I had a horrible experience at this location. I have a new car and asked Chris to put my car with an experienced tech. He said no problem he would take care of my car. I felt rushed out after my car was done. Car sitting in front with traffic coming through trying to look the car over. After I got a chance to look the car over I noticed they scratched my rim up and also put on mis- matched valve caps with one missing. I went back in and spoke with Chris and he says oh I am sorry we had a new tech on your car really??? I showed him the damage and he says Bill my manager will call you. Which he never called. I had to drive there 3 times to catch him. Bill says he can have my rim repaired. I take it to the sketchy repair shop and the need my car 3 days. I got back and let Bill know I cannot do 3 days. I tell him I can get a spare rim if he could help me with a tire. He puts a tire 2 sizes to big on my car and it will not turn. Frustrated I left feeling my car would incur more damage. Overall Bill was being cheap and not very willing to help a customer after damaging my wheel. I was trying to meet him halfway with out getting angry with no luck. I will never go back and will not recommend Discount Tire again. No honesty or integrity.

Pulled right up due to low tire pressure. They came right out and set all tires to the right psi for free! Fast and friendly.

Shaun and his team at this store provide exceptional service. 💪🇺🇸 We were visiting family from out of town and found ourselves needing new tires on our 3/4 ton RAM. We called Shaun Friday and he said he would have the tires by Monday. We made an appt for Tues morning and although they were slammed with appts & walk-ins they got us in and out in an hour just as he said. There was a small misunderstanding over the price but Shaun honored what we discussed on the phone👏👍 They don't do alignments, but Shaun recommended another outstanding local shop, Christian Brothers for an alignment. What a great service manager and just a great human being. Thank you Shaun. It was cool and our good fortune meeting a former Danville local! 👨‍🔧🏆 -Jerry & Carole

Absolutely fantastic service here, they tooke in as a walk-in, and literally ran to get everything done. I was honestly impressed. Not only that but they also let me know my lug nuts weren't gonna fit my new wheels before they shot em on and shredded the wheels. Big props for that. I've been going here for years, would definitely recommend!!!

What an amazing, magical, and productive place and space. I would literally stop here every time I needed my tires done -- even living in Savannah and traveling up and down 95. It is right off the highway and the team there including Pete, Braxton, Caleb, and others on the team. They are quick, reliable, and hardworking. One additional bonus is...if you just take a moment to get into conversation with the team, you just might find a friend. We had a discussion about life and relationships. I almost sat down to get my hair cut lol! What a great team and teamwork culture. It is clear to me that the values in this place represents the culture. My hat and hair off to you guys! Keep up the great work. I will be coming back for my next tire change and tires! Thank you. That really made our day! We feel safer on the road now. You are probably getting all the way down to this point and wondering what they fix? Well, I went there because I had a slow leak and they found a nail. When I got the bill, it said, "$0." It was a service they delivered because this is what they do. I was just talking about how more expensive getting a tire has become, $25+, and to go there and be greeted with kindness, decency, and respect shows the kind of values this place has with its people. Got a set of Michelin CrossClimate 2s for my 2017 Nissan Maxima from this location and boy do these things grip. The tread pattern is sick, just looks mean and gnarly to me, I had an awesome experience as usual, the only thing I really wish they had is an alignment rack, I would 100% pay more just to be able to have them take care of that there. That way I can be sure I’m not leaving there with new tires and find out down the road that my car is misaligned and wear out my tires faster. Thankfully that hasn’t happened to me yet but I know of family members that have dealt with that before. Also, get the certificates, 100% will always be worth it, no matter what.

Great people, great prices, just make sure you get the insurance on the tires. It's worth it! I just had to buy another new set of tires after 4 yrs, n lots of driving time on the old tires. Boy has prices gone up on tires. Ouch! But still safer n great service. Your not just stuck at 1 location. I can visit out of state Discount Tires if there is a problem.

I run an elite paralegal service in Wichita, where time is money. I bought a set of tires from this store. Five weeks later, one went flat and these guys replaced it without hesitation. If you are shopping for tires and wheels for your vehicle, this is the place to go. Tires are tires but, I highly recommend these guys for standing by their products.

This store is best in its class imo. I had my tires rotated and “balanced “ at my home town DT and they totally messed it up. I suffered with it for 1k miles. luckily I found these guys. Every tire was out of balance. Now it drive like a new car

Set up the appt for my wife's front 2 tires online. Convenient and easy process. The installation process didn't take too long either. My wife said she had a good experience with this place.
