Doc has always been good to us. Honest shop - no worries about being taken advantage of if you don't know a lot about cars. I've always been comfortable taking my vehicles here. They've gotten a lot busier and it's harder to get in, but we're still not taking our vehicles anywhere else.

After a month of knowing there was something wrong with my car, taking it back to my long term mechanic and them not being able to find anything wrong, I called Doc on the recommendation of a friend. He identified the problem and had it fixed 2 hours later! I will definitely be back.

Very straightforward. Honest - another mechanic said I needed an alignment, he did a check and said it wasn't needed. Had my car in and out for an oil change. Best prices in town.

Good people. Clean and professional. I work on my own cars, this was the first time that I had someone else work on one of them. They replaced my transmission and fixed TPMS on my favorite daily driver.

Top Notch Mechanic. He doesn't keep your car all day messing around. You make an appointment and they work on your car. Get you in and out within a reasonable amount of time depending upon what you're having done. Will give you an estimate of the cost upfront. I had my car worked on twice here and plan on making this my permanent Mechanic. Had damage from the Kia boys trying to steal it. The second time from wear and tear on an aging car. I highly recommend this establishment. 👌

I moved into the south STL, I was humming along and bamn my engine blew up, it was not great. Doc made it all make sense. He gave me a real time est. I've taken my cars and jeeps here, bc he's done an amazing job, his children that are also involved in the business.

I’ve been taking our vehicles to Doc for 2 years now after a move to South City. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great mechanic. Doc and his team have amazing customer service, accurate quotes/estimates, and always double check with you for approval before any costly repairs. My girlfriend has an old “beater” Toyota she uses for a short 1 mile commute to work. Doc has helped us by letting us know what repairs to prioritize, and what repairs can be put off. Additionally it seems like he pays his staff well and it really shows in the quality of work performed. Take your car to Doc’s!!
