Waited 2 hours for tires to be put on then started home and truck pulled to left really bad went back and the new tires whereout of round so they had to go to Arnold for other tires was there from 1120 till 412 and then asked Chris if I could be compensated for my time and he said no then they broke 2 lug nut covers and they wouldn't give me new ones unreal I will never go to Dobbs again and I will let every one I know how there Customer service is Chris at front desk was horrible

Dobbs always does a great job of taking care of our cars. They call with all of the details so we know exactly what needs to be done. They work within our schedule so that our time without a car does not cause us any burden. On the last repair, I had to walk down to pick up the car. They were able to have the repair completed so that I would not have to walk down Telegraph in the dark.

The Dobbs on Telegraph Rd. by Dierbergs is the best one around! I always have great Customer Service and the prices are always reasonable. They even give me extra coupons and money off every time I go up there!! Highly recommend.

We have always had good service at Dobbs tires. Recently i had new front and back tire break pads installed and a break fluid flush done. Service was great as always . One month earlier one of my tires caught a nail in it and was flat. Pumped up the tire, brought it to dobbs and had the tore fixed at no cost to me. I was shocked. They said since i bought the tolires there they were under warenty

Great place, friendly and professional people. Always take my car there. Yesterday afternoon on my way from work had a flat tire, drove my car straight to this place. When I got there I told them I got flat tire and I didn't have appointment, but they said no problem and they'll fix that tire right away and that I can seat and wait. And it was just as they promised, as always! I'm so happy I can always count on them! Thank you all!

Had a random flat(ran over a screw). Since I bought the tires previously from Dobbs they patched it for free and I was in and out in an hour. They not only saved me time but saved me from having to buy new tires. Great experience!

Poor customer service. Money grab, if I could give zero stars I would. Took my vehicle in for diagnostic for check engine light. When the customer service representative called to give me the status of the “diagnostic” she proceeded to tell me I need 4 new tires, an air filter and an oil change. All of which was valid and I was aware and had arrangements to get those services completed at a later date. She quoted me $600+ for tire service, $150+ for oil service not to mention the $187+ for “diagnostic fee”. When I questioned the reason for the check engine light being on they stated that they would need to conduct the oil change before further diagnostic services could be provided with no guarantee that the original issue would be resolved.stated there was no oil on the dip stick, which was false… I asked what error codes came up during the diagnostic they were unable to provide a response, but instead told me it was “timing stuff” and couldn’t assess further without oil service. The rep seemed annoyed of my inquires and when I spoke with the manager on duty he was of little help. I decided to pick my vehicle up and pay the “diagnostic”fee. Long story short… I’m out $187 with no reason for the check engine light being on and my vehicle is now at the dealership. A little integrity goes a long way with customers. Focus on providing good customer service before you try to milk as much money out of patrons as possible.

I’d like to recognize Danny Gartner for his professionalism and outstanding customer service. I recently purchased tires that just didn’t ride well. Danny went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Ultimately, he changed the tires with different tires, which made the car ride great. As a customer, I was amazed to get this great personalized and caring customer service. It doesn’t get any better than Dobbs at Oakville and Danny.

I had the guy's look at some problems, and they diagnosed them, put 4 new tires, BF Goodrich tire sensors, and front alignment, which completed the work on this day, the same day. Great Job Guys my vehicle handles like new! Thanks!!

I normally went here for my general maintenance on my car, but no longer after this experience. To put this plainly, I was quoted "1190.73" before taxes and fees. I went in to pick up my car after 2 and a half days and the front desk told me I owed over 1800 dollars. I highly doubted taxes were this high, so I ask what this extra charge was for. He showed me the breakdown of the charges, and there was over 700 dollars in labor charges. I knew going in that the labor was going to be expensive, but at NO time was a 700+ dollar ever mentioned in any communication or quote. I was NOT told the driveaway price apparently. After the work was done there was nothing I could do. I feel like I was a victim of a hidden fee. When I said that this was not what I was quoted, the front desk basically was silent and didn't say anything, holding my keys. No offer to figure out what happened, nothing. I will not be going back here after this experience. Positives were the politeness of the staff overall, as always. Usually they are fast at repairs, but this time took very long (willing to understand this due to the repair) and this surprise charge was NOT ok. Please quote the driveaway price to all customers, to avoid a large surprise charge.
