5 stars for customer service and the quality of the repair. 1 star for the condition that they left the interior. Smelt like a paint shop for days and THICK dust throughout the interior. I had to prematurely change my cabin filter, and do an odor treatment and detail. I wish they would have taken a couple minutes to tape and tarp the cab.

Wow! I was super impressed with the service I received. It was my first car accident and the collision repair process was such an easy process through Dixie auto body. They lined up my car rental and made it pretty seamless. I would give more stars if possible. My car was cleaned when I picked it up and looked fabulous. Highly recommend

Wow!! Went in for a small accident and the owner came out and took photos, asked questions and arranged a rental. Saved me money by saving me time. It’s obvious that this is a 3rd generation body shop and that’s why I took my car there. What wasn’t obvious til today was how quickly and easily they addressed issues I didn’t know could be handled by the shop. Wow again!! Thanks Dakota and family!

I had a minor accident with my vehicle and needed some repairs done to the front end. State Farm insurance gave me the name of Dixie auto body. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning. It was supposed to be completed by that Friday. They were courteous and friendly. They emailed me letting me know the progress. Thursday morning I got a call saying that my vehicle was ready to go. It looked beautiful. They did a great job and completed fast. Highly recommend them!!

I took my car in with sub minimal damage and had no check engine lights popping up. At first i was going to give them a five start for their efficiency, but after getting my car back all these problems appeared: 1. My car is misfiring when I accelerate 2. My car won’t start up with my key fob 3. My check emissions, brake, brake hold, power steering(ESP), hill assist, and vehicle stability assist lights popped up a few hours after leaving their lot. Im disappointed with the service my car received and i intend to make them fix all these problems they added to my car. I’ll be coming in to discuss further action tomorrow or they’ll be reimbursing be all my money.

The original bid on the work was $162. A week later they called me and said the inside damage was more extensive than they thought and it would cost $1400. I told them to go ahead and fix it. A few days later when I went to pick up the car the total cost was $1986. Again they said the inside damage was more than they thought. Not a trustworthy business in my estimation and I will never use them again.

The repairs on our car were done to perfection. The only issue we had was that they didn't notice all of the damage, so we had to make another appointment and take our car back in for 2 more days.

These guys are great. Courtesy was shown and questions were answered. They do fantastic work. I have an older corvette that someone backed into the front driver’s side fender (which is the hood). The bumper was also damaged. The guys at Dixie Auto body repaired the crunched fiberglass to perfection and matched to paint. I am really pleased and would highly recommend them….

Kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks as good as new. Made returning my rental a very easy process. The only complaint I do have is that they left my car sitting outside all weekend and it was covered with dirt. I couldn’t even see out of the windshield until I cleaned it. Other than that, I will use them again if needed.
