I made an appointment several days before for the ID/OD and emissions. I arrived at my appointment time (11am) and nothing happened by 11:50. I asked to talk to the manager and he said my truck was next. It was finally taken in at 11:55. I’m not sure why I make an appointment if it just sits for almost an hour? Also, this is what I was told on how long it would take: 1. When I made my appointment I was told it would take an hour 2. When I showed up I was told it would take between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes 3. When I talk to the manager I was told it takes between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes Which one is it?

The man that checked me in. I don't feel was very good at keeping up with me for the couple hours that I was there with a 10 o'clock appointment.. But they did a really good job. And the man that checked me out and took my money was excellent. And I appreciate all of his help and I appreciate dobbs

Great job to all the team members!! service was great they get u in and out only auto place I feel comfortable at and they tell u the truth without me feeling like they trying to get over on me because I’m female… And the young man that always at the first..I forgot his name He always helpful and be about his business and patience he knew I didn’t know what I was talking about but we got it together 😂😂

I would NOT recommend this location. The last two times I dropped my car off to get serviced, they did not rotate my tires as requested to do. Quality control does not exist here!

I’ve only been there a few times before, but I was very impressed with the gentleman on the phone and behind the desk that I needed to deal with. They were very friendly, and knowledgeable. I just had oil changed, but I guess it’s fine also.

Always pleasant when you go in. I went in without an appointment. My battery had died and I needed to get it replaced. AAA came and jumped me. I drove it over there and they had it back to me in about an hour and a half. I love this Dobbs!

Good work on the car….however, I had absolutely the WORST customer service experience with Firestone / Citibank Credit Card. I only wanted to set up automatic payments from my account, but was totally unable to access my account and was unable to speak to a live person and kept getting disconnected…plus was unable to pay Dobb’s directly..!!? I finally got through by lying…saying that I was a dealer not a customer! I went ahead and paid my remaining balance of $500! I’ve done business with Dobb’s for around 20 years, but now I think I will need to look elsewhere!!

I went in yesterday for a patch due to a nail in my 2018 ford eco sport. 1: it's GARRICK not Darrick( I spelled it slowly like come on guys). And they way over inflated the patched tire. Probably won't go back

Last Wednesday, I brought my car to Dobbs for a tire with a nail in it, expecting a simple patch covered by my warranty. They also found two other nails in a different tire, which they said had to be replaced. I agreed, but was informed the new tire wouldn’t arrive until Friday and to bring it back that morning. Soon after picking it up and resuming driving Uber, my first Uber passenger’s luggage got dirty because they left the spare tire in the trunk instead of putting back underneath, which I was unaware of (SUV) and is totally unacceptable, they offered to put the spare on but just left it in the trunk knowing it goes underneath. I returned to Dobbs the next day to have the spare put away and noticed a missing piece from the jack assembly. Probably just used when they were removing the spare and just didn't put it back, I didn't accuse them of stealing. This was also the first time the spare has been used and the car came complete with all parts. They agreed to replace it, and I appreciated the professional service from the employee who helped resolve the issue. The experience took a sharp turn for the worse when I returned today to pick up the replacement part. The same kind employee retrieved the part for me, but a manager, who had not been involved in any of the previous interactions, decided to come out from behind a wall and confront me. Without any context or knowledge of the situation, he accused me of lying about the missing part, claiming that "He called Toyota", he was told my car “never even came with that part.” This accusation was made in front of other employees and customers, which was incredibly unprofessional and needless. I had already received the part and was about to leave quietly, thankful that the situation was being resolved. Instead, this manager’s need to assert his authority and accuse me of dishonesty was both uncalled for and deeply upsetting. What could have been left as an inconvenience that I was willing to move past turned into a terrible experience due to one person’s need to stroke his ego and assert some imaginary dominance. It's a shame because the other staff members I dealt with provided decent customer service, but this manager’s behavior was completely out of line. I also called Toyota. If there was an impression where it should live along with the other parts next to it, then it came with it.

I appreciate that they had my service request ready and awaiting my arrival. The staff is kind and hardworking. I didn’t appreciate seeing them service cars before mine since I was there before a crowd of other cars did drop off. Other than that, they did a great job on my car!

I had a screw in my tire causing it to lose air very quickly. They were quite busy the moment they opened, but were able to fit me in and patch my tire in record time, so I didn't have to miss a very important healthcare appointment that morning.

Short: Incredible customer service, fast, but can be expensive Dobbs absolutely saved my butt when I got in over my head on what I thought was gonna be a simple repair. Customer care is like a 6, Kyle we very good on the phone while I was scrambling to find a place that could do then engine work I needed on pretty short notice and Halem kept me from having a straight up panic attack in the parking lot when I realized I was going to have to get it back running there before my other problem could be looked at, after already nearly bricking the car trying to do that myself as they couldn't finish the work I had started for liability reasons. That gets me to why it's 4 instead of 5 though. This is a premium mechanic. They're able to do all manner of engine work that a lot of shops I talked to wouldn't touch, like tapping out a valve cover bolt (but did leave some shavings behind that I had to fish out) Take it there, get the work done fast and right, with a guarentee, but they use their own parts for everything and do it start to finish. In my case I was halfway through a strut job and a valve cover gasket with a snapped bolt and initially no idea how I would get it back together. They gave me a quote to finish the strut job, but only by redoing both sides and were unable to use the parts I already had despite the installed strut being the same part number they were going to use. That is right and proper for them, and the most sound option for both liability and reliability but it didn't work in my case.
