Called for tire patch, quoted me $20. went in and they couldn't find a nail. Spent 25 minutes searching for the issue and then found that my rim has a crack. Didn't charge me a dime, thank you very much for your help

Rude customer service. I asked if they did alignments. They said no, but they would refer me to somebody in Dumphries. I politely declined because Dumphries is too far for me, and they just hung up on me

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at this tire shop! I found them easily, and the service was quick and reasonable. I had a nail in my tire that needed to be plugged, and they not only took care of that but also double-checked for any other holes. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend them for their efficiency and thoroughness.

I went there twice to install tires and alignment. Everyone work like a team and I really appreciate the work. The only problem is that the short Hispanic guy always ask me for tip, it seems he force me to do that or he just kidding? When he ask that, it likes I have to pay for an extra fee for only him. I think everyone has a role to work and he has a job that he suppose to do. Anyway, thank you everyone else to do a good job, fast, reliable, good price.

Got all four tires replaced and balanced. Luckily they had my size for a same day appointment. Even with two cars ahead of me and manual operations, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Mike was extremely helpful, professional, and diligent.

I have bought a lot of tires- on average 2 sets per year from Dominion Tire in Manassas. Those guys are amazing. They know what customer service is. I just called the Woodbridge location looking for a used tire. I was told they don't sell used tires. Ok. Cool. Before I could even ask "Do you recommend somewhere to go?" the line went dead. The Manassas location would have given a recommendation. Clearly the Woodbridge location doesn't want the business. My advice to the Woodbridge location- have a class in manners and customer service with the Manassas store. - Edit. I received a phone call from the district manager asking what the issue was. My hope is the conversation that we had ends up in the sales person has a learning experience and fixes the mistake so it doesn't happen again. Thank you for the phone call.

I will return to Dominion because I like the customers service. I live about 45 minutes away and have great intentions of returning. I purchased two tires for a friend whose vehicle/rims weren't available to be balanced and mounted. I received an accommodating price. I won't forget their business.

Very quick service and the manager (Mike?) is an honest guy who isn’t looking to swindle you. I wasn’t expecting to get the quality tires I got for the low price. Only took 30 min to swap/balance my tires, which was much much quicker than the 3 hours to do it at NTB in Woodbridge!

Today I went to this location to fix my tier, the minute I told the “White guy” I have a new tire in my trunk he said $40. Just to change the tier I said, he repeated the same thing. I knew that it was away too much, cause I went to a different one about 2 miles away and they charged me only $25. This is the 5th and last time in about 5 months I go to this location and here is why: 1st time he charged me $30, the same white guy just to fix the tire. 2nd time, a Hispanic guy by himself telling me they don’t have the tools and told me to go elsewhere less than a mile. 3rd this is after the 2nd time cause I didn’t listen to the Hispanic and came back and it was a guy with a ponytail, he doesn’t smile and don’t even look at you when he talks, he charged me $60 4th time same ponytail guy, he said a new tire $130 used $60 labor and tire rotation is separate, he went inside to check and came back saying he has none in stock. He also said my tire was not fixable with an angry face. I would have paid it, if he had the tire, but he was the reason why I went on line and bought it. What he should have done is to tell me “I’ll get you one just comeback tomorrow or something, but they are not smart enough or carless. It looks like when you bring your own tire they don’t make much money, cause the same tire he said $130, I got one from Walmart online for $48. Bottom line they are indeed unprofessional, rude, and not honest at all. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Also for the owner/manager save yourself time and energy to respond to this review, but rather fix your business cause I take customer reviews in my business seriously.
