I’ve been having my cars serviced at the downtown STL location for about 15 years. Mike and the crew are great. Early on I took my car in with break problems expecting a huge bill only to be told it was low on break fluid and there was no charge.

The tech provided prompt service with a smile. I advised him of my situation, he listened, but he also went and checked out for himself just to be on the safe side he , which he did and found that I will need a new rim however, he was able to put the tire on within an hour and a half and we were out of there. So thank you Dobbs for your service!

I had the low tire warning light come and discovered two pieces of wire in my tire. It was 5:30 (they close at 6:00) and I call Dobbs to see if they could get me in on short notice. They repaired the tire, plus when I got into it to leave I noticed that they had also checked the air pressure on all of the tires. Great experience! I would go there in a second. THANKS AGAIN

I was having brake problems on the way to work so I took it to Dobbs who checked everything it could be even though they were busy. They were great getting it checked and taking care of the problem. I had my car back before I left work.

Had an appointment just to patch a tire from a nail at 9 am. Didn’t receive my car back until 11 am

My appt was for 10 in the morning. They said it would be 1-1.5 hrs. to change my oil and rotate my tires. I finally got out of there 2 hrs and 45 mins later. There were no complications to my knowledge that would have made this service an hr to an hour and 45 mins longer than the hour to hour and a half that they told me when I was making my appointment. I will admit I was 5 mins late. The customer service at the counter was great though. If I go back and when I set my appt I will tell them of this experience and ask if I should plan on such a delay. Dobbs is much closer than the Lexus dealer and more economical. They can do everything the dealer can except recall work. Lexus DX 460 2020. 53000 miles. Excellent condition.

I didn’t have an appointment but was able to get my vehicle looked at. Tires needed to be replaced and they were in stock. Work was done quickly and I got my vehicle back just a few hours later.

Far exceeded my expectations! Because my car has low profile tires I hit one of the infamous STL pot holes and took out my front driver tire. The customer experience was smooth to get car up and running again.

My family came to St. Louis from KY for fall break. On day 2 of our trip, we got a flat tire. Not being from the area, we called multiple places to see who would accept a tow and help us out on a Saturday. After several very other rude places refused to help us, we called Dobb’s and he promised to take care of us. Despite already being extremely busy, they got our tire patched and back on the road in no time. Absolutely wonderful service. Thank you Dobbs!!
