Fantastic service, everyone is kind, thoughtful, and polite even though they didn't have to be since they were doing a free nail patch job on my tire. They were super busy but there were tons of employees getting the work done.

Pretty disappointed with their business practices at this location. Brought my vehicle in to have a nail removed from one of my tires and simply have it patched. Tanner told me it would be free of charge and would take approximately 1 hour of wait time. When it came time to review the transaction, Tanner mentioned that the tire could not be patched since it had been previously patched almost in the exact same spot where the nail was located. He also stated that there was a 2nd patch which didn't belong to Discount Tire which had been placed in the same vicinity, so there technician took it up himself to replace the tire with a new one. Much to my surprise, I asked Tanner if this as a new business practice without notifying the customer first so I could make an informed decision as to how to proceed with the matter. Tanner stated he was just told by the technician that the new tire had been put on and he apologized for not letting me know first. Please be aware of this store and the way they apparently do business now.

Yeah they can be busy, but they are fast efficient know their stuff and are very liberal at giving you a break when you come in for your free tire and balance or fixing of Flats if you have bought stuff from them in the past and it's still on your car.... usually all of that is free. When you actually need to purchase a tire there are always plenty of choices, if you have specific choices in mind they can get it within hours usually.

Had a nail in my tire, employee came out did his paperwork inform me it would be about and hr to get it done while I waited, it only took about 30 min for the to fix the issue and I was on my way.

Had two vehicles scheduled for tire rotations, check air, change out windshield wipers. Was met by Lucas, who did a fantastic job keeping me informed, greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism. Lucas took care of us, kept us informed, and his passion for service truly was evident. He made it a great experience all around.

This is a whole tire shop...all you do is sell and install tires and now you want to add 24 dollars per tire for install? I've been using discount for YEARS and never paid an "install fee" BECAUSE THAT IS ALL YOUR STORE DOES. So now you want to charge 50 dollars more than every other tire shop and charge me to install? I'll never use your company again.

Jose, the store manager, resolved a miscommunication. He was very kind and demonstrated "an act of kindness". All of my parent's vehicles, work vehicles, work trailers, personal vehicles, I have taken to this location to install tires. No other place I would go to purchase and install tires. Thankful Discount Tire has a location in Waxahachie.

Showed up 20 minutes before closing 2 hours from home with a screw in my brand new tires under warranty from the dealership. Alex was the sweetest young man who helped me and made sure I got home with an awesome used tire. I don’t live near here but if I did, I would for sure always use them for my tire needs.

Engine light came on, had a leak in rear tire. Stopped at discount tire. They were very busy. Skylar looked at my tire, if they could Patch or replace. They were able to Patch and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes no charge!

I had a very good experience with this location recently. Jose and the entire team here were very pleasant and helpful. I had an exchange service send some chrome wheels to this location. They received the wheels, swapped my tires over, re-boxed my old wheels and had Fed-Ex pick them up the next day! All for a very reasonable price. It was on my Corvette, so you know I was super concerned and PICKY. The guys did a fantastic job in a timely manner. I will be back when my super expensive tires need replacing. Somehow it's always the rear tires that go first on these cars.

Waxahachie Location is Extremely more cordial than (MIDLOTHIAN LOCATION I stop through Waxahachie one day at about 5 minutes to close and no one could give me air ... Also there's a Quick Trip next door but the valve was broken on the air pump) I believe that was just plain out rude

Had a flat on a Sunday but was able to make it to their parking lot. Made an appointment for the next day & they had me in & out within an hour. Appreciate all of the help especially in 100 degree heat!!

I had three vehicles serviced at this location. A complete set of tires for each vehicle. The only issue was that one of my tire sensors was reading 64 psi. I didn't catch it until I got off the parking lot, so I drove it, hoping it would reset. I checked the pressure, and it was 35 psi, so I just took it back a few days later after the sensor went completely out, and they reset the sensors in a few minutes. Good service with no hassle, just the way I like it. Also, it took about 45 minutes per vehicle.
