Called them before hand, they said bring it in, my trans is not working right, this spot is very close to my house, I thought it was perfect for me. I get there, they tell me to take it to a different shop of theirs further away...like wtf? What is it about "my trans isnt working right" they dont understand? I wasted a lot of energy getting that car over to the closer spot, if he could have just told me I could have made a different decision but nope. Absolutely sent me off. Im telling everyone I possibly can around our neighborhood not to go to this place. BAD BUSINESS!! I can only imagine the funny bizz they got going on with their pricing. NOT WORTH IT if they can't even get scheduling right.

The customer service sucks! They don’t call you to update you about your car. You have to wonder why it’s taking so long for them to call you, then you have to call them. And they are liars! They lied about when and what time a part was going to come in for my car, then didn’t actually do the work until the next day. Like a complete disregard for peoples time. Such weirdos. I only went here because they have all of the equipment to do electrical repairs on cars. But otherwise, this place is a joke like somebody else said.

These people are frauds and crooks!! Do not buy from them. The son is a thief and a thug. I was behind on my payments and Don betos son Julio threatened me saying that my car would be towed and that they didnt care if my kids were in the car while this happened. Later I made my last payment and they still want more money from me saying I owe them ! Disgusting

My wife blew the tire (sidewall) on the minivan with all our kids on board. These folks got her back on the road with a nice new tire in about 15 minutes. For under $100. Spectacular. Thank you gentlemen 👍

This auto shop is very reasonable on prices. I have had two transmission with them and a engine. If something goes wrong they fix it and will help out in anyway to make sure you are satisfied. They are 45 mins away from my house and I would rather travel to them when I have a auto shop down the block from me. The staffing is very polite and they keep you up to date on the progress of your car.

Dont do it!! They are crooks! Quoted me 1600 on a trans i went to the shop to drop off a deposit and when i get there my truck was parked on the side street with my doors unlocked and my hood left open.. He told me i didnt look at it I just know its ur trans because it didnt shift!? Ok ive had my share of repairs and thats not good enough for me i need you to be sure especially because im paying alot of money! Then when they pulled out a receipt book you can buy anywhere it was a wrap forr me!!! I took my car out of there ASAP! I should have known they were janky since my car didnt get picked up until 2 days after they were suppose to!!! Long story short believe the negative reviews this place is a joke!!!

In Chicago visiting for a wedding! Car broke down! I called Don Beto he towed my car and repaired it in less than 24 hours! I Uber to pick up at wrong location! He sends his staff to pick me up! I purchased my truck there, everything seemed fine and then one week later I had to pay for the caliper part for the right side of my wheel which he overcharged me 200. Then a month goes by and I’m already having a check engine light. He still wants me to pay for the part and tells me that it’s a used car and blah blah. Like yes it’s a used car but it shouldn’t be having problems already so soon into me getting it. They are so money hungry that they don’t care what they’re selling or fixing at that point they’ll leave you with a worse car!!! just so you can come back and pay them more. It’s such a bad place I would never EVER recommend! 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
