Expert service. Dobbs got my car in the next day for a minor repair. It did take twice as long as I was quoted but they were busy and it turned out I needed 2TPMS monitors replaced rather than the 1 I’d anticipated. So overall good; 5 stars 🤩

Always so friendly and fast! Maybe slightly more expensive than others, but it’s worth it in my opinion. If you want something done fast and right, it’s not gonna be cheap. If you want something done for cheap, it’s either not gonna be done right or it’s not gonna be done fast. You can never have all three things.

This is the best tire place in the world. They take good care of you. If you have a flat tire, they don't even charge you to fix it if you buy your tires from them. Highly recommended Been a customer for many many years

Dillion and Mat were excellent !!! Dillion was exceptional in his knowledge and ability to make things happen in an extremely timely manner. The service was outstanding from start to finish. My fuel pump failed Monday. Had towed to a different shop who couldn’t get me in for over 2 weeks. Contacted Dobbs and Jon Werner said get it here I’ll figure it out. They Diagnosed it was in fact the fuel pump. Found out they received the fuel pump at 4pm Tuesday. They stayed late and had my truck done 7:30am Wednesday morning. If it wasn’t for their efforts my trip would have been cancelled. I have not experienced this level of service in years! I cannot say thank you enough!

My husband, kids, and I were driving on a rainy Sunday morning when our car got a flat tire on highway 270. We managed to make it close enough to the Dobbs Sunset Hills location. We knew it would be closed on a Sunday, but my husband figured it would be an easy place to change our tire. The manager happened to be there that morning. He saw us struggling in the rain with the flat tire. Without even being asked, he very generously offered to help my husband put a spare tire on the car. It would have taken much more additional time to change the tire ourselves! Very kind and generous to help. He gave us good insight on what to do next. Normally we take our car to the Lake St. Louis Dobbs location, and we have always had good experiences with Dobbs. We would highly recommend Dobbs Sunset Hills. With two small children in the car that day, we were very thankful for the help. Thanks so much for helping our family.

Brought in my car with a no heat issue. The service manager was named McDavid. They said I needed 2 thermostats and a coolant flush despite me being pretty confident I had a blend door issue. $900 service later & I still had no heat and a check engine light, car not running properly. Ran the codes before I went back and knew there was a problem with thermostat 2. After "diagnostics" they said I needed 4 sparkplugs replaced for $600. I went to pick it up after declining service. They tried to charge me $125 for "diagnosis" Midas down the street immediately diagnosed the #2 thermostat housing was cracked during the Dobbs service and fixed it for $145. Never did have proper heat, and now my blend door actuator is clicking, affirming my original diagnosis. I am old enough I'm not trying to do my own auto repairs anymore but I still know pretty well what I need fixed when I need something fixed. I would NEVER go to any Dobbs after this, especially not this location. After the Brentwood dobbs sold a single mother friend of mine $2500 worth of crap on a Dobbs credit card at 20% and gave another single woman friend a quote dot $2200 for what actually amounted to an alternator and a belt, I should have known better. I figured I know what I need and they absolutely screwed me anyway. The blend actuator is a $200 fix btw. Dobbs is criminally terrible if they can swing it

Our daughter came into town from college on a weekend her car began to smoke so we looked for places to take her car on a Saturday. Most of the auto garages are closed on the weekend but we saw Dobbs was open and we went in to talk to them and they diagnosed the problem found parts to fix her car all in the matter of 2 hours. They knew our concern about making our daughter’s car safe to go back to college and found parts quickly and installed a new thermostat so she did not break down on the way back. Thanks to everyone from Dobbs to service our car and take the stress off us and our daughter.

This shop put incorrect size tires on my car twice. After purchasing new tires for my wife’s car, they called me saying her wheel alignment was off and recommended having it adjusted for an additional charge “to protect my investment.” The service rep provided minimal details about the alignment over the phone so I declined alignment until I could take a closer look at the report when picking up the car. Turned out caster was only minimally out of the reference range on one wheel. Everything else was perfectly within spec. This is a warning to double check the work and ask to see the numbers before agreeing to any additional charges.
