Ok but very confusing place. They will definitely try to sell you on everything. They had my car the whole day. They do have a shuttle service which is nice but they forgot to pick me up and I had to call them back a couple hours after they told me I would get a call.

Zero Star! But Google won't let me post without choosing a star. Very disappointed and I want to warn others about Don Jacobs Service Shop, especially those who are not Technology inclined. If you care about your Money read below. I took my Rav4 for a window repair and was charged ~ $230 for Diagnostics and was told ~ $400 for the window regulator. Truth is that the mechanic could have easily tighten the bolt and re-install the other bolt back on to let the window leverage both sides of the regulator assembly. I even informed the Intake guy about a part falling inside the door, while I was rolling the window down thinking he would care to enter that in the notes. I turned the repair down because I knew the problem was not the regulator and I can fix it myself for $0.00. I am better than a novice mechanic just not certified to work as a mechanic. However, I needed this repaired sooner that I can get to it, so I chose to use Don Jacobs but fell into the trap. I Watched the Diagnostic Video, The technician did not even look DOWN to make sure nothing was loose or broken causing the window to not line up at the top. He quickly gave a Diagnosis of a Bent Regulator when it does not have a binding or rough travel symptom. How? Bull Crap! Very Good video but it shows he is Very incompetent by NOT Looking FURTHER DOWN at where the window is mounted by rolling the window down more. (BTW, the Intake said this was their highly skilled guy who should work on this issue) Fellow Customers, I go home and open this Door panel myself and in 15 Mins I was done. Fished out the bolt that Fell down and re-installed it. I Tightened up the other bolt - Done in 15 mins. I called the Service manager - Left a Message and my phone # to calmly discuss the performance of this Incompetent Mechanic. 5 days have passed, No call Back, No care. Don Jacobs, something has changed there, than how it was a few years ago. Perhaps it must have changed hands and this is either an incompetent service shop or this a shop that will take $$ Advantage from those who may not have good car knowledge, so they can make money. My advise is Use another Shop - There is something wrong with this place. I read the lowest reviews they read similar to my experience.

Both front sensors were no good for tire pressure, was never told because it was under warranty. Was told tire was punchered and no good took it to my mechanic the tire was fine not damaged or punchered???

I tried to make appointment with my 2019 Toyota Camry . Called 2-twice and wanted to know total cost for oil change and tires rotation. Ones I was put on hold for ever - didn’t get answered. In few days call back and didn’t get information, transferred to voicemail no one called me back. It means the price you will get depends on person you will meet.

Diagnostic appointment for a side window issue. No updates for 2 hours so I ask and am told they went to get a part for the repair and would be done in an hour. An hour later no update so I ask and am told the part just arrived and it will be another hour. Meanwhile I get a text message saying they did a 60 point inspection and recommend 5 routine fluid services each costing hundreds of dollars. Why the hell are you checking fluids for a window repair. Maybe offer to run it through a car wash during the 3 hours waiting for a part or reschedule once the part is in stock. At least tell me what is going on so i can decide. If they told me at beginning I would be stuck here for over 4 hours I could have made arrangements for a ride, errands or lunch. UPDATE: I finally get my car after 4 hours and when I complain the window repair took so long im told it was the recall repair I was actually waiting for....NO ONE EVER SAID THEY WERE DOING A RECALL REPAIR! I guess they just saw an opportunity to make more money from Toyota at my expense.

I just had my scheduled maintenance done on my Highlander and received excellent service. AJ was patient while listening to me and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them as your Toyota Dealership, even if you purchased your vehicle at another dealership. They understand that sales sells the first vehicle and customer focus service sells the others. I hope the management at the dealership knows what a awesome service team they have.

This place SUCKS! You have people that work here that give you FALSE information about your vehicle trying to make you spend a ton of money! Where are your values Don Jacobs?? This place has really gone down!! I went as an undercover agent with a perfectly good vehicle where it was just serviced at Brookfield Toyota 2 weeks prior. First of all, the tech went to start my vehicle while it was already running grinding the starter on my vehicle... This advisor at Don jacobs tried to sell me a service I just paid over a $1000 over at Brookfield Toyota. Then after I explained to him that the service was just performed he went on to say their technicians aren't the greatest over at Brookfield... I was in SHOCK!! I will never return to Don Jacobs again for service!! I'd wish I could score them with a zero!!

Compré un carro, la pintura está muy mala un simple raspón con un cartón le quedan marcas, muy caro para tener pintura barata. La persona con la el trámite, me ofrecía un servicio para reafirmar la pintura por $1200, después entendí porque. Eso debería ser un requisito de fábrica, es ridículo que el cliente tenga que pagar dinero extra por algo que ya debería tener el carro. No compren carros aquí, me quedé con ese carro porque es grande mi necesidad. Para variar venden una aseguranza q cubre cosas que jamás se van a descomponer. No recomiendo esta marca. Para variar 3 meses después que lo compre, ya tenía que cambiarle los frenos, se supone que es certificado, este lugar y la gente son de lo peor y todavía descaradamente esa misma mujer me dijo q quitará la mala reseña que les di, por supuesto que no lo hice, al contrario siempre que puedo comento las pésimas esperiencias que e tenido en este lugar.

I’ve been going to and leasing from Don Jacobs Toyota for nearly 10 years! My experiences there have always been great. Everything from walking in the door, helping me through all the lease agreement paperwork, financing paperwork, servicing my car, to driving off the lot. All great. Over the years, Bernard has been so kind and helpful (always with a great laugh and smile!) - Can’t recommend him enough! Recently, Anthony the in financing helped me finalize the leasing process and he was wonderful and made the process quick and easy to understand. I love driving a Toyota. Always reliable. Great people at this location! They’ve got my business for life.

This is the worst Toyota service ever. I had to take the car multiple times for as simple as tire flat and oil change and alignment. You better taking your Toyota to other services or the one at Brookfield.They even scratch my tire ring doing the work.
