but the condition of the tire, it needs to be replaced, I asked about replacing with the spare, no can do because the spare is too old. I bit the bullet and purchased the lowest cost tire I could afford. I am still here waiting after 2 hours and my car has not moved from its parking space in 2 hours. I understand they are busy but I have to get back to work and this was not on my "to do" list today. There is no structure or process, just pel mel and we will get to your car when we get to it. I have asked twice how soon my tire will be fixed, they quoted me I would be done by 12:20pm then quoted me 12:35pm. Well it's almost that time and I still see my car sitting in it's parking spot. Won't come to this location again.

They get the job done after they skip you and put 10 customers in front of you and waste your whole morning. I’ve watched 5 people that showed after me leave. And I’m not requesting anything special. I just need my tire plugged. Why that’s such a trivial matter for them I don’t know but they seem to want to do everything but plug my damn tire.

My tire was low on air and i stopped in to get it checked. They were able to address it prior to the estimated completion time they quoted me and they are super courteous towards women. I would definitely go back to their establishment if I needed anything tire related. Thanks!

Not worth going to any more. The work is not good and the manager does not seem to care. Last 2 visits were only to purchase not install. I use Firestone to mount and balance because they do amazing work .

Tried to go have someone put air in my tires because i had low tire pressure the Parking lot is small and a poor design i did not know where to enter with all the cones around all i saw was an exit sign i got frustrated and left im not going to that location again !

I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. Staff have been kind, professional, and educational with me. I've always been a walk in, never an appointment, and wait times have always been minimal or within a reasonable expectation for no appointment (maybe an hour to an hour and a half from check in to drive away). I recently came in on a Monday morning at open for a flat repair and they were very organized and coordinated with handling the line of people waiting at the door.
