I had a great experience here. They were able to fix my AC quickly and were very informative. Price was also right. They gave me several options to choose from and they stand by their work. Donny will have my business as long as I'm in Ft Worth!

Could not be better! My son’s car completely died and I was terrified about how much it was going to cost! I spoke to Donny and we had it towed there. He went out of his way to diagnose the problem and got it fixed the same day for a great price! He even got Autozone to replace the battery for us since it was still under warranty! I don’t think that I’ll ever take any of my cars to any other place in the future! Thank you so much for helping us!

I can truly say this is one of if not the best shops in Dfw . Donny the owner took care of us not selling something we didn't need . Old school James super cool too and knows cars / trucks like he invented them . The shop was recommended by valvoline oil change shop best advice I took . My family will continue to take our cars or trucks here . And to boot it's old school customer service they take time to hear you out knowing you are in a frustrated state of mind due to your car problems. Check them out before other places trust me.

I took my car in for AC work. Don explained that even after installing the parts needed, it still might not fix it. Sure enough that’s what happened. When I went to pick it up and take it to another garage he recommended and pay him. He said there was no charge. He didn’t feel right for charging me for not fixing it. WOW! Honesty. This is FIRST CLASS!! I will recommend this garage to all my friends.

Note-LONG POST! Let me begin by saying Don Perry's Garage was recommended to me by a man that could take apart and rebuild cars back in his youth, so I looked at their reviews on Google only to see great things said, so I took a day off work and just showed up one recent stormy morning. I had a lot of EXPENSIVE work done recently at another garage in Arlington and still had the problem. Well, Donny greeted me, I explained the issue, he said what it sounded like, and his guys got to the diagnosing. Sure enough in a short time they had it pinpointed - and not something anyone else had found. Donny gave me a fair estimate and I said let's go - so they fixed it - I WAS SO HAPPY!! I must also mention the conversations with the repeat customers that came in and out while I waited for my car. I am a talker and learned from all these folks just how marvelous this garage truly is. As an old single woman, it is so reassuring to find an Owner like Donny that I can trust - you don't find that very often, which is why I don't mind driving across town to get here - I told Donny he now has a customer for life. Run, don't walk to Don Perry Garage, and use Two Bit Tow to get your broken car to him. What Donny did for me today may be the single most impressive act of customer service I've witnessed. A thief broke into my daughter's car and stole what ammounted to nothing, but they cut the negative battery cable so it wouldn't run. Don Perry Garage got it fixed the same day and for a price that was incredibly fair and reasonable. I'm a real dad, and this is a real review. Use Don Perry Garage!!!

My car suffered what I thought was a massive failure. I was sure the transmission was out as well as the alternator. Their expertise saved me thousands and it turned out the transmission was fine. While conducting the repairs, they cracked the valve cover. They admitted to it and replaced on their dime. Then, to make things even better, they buffed out the headlights and made them look brand new. These guys are honest and they do excellent work!

Our experience was amazing! Very honest and when Donny had to go out and get a part that wasn't included in the original quote, he went out and bought it himself and kept his word on the price. We truly appreciate his patience and will be back for any car issues we have in the future.

Awesome place. Take your car here for all your needs. I broke down on the side of the highway because a heater hose busted. The car that I have isn’t manufactured anymore, so it is harder to find parts for it. They had my car towed and in and out the shop within a day. Also, Donny the owner is a stand up guy. Trust what they say!

I have taken my car here for 8years and I absolutely love Don Perry’s. When I call they are quick to get me in and quick to get my vehicle back to me. I’m always updated on the steps they are taking in the repairs. They are super friendly. They make you feel like family. I love how Don is updating the shop to be more modern with txt message updates along with a call. He is making it an easier process to know what’s happening with my vehicle. They also don’t go looking for other problems unless you ask them too. If I want them to fix the AC they won’t go looking at my engine to see what might need replacing. (Again they will if I ask but won’t if I don’t) They aren’t looking to scam you out of money and I appreciate their professional. They do have a way for handicapped people to get into the shop. Over all I’m incredibly impressed with this mechanic shop. I’d recommend this shop to everyone! Keep up the good work!!

Kind, HONEST, helpful mechanics. Took my 2008 Subaru Sti in for the big clutch change and it’s running better than ever! I live about 20 minutes away from this business, but I HAPPILY take the extra time to come here rather than any other mechanic near me. I can’t recommend Don Perry Garage enough!!!

My son's car started overheating so I called Don Perry's and they got us in right away. I had to have my sons car towed there while I was out doing other things and wasn't able to travel with the car. The tow truck driver dropped off the car and key fob on October 13th to Don and he took it from there. By the next day October 14th Don had called me with the diagnosis. My son needed a new radiator. We agreed to the price and Don found and ordered the radiator. We had to wait a day for the part to come in which was no problem at all. Don called on October 16th to tell us the car was fixed. He also washed the car and topped off the fluids. My son picked his car up and said it runs amazing and has zero issues. We will be using Don Perry's for all our future car repair needs.
