I Love this place, they always do an excellent job on my car. I took my car in a couple of weeks ago and they didn't stop until everything was safe and perfect. I highly recommend it!!! Excellent customer service from all of the staff and owner.

I bought two used tires size 255/50/20 for my front tires. This is on 5/8/24…the next morning I have a low tire so I air it up and by the time I finish work it’s low again but the place was closed when I got off. I go back that Wednesday and the dude checks but is joking saying nothing is wrong with the tire. He changed the cap on it and said that should fix it. He put air in it and the very next morning it’s flat again. I go to Walmart to see if they didn’t seal it correctly and there’s a screw already wedged in there with no head. So I take it back after having the tire plugged so I could get to work and they replace my tire but now it’s the wrong size and my truck it pulling to the left every time I accelerate or turn a corner. And it feels like I’m hydroplaning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE I DONT JUDGE NOBODY BUT MAYBE THEY SHOULDNT BE HIGH WORKING ON SOMEONES CAR!!! ITS DANGEROUS!!!! Only gave them two stars because they were willing to exchange the tire at least. But attention to detail was severely lacking!

Accidentally got towed here rather than another store with a similar name. Pleasant surprise!! Great service and prices! Also they were able to help me even though they were busy already and I didn’t have an appointment.

Both of my daughters and i use this place regularly and have been using them for various car stuff including oil changes, brakes and tires since 2016. We have never had a bad experience. Yes they tend to stay very busy but they are definitely worth the wait. They even allow you to bring your own parts from other stores then only charge for labor, but their prices are reasonable as well. As a woman im thankful to have a decent and reasonable auto place to service my car.

These guys are great! I am partial to Andrew and Mike, but any of the guys there are very helpful. In this day, it is difficult to find a business with a heart...and these people really care!! ❤...It has been over a year since I first wrote this...and it is all still true! Every word! Best tire shop in the city. All I'll say is this. If you get the warranty then any issue with your tire, be it needing a new tire, a patch etc. All you have to do is pay the warranty fee of ~$30. Just can't beat that

Discount tires in Louisville Kentucky did a great job. Take care of replacing my tires on my trailer… On short notice. Chester and his team are super busy… But also super engaged and helpful The service went well, and I am so happy to have a new tires so I can feel safer on my drive!
