I was quoted over $5000 to fix my car. Doctor Auto replaced the spark plugs for less than $300 and now my car runs great! Not only did they do a great job, they were quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely use them for any future auto repairs.

Honest and reliable place. I’ve came here for a maintenance job and another time when my AC stopped working. Johnny took care of my car each time. He got my car back on the road and blowing cold in no time! Highly recommend!

Johnny is not only my goto mechanic for appx the last 2-3 years he is my families mechanic I know alot of peolpe in Vegas I have sent a good amount of people to him and no complaints to date. he is a man of God and keeps it real if he says your car needs the repair it needs the repair. He honest and does it right the first time... I highly and only recommend this shop to to my friends.

Not only was I able to get an appointment with the shop, but the level of respect and care for me and my vehicle was phenomenal. I explained my previous situation with getting my car serviced at a dealership, explained that I wanted to have a in depth inspection performed on my vehicle, and they not only gave me the thumbs up, but were able to find an issue with the serpentine belt and got it replaced in the same day. Dropped it off in the morning, picked it up near closing time, and I was able to pay and drive away. After just a few days, I can already tell a difference in the performance and I'm much more confident on the road. Skyler and the techs were fantastic and they have my business for this car, any future cars, and any of my friends and family that are looking to get their cars inspected or to just have an oil change. I can't thank the team enough, and I'm looking forward to the next visit. Thank you again!!!

I called today (as I have 2 free wash cards from husband's Smog) before coming & the young lady (didn't write her name down) who answered, explained, & assisted when I arrived was very nice. A man walking twice by also assisted regarding increasing the pressure. I haven't done self-washing in over 60 years with my Dad in Pittman/Whitman. Thanks for not being annoyed by a Boomer.

For their repair shop I'd give them a 1 out of 5 stars. They quoted me 2000 just to replace an AC compressor and condenser on an older expedition. I got it done myself for the price of parts. It was an hour job, maybe an hour and a half if you're slow. These guys are ridiculous with their mechanic quotes. For their smog check service, I gave them 5 stars. I've always gotten all my smog checks done there and they are always quick, kind, and convenient. Especially with their coupon and the free car wash with the Smog check.

This Repair shop is great, personal service, took care of a vehicle that was purchased from a private seller that was a disaster! Doctor Auto goes above and beyond- answering all my questions about the service performed. Trouble shooting and advice on how to get this car in working condition. I can't say enough nice things about this shop. It's great to find such quality service in auto repair! highly recommend! I went to get a smog test so I could get my new sticker for 2025. The young lady who did the test was on her phone. When she finally said something to me, I had to ask her was she talking to me? I got my paperwork from her, and she circled the code i needed to scan at the store that has a kiosk for the DMV. I went to the albertsons store right down the street to get my sticker and it stated there is an error. I was told I needed to go to the dmv. They could bot figure out the problem, and they told me to go to triple A insurance around the corner which ended up to be about 5 miles. When I got there, there were about 15 people waiting for service. Oh yea I sat there and filled out the app for Triple A and waited for a while before I asked a guy that works there can he try to get my sticker at the kiosk in their facility. He did that for me and was also declined. guess what, when he put in my plate number,I said that is not my plate number. After 3 hours of driving from 1 place to another, I found out that the young lady who serviced my car at the smog test site made an error that cost me gas and time because she was on her phone while working and now I know which was more important to her. Do your job young lady and talk on your phone during your lunch or break.

The only mechanic I use. All the guys are really nice and informative. I never feel like I'm getting cheated here. The best part is you can even purchase the parts yourself and bring them in! They always call me and let me know what's going on and the work is typically done the same day. Definitely recommend

These guys treated me so well. They were kind on the phone, got me in as soon as possible, and let me know all my options. Their repair was 1/3 of what Meinike had quoted and it completely fixed my older QX4. Johnny was awesome at communication and keeping me updated. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Great place to get your car smogged. They have two drive through lanes and they are very fast. They didn’t charge me for a failed test and they don’t pressure you to leave tips like most other places. But please always leave a tip for these guys!

Very professional and courteous. Pricing seems to be fair but they seem to lack knowledge on certain routine inspections, for example, they replaced the alternator but my intermittent wipers didn't work afterwards and they couldn't fix it and told me to go to a Cadillac dealer. When I tried to make an appointment, I was told they were very busy and couldn't see me for two weeks. I don't think I will ever trust them with my car again. I do not recommend this shop!
