Absolutely fantastic service. My engine started overheating out of no where and this was the closest auto shop in my dealership network. I was skeptical as i hadn’t personally heard any reviews about them. Once i arrived i was greeted with amazing customer service and 100% transparency. Turns out i didn’t need an engine replacement like expected, just needed coolant and my radiator replaced. I loved the fact that they showd me visually the issues, instead of just saying what’s wrong with me and leaving me guessing whether or not if the issues are legit and they’re just seeking extra money. I will recommend them time and time again to anyone looking for auto repair. Best customer service and best auto repair skills i’ve ever interacted with. Spent like 8+ hrs pryin and cryin to get my hood open. The crew called me back half an hr later with an open hood and a stupid good price. 6/5

I've been going here for years! Don always takes perfect care of my car, and if he's unable to fix the issue, he has a recommendation for where to go. He even showed me how to fix a recurring issue I had several years ago. I totally recommend

Dobney’s Sinclair is a ‘diamond in the rough’ and one of the best service shops I have ever brought my vehicles. Don, William & Steve have always been done a great job communicating re: cost, parts & labor, the turn around time is fast and the service is has always been top tier. They’re my go-to shop.

I think they have had a change in staff as I have never encountered a lady at this station and I have always been treated with polite respect by the people there. I have had three oil changes done in past 6 months during my lunch breaks. I've also had my breaks done. Not a problem yet. Great people to do business with.

Went in to get my powerball tickets replayed and the cashier "Jamie" was very rude. I tried explaining stuff to her and she told me she knew how to do her job and was sarcastic about me playing. I ended up paying for two extra tickets because she kept cutting off and not letting me explain what exactly I wanted. She has no business being in customer service at all.

Called yesterday talked with William about my oil filter adapter for my jeep Cherokee sport which is one Torq 60 bolt where my oil filter screws on and said he could not price it for. so we talked for awhile, while I was on the phone and watched a video of the 5 min job of the o rings replacement and priced me at 30-35 $$$ and we set a time up for today which I drove my truck leaking what little oil it's holding to the shop so I went in the shop William was not the and the manager was power tripping on the price of 30-35 $$ I got told yesterday he didn't take the time to even talk to me about my problem on my truck like William did yesterday including watching a video of the problem. Being a manager in my day I learn to treat my costumers with respect any one and everyone and you really seemed to lack the gesture of kindly caring for a single minute I was not greeted by this so called manager on duty either as I entered the building and when he was rude I left still with my truck leaking oil everywhere... I would do the dam job my self but my hand still hurts from being smashed aweek ago metal on hand not a good mix so thats making it where I can't get leverage on the single bolt I need loosened.
