Did a thorough job in correctly identifying the issue with our car, followed the proper steps to ensure they did their work right, and got our car got to us as fast as they could. Will be coming here regularly because not only do they do good work, but they also have more fair prices than anywhere else I’ve gone to give me an estimate on the work for my car.

Always get tires from the same place. Dobbs is great, but this day they were short with a person out and missed my low tire on the tire they advised me not to replace! All in in all, great company with great employees always willing to help.

Yesterday I had a state inspection and oil change and eveything went smoothly, but earlier this year Dobbs resurrected my towed car in one day when I first had it towed to the dealer who said they would get to it in a couple of weeks, so I then had it towed to Dobbs. I whole-heartedly recommend this Creve Coeur Dobbs!

12981 Olive Blvd in Creve Coeur location took care of me right away. Brett was the person I dealt with and he was very professional. I could tell that my two front tires needed replaced, within an hour both tires were replaced with new ones and my vehicle drives great.

I went with someone to this garage after she had left her car there to get a diagnostic. The previous day she had been given a quote on the price of said diagnostic, (after dealing with a very rude technician)and when I went in with her they had the nerve to charge her almost $100 more than was quoted. The people at this Dobbs are at best disorganized because they can't keep track of the prices they quote people, or at worst sketchy, unprofessional and will attempt a bait and switch on their pricing. I would recommend extreme caution in dealing with these people if you have to. They don't deserve the one star I gave, but the score they deserve isn't an option.

Not all Dobbs service centers are the same, but this location stands out, thanks to Billy, the manager, and the excellent team of technicians. They were thorough, honest, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. In my experience, they delivered beyond what they promised. Thank you!

Our family was here for a soccer tourn and our alternator went out along with other issues called 7:15 am to get towed to their location and by 4:15 the same day they had us back on the road with a vehicle ! KEN was so calm and professional I can’t ever thank them enough 10/10 for sure !!! Fast friendly and job well done !

We made a 9am appointment, were told it would be ready in about 2-3 hours. I called 3 hours later and they hadn’t even started. I bought 4 new tires, as far as I know everything is fine. My only complaint is that they took longer and didn’t call. But it appears the work they did is fine.
