These guys go above and beyond! Extremely friendly and QUICK!! Had a blow out and got towed Saturday. I arrived about 5 minutes after closing as the guys were closing up. They asked if I wanted them to lock it up inside so I wouldn’t have to worry about my car over the weekend! They stayed late to get my car locked up and I got a text first thing Monday they were already working on it! Had my two new tires by 9:30 Monday!!! Great service guys!! **also, always buy the tire warranty! 100% worth it!**

I came to Tulsa for Oklahoma State Youth Convention and ended up with a slow leak in one of my tires. I brought my vehicle here and they had it fixed in no time!! The customer service and professionalism were beyond exceptional!!

Shout out to Discount Tire at 6623 S. Memorial, in Tulsa for a great tire shopping experience. Manager, Joe Wicker assisted me on my first visit and was more than helpful. He was no stress and just provided great information that I used in ultimately making my decision. His staff assisted me during the process and were quick and thorough. I purchased the Michelin LTX M/S2. I believe they will be great tires and I will utilize the Discount Tire free rotation and balance service. PS: I have purchased tires from Sam's for years. Discount Tire's prices are right with them. Getting service should be easier due to the numerous Discount Tire Locations. Plus Discount Tire sponsors Ryan Blaney's NASCAR.

I used to work as a tire tech in Sam's Club, and with a giant window in their lobby with chairs in front of a big window to the shop, I was able to watch them working on our car the whole time. They did every part of their job us to spec, and I would recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that sold us a set of tires and replaced our tpms sensors for a great price.

Hi. I have a small time delivery business and needed 2 new tires. Mine 3rd set from them since 2021, as well as my personal cars. Discount tires are always on point. And as a salesman and businessman my whole life. I am not easy to please. I have high standards and I SEE everything!!! As you can see I am sitting right there watching. (Trust issues) Those guys pass with flying colors every time. Special shout out to John and Brenden and 3,4 other crew members for working on my truck. Thank you, I will come again!!!! Oh!!! I showed up 20 minutes before closing time at the location by woodland hills Mall and requested to have a tire looked at for replacement or repair. It seemed like they were quite busy. In about 30 minutes or so they had my car ready with a bill of $0. I really couldn't comprehend this. Never in my life have I been to any service center where they offered a service and did not charge for anything. Just want to clarify, this was my first time to any discount tire. Excellent staff and service. Thank you.

We got in and out today in a very good time and all the associates gave us very good information and service. I noticed that my Firestone and Discount Tire accounts are now merged and I have to wonder if they are under the same parent company.

Friendly staff and they got me a new tire in under 30 minutes while I was on a quick lunch break/hardware run during work hours. I bought 4 new ones from them just a few months back. I'm a contractor so I pick up nails/screws often. This one was just in the desert spot and I had to fill up the tire twice before lunch,so I dropped in unannounced and 30 minutes later I was on with my day! Thanks guys!

Had a nail in my tire with a slow leak , The wouldn’t plug it ! Then they told me they wouldn’t put the tire back on so I could go somewhere else, or plug it myself!!! They forced me to by a tire and wait two hours to get it on my car !!! Never go to this place !!!! They suck big time !!!

Been here a few times. Staff is great. Have bought tires from them and from TireRack and used them as an installer. Labor was under $100. Reminded me of Les Schwab.

I got new tires installed here a couple months ago. When it was time to do a tire rotation the lug nut was on so tight that it snapped my wheel stud completely off.

Discount Tire plugged my flat tire and it cost me nothing. I was additionally impressed that they returned my spare and all the equipment back in my trunk without my asking. Great service and great staff. I’m obviously impressed with their service and will use them again (though I hope I never get a nail in my tire again on a Friday night at 10 pm.)

I'm very picky about my vehicles. Over the years I've used a couple other chain tire stores and I've never been as impressed with the customer service as I am with Dicount Tire at 66th and Memorial. Their team, the guys in the shop and in the showroom, treat my vehicles like they are their own, not just the next car in line. I trust them with my car care and appreciate they way they treat me.

I’m so happy with the service at this location. Aaron and his crew went above and beyond to help me get 4 new tires same day. I appreciated that so much with our rainy May weather and my long commute. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
