I came in and got a price on tires. They had to order and. they would be in the next day. I came in the next day and they installed them very quickly. They made a recommendation for a place to eat while I waited and allowed me to get some work done on their WiFi. I had the please of interacting with 3 different people and they were all kind and professional. I also got the tires $125 cheaper than a competitor. Thank you guys!

The team took care of me!!! I wanted to get new wheels and tires for my truck and they walked me through multiple options and got me what I needed and wanted. The customer service was great, scheduling went great, and I loved the pricing. Thanks guys!!!!

Came in from out of town and on a whim we’re looking for the new Nitto Recons. Called and got ahold of the manager (can’t remember his name) but he was AMAZING!!! I was on site in about 45 minutes and an hour later he had the tires in from the warehouse and my truck had new shoes!!! All before my next appt that afternoon. 10/10 on service and the team for making it happen!!

THIS is the place to go for a tire. Used or not. They stayed open a little later for me, went above and beyond. Literally saved my son's 13th birthday. Will forever be grateful for these guys and refuse to go anywhere else for a tire now.

Very kind and professional. They helped me out so much. They were willing to work with me on payment. My tire blew and I had just passed kidney stones and couldn't lift. Had to pay someone to change it and then didn't have enough left for the tire. They allowed me to split up the payment and put it on very quickly for me to get to work. They were the 5th placed I had tried that morning.

Not even worth the 1 star. Bought new tires, else where because locally everybody was out of stock for the size we needed, and had them mount and balanced them because they are open Saturday. The only reason why we went there. Get home to install them back on the vehicle and find all the same old valve stems still in the rims. 3 of the 4 valve stems are cracked and leaking air. Brought them back and they said "we check them and if they are fine we don't replace them". (HELLO! how could you not see that!) They added "valve stems are extra." If I would have known that UPFRONT, yes, would have bought new. They did not disclose that. At all. Of ALL the years of bringing in my wheels off the vehicles, and having any of my local shops I normally use mount and balance them, never been charged for valve stems. If you want to get technical, this shop charges $10 more for a mount and balance than any local shop. Local average is $25 mount and balance, which includes new valve stems and weights. Kind of a given right? Brought them back, had them finish the job and do it right by installing new ones, which they charged us for. Yes, they gave us a slight discount on that when it came time to pay but still, the manager never apologized only the tech, and the service manager. Gave them the chance to make it right, all they did was fix the mistake, and charge for it. Never owned up to it. Don't worry never going to come back again. That is a HUGE safety concern what they did. A failed valve stem on a SUV would not end good. Will call their corporate hq Monday when they open. Yes, still doing this even though their reply said not to. Edit: there is no corporate, this place is a want to be Discount Tire franchise, TOTALLY different from the real deal of being a real Discount Tire. Probably why it looks dirty, and a little run down and with rude, unprofessional management. This was edited because of stores reply. Did I miss anything? Yes, I dropped the f-bomb at the situation, but didn't cuss directly at a employee. Youre not telling the whole story yourself. Read the other reviews, and make your own decision of ever doing business with them. If I had read their reviews, I would have went elsewhere instead of being another victim.
