I called them and talked to Wyatt over the phone about a question I had. I asked him if there was a way to increase the tongue weight for a 2019 Jeep Rubicon JL unlimited. He gave me a some answers and I asked another question. But it seemed like he didn't want to talk to me anymore. He cut me off from my question and put me on hold really fast, and I was waiting a long time. I heard good things about this place, but my first phone call didn't make me happy at all. It actually caught me by surprise. I thought the customer service would be a lot better than what I got. I hope you you guys can read this message and give a talk to Wyatt about customer service and making the customer feel like you want our business. Maybe I'll call back next time and have a better experience. And maybe it was just a bad day for him. Thank you.

Tara is great to work with on aftermarket parts we need for vehicles. She has helped me several times find the answers and or parts I need to repair a vehicle. Thank you for continued great service to Ken Garff Collision!

I got a “diag” on my 4Runner and paid $100 for them to tell me absolutely nothing about my car. It felt like they put zero effort into trying to figure out what was actually done with my car. Not Toyota friendly 👎

On my first day out on papa smurf I broke an inner axle. This was at noon on a Friday. I got my jeep into the shop at about 1pm. They close at 3. Milt and Bryce (Crash Bandicoot). Stayed till it was fixed and had me back on the trail the next day....They will definitely get my business when I am back in town. Thanks Guys!

I’ve had to go back through and redo and fix work I’ve had done at Dixie four wheel drive. This (used relay) and very cheap non weather proof fuse block is just one example. I literally go out of my way now to go elsewhere for help. These parts were installed approximately 8 months ago and are just deteriorating because they are cheap and sub par. This is on a 5 year old vehicle not some weekend beater btw. Self tapping screws were used where a thoughtful quality attachment hardware would have been easy, didn’t even use stainless steel. $400+ on a $6.99 Autozone part ( I checked) and a $7.00 relay. Stuff like this…. 🥴😞. This terrible workmanship nearly left me stranded with no locker and no air compressor. They also performed clearancing for me, it was not cheap. They used some cheap mild Steele that was poorly painted, not primed or treated which is just flaking off and rusting. They riveted the metal on after I specifically asked them not to. I specifically asked for it to be welded. They did not call me to say it could not welded. When I picked my 2019 Tacoma up.. I had no choice. Once you get work done… they literally couldn’t care less to talk to you again. If I could do it all over again, I would go to Red Desert Offroad or just anywhere else. Red Desert Offroad fixed some of their terrible work and had excellent communication.

I had a noise problem that they were able to help me diagnose, when other shops failed, they successfully pointed me in the right direction. Must be good mechanics, I'm back on the right track to fixing my own vehicle. They're generous and kind to offer their help when I personally don't bring them profits.

These pictures were taken after 1 mile of testing the new hydro assist that I paid Dixie 4x4 a lot of money to install. I was very disappointed to find that they did not check clearance before finishing the job. Cycling the suspension is a basic thing to do anytime you adjust any type of steering or suspension components. I was told that they didn’t do it because it costs more money. I asked why then did I never get a call giving me the option to do it and the response I got was because I seemed “ Low Budget”. This wasn’t the first comment from them discriminating based on their assumed social class. I also asked them if this was acceptable work to them and I was told that it was fine and that all it did was scratch my stickers. You can tell the brand new parts I paid good money for are damaged way worse than just the stickers. The only positive experience I had with these guys is that they quoted me $125/hr I verified that they knew I was providing my own parts, they verified that the rate was the same and even asked me which hydro kit I was bringing then after looking at the invoice they actually charged me more per hour than they quoted. I talked to them about it and they did refund the difference. They did not however do anything to fix the clearance issue, they did not replace or cover the cost to replace the damaged parts, and I did have to go back and completely relocate the ram, and fab sole brakes for the ram that of course they don’t pay me their hourly rate to fix their issues. Long story short. If you like go and blow with out checking fitment or clearance and poor after sale customer service use these guys. If you like good attention to detail and honest integrity after they get your money I would suggest a different shop. I try not to be this person and I did try to give these guys the opportunity to correct the issue and make it right. As a small business owner myself I understand that mistakes happen and to me what makes or breaks a good review from a bad one is how the mistake is taken care of and if they own it or just throw it on the customer. Unfortunately this was thrown on me. If anyone would like more info than I put here please reach out directly or reference my Instagram and Youtube posts.

Came from out of town for Jeep Jamboree. Had some issues (rookie mistake) and was referred to Dixie. We all know, well most peeps, that being out of town and having issues can be worrisome. All the worries went out the window as soon as I walked in the door. The words “friendly” and “welcoming” don’t even come close to describing the atomosphere at Dixie. Went in, spoke with Jon and talked with him about my issues. Tony overheard and said “let’s go take a look.” Issue fixed with a handshake and a smile. Was expecting the worst, left with sense of relief. Little embarrassed on my part but… it is what it is. Thank you Dixie from an out of towner. You all are awesome!!!

Down for the week to visit Sand Hollow found out I needed an off-road safety flag for my Jeep. I was referred to Dixie Wow. Great store cool Jeeps outside really nice guys. They had the parts I needed and had Kyle, one of their fabricators weld on a new mount and throw the flag on. I couldn’t be happier, great service. I would definitely do business there again.

I've been there twice with my jeep once to fix my death wobble and the other to check the suspension after an accident. Both experiences were great and will go back again

The bolt on my stabilizer clamp stripped out of the clamp. Stopped in and Tara got me a new clamp. Bryce saved me from trying to fix it in the parking lot and had it ready to go in 15 minutes (huge thanks and shout out to Bryce!). Thank you!

The man, the legend, Milt is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet; and he knows everything about Jeeps and the Dixie area!

Took my jeep in to have a new drag link and track bar along with some new headlights installed. After the work was done, I noticed that my jeep was driving with bad bump steer and things didn’t feel right. Took it back to the shop and they kind of doubted my story… even to the point of insinuating that I didn’t know what bump steer was….but to their credit they put the Jeep back up on the rack. It was soon discovered that they had installed the drag link flipped incorrectly. They corrected their mistake and I went off on my way. No harm done. Within the next few days, I noticed that my steering was getting pretty sloppy and I was getting a lot of weird vibrations when braking on certain surfaces. On a whim I stopped at another shop that is closer to my house and told them nothing of the work that I had recently had performed a Dixie four-wheel-drive. This new shop immediately diagnosed the problem… When Dixie four-wheel-drive had reinstalled the drag link, they didn’t tighten the adjusting collar (and had installed it facing the wrong way). Now keep in mind that this new shop also didn’t charge me for correcting this mistake. From there on out the suspension felt perfect. I decided to call Dixie four-wheel-drive as a courtesy to let them know that I found another further issue and that they may want to talk to the tech who installed the kit. Tara didn’t seem concerned, didn’t apologize for any inconvenience… Only said that she’d pass the message onto Bryce… Who never returned the call. I spent north of $2000 at Dixie four-wheel-drive, they installed my drag link kit upside down, didn’t tighten the adjustment collar and didn’t seem to give a crap…. I never asked for a refund, I made no demands on them, all I asked for was a returned call And to top it off, the headlights weren’t aimed properly. Guess what else the other shop ended up fixing for free….yeah.

Wow do these guys know their stuff. Went to get tires mounted and balanced and they offered so many insights and assistance that made the decision making process much easier. The whole place is so well presented and clean. Makes for a place you will want to frequent often.
