I noticed one of my tires was getting very low so I got the car into Discount Tire in Waco late in the day. They got me in, took a nail out of the tire and got me back on the road all in about 45 minutes total on a Friday evening about an hour before closing. Their service was absolutely top notch, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Discount Tire and would recommend them to anyone needing tires.

Alan W at Discount Tire on Waco Dr deserves a HUGE shout out. I was that annoying customer that came in with a warranty for a tire that took 30 minutes to get ahold of the warranty company and another 30 minutes to compile all of the crazy paper work they needed in order to get the tire covered. He was kind, SUPER patient and had a great attitude the entire time. In customer service you have a choice, and he chose to provide an exceptional experience! Thank you, Alan for going above and beyond and getting me taken care of. This location has just gained a new customer because of you!

Free air is free air, and I really do appreciate the service. But as others have said this is quite possibly the slowest location I've been too for air checks. Even with comparable lines the wait can be close to an hour or more, instead of the usual 15-20 mins. Not sure the situation but recommend going elsewhere at least for air

I am not from Texas was getting a birthday present for my mom, the service at discount tires is perfect, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE I had two flat tires I was worried about getting back home which is in a different state and I was anxious, and worried but Jonathan was extremely helpful I was worried they might close and not get to my vechial and I was worried about getting home but he was very polite, and his customer service skills were very very high standards he easy my worried and help me get the right tires for my car and made sure I was good to go to drive on, and he made sure everything was perfect and everything was good to go for me, if you ever go to this location I would say ask for Jonathan he needs a raise, we need more people like Jonathan in customer service area keep up the good work

I love discount tire, but this location I feel is slower than the bellmead location. Also If you need to get your tires aired up you might want to go somewhere else. The lines are always long, I was trying to get my tires aired up and it took almost an hour.

I made an appointment to get my tires rotated on Saturday and it was about an hour after my appointment time before they finally took our truck in. They finished and we left and noticed that one tire sensor wasn’t working so we had to go back. After they finally determined that they had ruined the sensor and replaced it and we had them replace the valve caps they didn’t put back on it was dark outside and we left. Sunday my husband goes out to check his wheels and realized that they didn’t line up the dually tires in the back so now we can’t put air in the inside tires until WE take them off and correct it. Then he noticed when they tried balancing our tires several of the tires went from 1oz or less to 4 oz, no one wants that many weights on their tires, too many probabilities of them falling off. Why can’t tire dealers take the time to mark the location of the valve stems of well balanced tires so they know exactly where to remount them so they will rebalance correctly with the use of less weights. We have had nothing but issues from almost all Discount Tires we have visited which is sad considering the amount of business we have done with them over the years. Very disappointed!!

I called to let Discount Tire know I had a screw in my tire and would be coming in after work to have it repaired. Advised them I get off at 4pm and would be leaving a little early since they closed at 5pm. I arrived at 4:06pm. I waited, waited, and waited, seeing everyone helped and cars serviced except me and even several people that came in after me were seen and gone. The entire parking lot was cleared out with only my car left to be serviced for a tire repair. My car was the last car pulled into the bay and this was after they had cleaned up the bay area. It was sunshine outside when I arrived and it was dark when I left. From 4:06pm to 5:44pm for a tire repair. This has never happened since I have been having my vehicles serviced at Discount Tire and I have been coming here for over 20+ years with all my vehicles. I just wanted you all to know I was very dissatisfied with the untimely service I was given. Even after speaking with the manager he stated, "We had others with appointments that came in after you." I do know a great deal about customer service and have been in the business for 40+ years and this was not good customer service. This is not what you say to your customers. Almost 2 hours for a tire repair is not acceptable. Thank you for the repair of my tire.

They need to have someone help the guy with air tire checks. EXTREMELY SLOW. Sat over 30 minutes and only moved up because two cars ahead of me gave up. I do appreciate the free check.

This store is at a horrible location, so please be careful trying to get there (I almost got hit twice just trying to get in, people drive like maniacs on the roads that surround it) however the staff is always friendly and helpful when I go !! One of the better discount tire locations I’ve been to.

Got my TPs sensor fixed but they didn’t tighten the lug nuts on my tire and my tire could’ve came off while I was driving. Luckily my boyfriend was able to fix it. I don’t have car knowledge and didn’t know what the sound was. That could’ve been super dangerous
