I moved here to Tulsa about six months ago and needed a good tire shop. So far, I’ve had two experiences with this Discount tire location on Olympia. The team is great. They’re quick efficient, honest, transparent. They put tires on my new Toyota and fixed my trailer tires. They did everything they said they were going to do on time and quickly. Highly recommend this discount tire location it’s worth the drive. 5 star!

We usually do business with a different lesding company in Tulsa. We are dissapointed after coming home and doing research. We feel we were taken advantage of due to us being elderly. My hubs who is disabled came with me as I know much of nothing about tires. I did do reearch before and only found good things said about Discount and it was highly recommended by family members. We did not see anything about an $80 discount when buying 4 new tires. We went in with practically 2 new tiger paw tires.Uniroyals 265 , 17" Tiger Paws, Radials. They were on the car when we purchased it a few days ago along with 2 poorly back tires with not much tread. Our intentions were 2 buy 2 new uniroyal tuger paws. Hiwever the the customer assistant said they didn't sell them and we were recommended to buy another brand. After going out and looking at the vehicle he xane he told us the 3l2 tuger paws did NOT meet the weight standard of the vehicle and recommended we but a higher quality tire, fir our iwn protectoon, he then told us we could get $40$ off of each tire if we traded them in. Us being older weren't sure what we would do with 2 extra tires that werent regulated to be on our car and weren't supposed to be on our car. So we took to the bait of getting an $80 duscount on buying 4 new tires. But we came home to find, we shiuld have received an $80 duscount when buying 4 new tires anyeay. It appears to us we basically gave them 2 practically new tiger paws. The salesman even said they looked new and unworn.

This is the 3rd complete set I've bought from Discount Tire and we always had to order the tires. They're not custom sized so you'd think they would have them in stock.

I hit a pothole and blew my tire. Discount tire was the closet place from my location so I had AAA bring it to them. I’m very happy I did, I’m not a car person so tire specs and all that leave me pretty clueless. Thankfully the person I talked to over the phone was very patient with me and detailed on what to look for while we figured everything out. They had to order the tire needed and it arrived later in the day and was installed by evening. I was very pleased with how fast and friendly they were and will most definitely be returning in the future.

Jonathan, Jace and the gang did a fantastic job. They replaced my tire within a couple of hours, and made great recommendations to me on the best and least costly path to repair it. I also had an unexpected and unusual issue with my sensor lights that popped up after the job, and they took the time to check it out and make sure I was good to go. Running like a dream now. Save your money and go to Wallmart. I went yesterday to ask for a tire installation and Tire Pressure Monitors (TPM) installation. When I mean I TPM installation I mean linked or paired to the car. The attendant told me yes they can do it as soon as they are preprogrammed TPMS. The TPMS provided are preprogrammed and the ones used by Toyota (Denso). I make an appointment on next day and they give me a quote which is: - $15 dismunt a tire x4= $60. - $15 mount a tire x4 = $60. - $20 balancing a tire x4 = $80. I paid a total of $200 dollars and I thought all right, they are going to link or paired my TPMS so let's do it, you pay for the tools and experience. Silly me. As soon as they are done I introduce my OBD2 and bingo, no TPMS paired to my car, I did not left the shop or even fire up the engine. I talked to another attendant and I explained everything and told me that they can only be read by a special bluetooth that I can fin on Orailleys o shops like that. I showed that I am able to read the preassure of the spare tire (I have never used it) but not the new ones so that means they ARE NOT linked to my car. He goes to shop and comes back and tells me that the only one able to do that is Toyota the dealership. Why I ask you for a specific service and answer me YES AS SOON AS THEY ARE PREPROGRAMMED and then you are not able to finish the job? Run away and go to Wallmart, they do all tires for $80. UPDATE, Increased to three stars: I went back to the shop and requested talk to the supervisor. The conclusion is that they can not do mine. Those are OEM (I do not use other brands) and their system does not work with them, just work with some specific aftermarket brands. I understand it and not everything is possible. They made a partial refund and I appreciate it, it is the least they could do. The reason of the 3 stars is because I did my own check with my OBD2 scanner, that is the key. After a service it is supposed you leave thinking everything is done and if it is not, someone tells you or explains the reason why something was not done as expected. It is simple, you do not let a costumer leave thinking what it is NOT.

Took a set of 4 wheels an tires to them to be rotated, wheels are 22"ddc polished wheels. The wheels were off of the truck an dropped off to them around 8:15am. I was called around 10 am an was told they couldn't get the tires off of the wheels, no problem, I went an picked them up an brought them back to my polisher to have them polished (I had an appointment to have them polished at 11. He noticed two of the tires had major gouges from a tire machine, he explained to me he sees this too often, techs do not understand how to properly mount & discount bigger tires on this type of wheel. I took wheels an tires back to the store to show them the damaged they caused. What do you know, they said it must have been caused by a rock hitting the bead on the road. Not to mention their tire machines left major rash an major gashes around two of the wheels. We have used this place quite a bit, that will not be the case moving forward after this. Now I'm out over $1200 to buy two new tires an have the wheels fixed that they damaged. They also explained to me they see & run tires like this all the time an they there's no issue running them because no wires are showing.

I asked when they took the tire off if I could look at my brakes and calipers the guy at the desk said he would come get me but never did then after they got done patching my tires they nicked and ding my rims and messed up my lug nut caps now they won’t come off like they thought the caps were the lug nuts they stripped and smashed and banged em up smh probably won’t do a damn thing to fix it either

The employees at discount tire are always so great I had the sweetest guy named Corbin help me put air in my tires and he even checked my tire tread for me. I know exactly where I will be going when I need to replace my tires.

I don't leave reviews , however I felt like I really needed to this time. The manger Merion was great!! He went above and beyond to help resolve our issues. If you are needing anything tire related this discount is the place to go. We've been to many other discounts and NO where have we ever had such wonderful service. I went to Discount Tire at Tulsa Hills to order a tire. The gentlemen quoted me $296.00 for the tire and $348.11 with insurance. I decided to shop around and a week later I called the store back and the tire was $367.79 out the door with no insurance. I made this aware to the gentlemen on the phone about the discrepancy and he did not care if I bought the tire or not. I have bought many tires from Discount tire in the past but will never purchase there again.

I would like to give these guys 2 thumbs up!! If it weren't for them I would have never been able to drive 2700 miles for vacation. I was in desperate need of tires and could only afford 2 but thanks to the incredible deal they gave me I was able to safely take my trip. I will go to them every time I need tires. Thanks guys!
