Never had a problem at this location or with this company, until today. Kid snapped the driver side door handle off my classic car. I was inside in the waiting room and a service writer kid came in and told me the tech had broken the handle off as soon as he started. I was visibly upset and all the managers just stopped and stared at me. We went outside to look at my car and the handle was indeed broken. When I started asking what they would do about it no one had an answer. The handles are hard to find and luckily I found a used one on ebay for $26. When I told the service writer and the manager they didn't do a thing. Refused to pay for it or take the differencecoff my tires. Never even apologized. I'm going to contact corporate. Absolutely terrible.

The shop mismounted my tires causing SEVERE SHAKE on the freeway! Took it back to have it fixed, and THEY MADE IT WORSE. The shop just down the road had to fix it for me, dismissive employees and terrible technicians. BEWARE DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE

Francisco was super friendly and knowledgeable! He was so personable!! He greeted me immediately walking into the store.. helped me get what I needed and I only had to wait 15-20 minutes! Thank you for great service.. and with a genuine smile!!

Definitely know all things tires. Marvelous Phone size tech that reads the depth of wear on the tires, how tires are wearing etc Bought 4 Michelin Defenders $1,300 plus. Balanced and ready to go. Waited3 +hours To get this done. (Yes you can make an appointment for better service. Coming from 40 miles away, took a chance.. that ended up waiting those hours.) My suggestion for Discount tires as a National wide suggestion: For your loyal customers (we have purchased full sets 3times ) A special wait area. With comfortable chairs!! No food needed. A few readable magazines that aren’t controversial; Cowboy, men’s Health , auto magazines. Sport magazines Women: helpful homemaking ideas, women’s Health and fitness Women’s sports and fitness, car safety and definitive emergency things for in the car. Fashion magazines. Etc. Patricia

I have been loyal to Discount since moving here in 1990, 34 years every car, truck, trailer has been to Discount. Everybody I meet has been referred to Discount. Every kid, grandkid car has been to Discount. I always buy the lifetime warranty and rotate/balance at recommended intervals. My last rotation, I was told this may be the last one due to tire wear. No big deal, it happens. Last week at approx 37k miles since install I go for an air check and am told "no can do" because the tires are shot. I go into the store, they won't rotate and balance because tires are shot. I decide to wait for a sale before buying tires, two days later there is a sale. I go back to Discount, I should get approx 50% back due to warranty (37k miles of 70K mile warrany), military discount and the sale. Gonna for me, new tires, I'm happy. But no, Discount now says, no the tires haven't worn enough and Cooper won't give warranty but happy to sell you new tires. Let me get this straight, Discount won't put air in tires, won't rotate the tires, won't balance the tires and yet the tires "aren't worn enough for warranty" and the sale expires the 19th. Now if that isn't a bait and switch, currently searching for new tire provider. Lastly, did you know the Discount Lifetime warranty is only good for three years.

I made an appointment to take my vehicle in at 12:15 PM. I dropped my car off at 12:05 PM and was told it would take about approximately an hour. That’s reasonable. I’ll go to the restaurant next-door. I then get a phone call from my wife saying that discount tire called me asking what tire they need to take a look at. I had already told the gentleman twice what tired to look at and if he wanted to see it, which was a no, and he still forgot. Now I gotta walk back over and let them know again. I told him what tire was and I said that’s not the right number, he needs to call my phone number that the confirmation was sent to. Then about another hour and a half goes by I think something’s gotta be wrong so I walk back over assuming that it’s ready to find out that they didn’t see the wheel lock sitting on the backseat and once again called my wife, even though the message confirmation was sent to my phone’s text. So now I’m already approximately two hours in and he tells me it’s gonna be about another hour to an hour and a half away. Unacceptable, peoples time is valuable. They may think even though this is a service, it doesn’t matter. But I need about $1800 worth of tires soon, I always felt this was a good service to people and helps them buy tires from them which, I have in the past, but will not anymore. Good Year it is going forward. Pathetic customer service and they simply could have verified the phone number from the beginning again and asked for the wheel locks. They never even wanted to go out and check the tire on the vehicle. Crazy part is as I was still there I even received a text to the correct phone that the service was completed, which it was not.

I recently checked into this location to get a tire service, specifically a tire rotation. I checked in at 8:30am and was told it would be ready no later that 11:15am. When I returned at 11:30am my vehicle was not ready and hadn't even been touched. I also noticed most of the vehicles that had checked in after I arrived were gone. I asked if my vehicle was forgotten, there was no response but literally within two minutes my vehicle was in the bay being serviced and ten minutes later I was out the door, service completed. Just sharing this event as a reality check to tempur expectations. I understand that my service today is not a money maker and puts no money into the company. In no world is a covered tire rotation the equivalent of other services that put hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on the ledger. It would be more palatable however if they just didn't make it so obvious. By no means am I saying that you shouldn't patronize this location. To the contrary this is one of the best. Just be aware.

Last week I had a very low tire that barely got me to Discount Tire on Shannon to air it up. It was mid afternoon and business was slow enough they could get me in to hopefully fix the tire and let me get on my way. The bad news was the hole was on the tire edge where it couldn’t be repaired. This was on a Wed and payday wasn’t until Friday. They looked for a spare that could hopefully tide me over till Frida. I work with hospice so my car is vital to seeing my patients. When they brought me my keys they said I had a new tire and I could come back Friday to pay for it. What a blessing that was and very generous. I returned Friday morning to pay for my tire which took no time and I was able to get off to work. Thank you Discount Tire!

What's the point of having an appointment if you don't get anybody in on their appointment time. Poor poor customer service I will never ever bother to make an appointment again because they still make you wait hours.

Got my tire fixed fairly quick, only down side is I was told 1.5 hrs. I came back before that time my truck was already done but I wasn't notified. The alert front desk saw me sitting there and realized I was waiting for my vehicle.

Sat in the tire pressure line waiting for someone to come out for over 10 minutes. Even after going in to ask for someone to check tire pressure. Never again will I do any business at this location. My mistake for going to a different one than I usually go to.

I got a flat tire and I took it here. They checked, fixed it and put it back for free. I am definitely coming back when my tires need to be replaced. Staff is very kind

Been using this dealer for over 20 years. They've always been straight up with me keeping my needs first. Besides, Ina & Shannon rd is the one in the Pima county tax rate area.

Store Manager Joshua was very nice and patient, also not pushy and personable, Store Manager John was also very nice and funny, my expierence was prolonged by insurance and they were very patient and helped me communicate with my insurance and got me out the door as quick as they could with a new tire. Thanks Guys, also Lane did great installing my new windshield wipers and was very nice.

They didn't patch my tire. I will literally never buy tires From these people. I took the tire off, brought it in left it there for six hours and they still didn't patch it but told me they did because they're liars.

Brought my car in with a screw in the tire to have it fixed. Only 20K miles on these tires. Screw was clearly in the tread zone, but was still told it was "unrepairable", and I'd need to buy a new tire. Bought a Slime tire plugger kit and fixed it myself, and have since driven to California and back, plus many more miles, and no problems. So much for "unrepairable". I can repair it, but the "professionals" can't? Beware of this flat scam. I have three vehicles and have always bought from Discount Tire, but no more. You guys just lost a lot of business.
