When our car broke down on a Saturday on I-15 on our way back to Idaho they got us in the same day and priorized fixing our car the entire weekend, even coming in on a Sunday. They were extremely reasonable on pricing, and did everything within their power to get us back on the road.

Marcos went above and beyond with excellent customer service when my front axle broke this weekend. He provided photos and a thorough explanation of what part he was ordering, the cost, and time frame, and then over delivered! He was done same day, which was amazing. I then asked if he would clear my dashboard lights after doing a diagnostic and changing out the O2 sensor. He also changed out a rear light bulb at no charge! Overall his pricing was very reasonable, and I did not feel overcharged for shop fees or hours. In addition, Marcos exceeded my expectations: first he offered to drive me and my 3 kids (and a trunk full of groceries) across town to pick up a family member’s car while mine was being fixed. I offered him cash for saving me money on an Uber but he refused. Secondly he was very flexible with arranging a pickup time, on a Sunday evening with short notice! Third, when I showed up at his shop (which is clean, large and easy to find), he had repaired a big dent in my front bumper that was a terrible eye sore! No charge, of course. He absolutely made my day! Despite the after hours pick up, he didn’t rush me, but gave me time to test drive my car and answer several questions I had. All around, 100%, I would highly recommend Marcos and his shop to anyone needing repairs.

After being referred to Done Right Auto Repair by a tow truck driver, I took my car there for repair. What I experienced was outstanding work at a great price. I had taken my car to the dealership and to well know auto shops, only to be used and taken financially. At Done Right Auto, Marco the owner, gave me exceptional service at a price I could afford. I now travel over 20+ miles for the service because it's worth it. I've been treated like family. He provides a service that speaks volumn over the dealership and other Auto shops. He's willing to work with me to correct any problems my car experiences. Since meeting the staff, they're helpful. I've made referral to my friends and they feel the same way I feel. They'll never go any other place to service their vehicle. Done Right Auto is dependable, knowledgeable and they care about their customers. They have definitely become family to me. The dealership and the other auto shops are just out to make money and send you on your way. Done Right Auto is committed to making its customers feel like family. They understand these are hard times and people just don't have money to waste. When I was told my car was experiencing a fuel injector that would cost in the hundreds of dollars, Marco reviewed my vehicle and determined all I really need was spark plugs. This was a true game changer saving hundreds of dollars to my pocket. I will always be a committed client of Done Right Auto Repair and will refer all my friends and everyone I know to use their service. They're the BEST in Vegas and beyond. I came to Marco with no idea how to get the check engine light off. I had gone everywhere, trying to get to bottom of it without spending my entire savings. Done Right Auto did that for me. Marco worked with me and helped me narrow down what was wrong and fixed it in a timely matter. He helped me figure out the financing and he went above and beyond to get my car up and running again to pass smog. I would recommend anyone to come to this Auto shop.

Just wanted to share my experience. My friend referred me to their shop and it was a wonderful experience. They responded fast thru text in regards of my vehicle any concerns and question I had. When I brought my vehicle in they throughly checked in and gave me a quote and fast feed back. I was shocked, that it wasn’t overly priced compared to other location that gave me their quote on my vehicle. Friendly environment with staff and everything. Actually coming back again to get my other car checked. Highly recommend them

DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS HE SCAMMED ME FOR 500 AND USED USED PARTS ON MY CAR SHOWED ME A RECICF OF A NEW PART BUT TOOK THE NEW ONE AND KEPT IT. It says there's 6 months warranty but he blocked us as soon as we spoke about refunds after he agreed to give our money back because he knew he scammed us

DO NOT GO HERE HE IS A SCAMMER HE USED USED PARTS ON MY CAR AND KEPT THE NEW ONES I PAID FOR!! I left the mechanic and my car broke down within an hour… HE BLOCD ME AND SAID HELL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT NEVER DID! BE AWARE OF SCAM !!! I ATTACHED PHOTOS OF THE “BRAND NEW AXLE” LYING SCAMMER !!!

Really appreciated the guys here. They diagnosed my car problems pretty quickly, got me a quote and had my car working by the end of the night. They even stayed open after their posted hours to make sure I got my car back. Couldn't ask for more from them.

this place will scam you and give you a price as an estimate and will add an extra $600 to your bill. The place is a scamming place, I came to fix my axle and he ordered a new one for himself and kept it and used a old one on my card which caused me to get stuck in Las Vegas (I’m from Los Angeles) we had to get towed because he knew we were tourists and wanted to take advantage of us… Don’t go there you’ll get scammed

Been taking my truck here for two years now. Never had an issue. They are honest and give me all the details on all the work needed/done. Every time I had an issue pop up Marco would respond, get parts ordered, and schedule me in IMMEDIATELY!

Best mechanics in Vegas! Husband and I were honeymooning in Vegas when our gas tank got punctured. I called up Marcos, he helped us get set up with a tow, got the car to the shop and fixed our car. Truly honest people and great work. They even took the time out if their weekend to make sure we could get back home on time. Truly grateful. If you're ever in Vegas and need your car fixed, go to Done Right Auto Repair, they're honest, do good work and decently priced. They're just awesome!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !! I've been taking my car's to Marco for a couple of years and he would always come through, I've always referred other people to him but within the last 1-2 years he's fell off and been doing people foul . He let my car get towed on his property (while I'm thinking he's working on it) he did NOT let me know my car was towed until a month AFTER it was gone and he was saying "no worries, i could still get it out" when I called the tow company they had already sold my car and that it was in there for a month and when I called Marco to tell him, he said that had NOTHING to do with him and said it's not his fault . I told him it's definitely not my fault, it was under your care and something has to be done and he promised me a car replacement or a certain amount of money to make up but here I am almost a year later and he hasn't done anything, continues to make excuses. DO NOT GO HERE !!! If he'll do that to someone that's been coming to him for years he'll do it to ANYBODY !! I seen someone else in the reviews mention something similar.

Hands down the best auto mechanic in Vegas!! I had an AC problem driving from LA to LV and one hour into the drive our ac stopped working we decided to tough it out for the rest of the 3 hr Dr but it was too miserable. We drove around Vegas looking for a goof mechanic in Vegas and we found them!! I was helped my Marcos and he was able to give us a fair and affordable price to fix the problem. We were told it would take around 3 hrs but they got it done in 2.75 hrs!! Best mechanics around hands down!!

Let me start by saying I've used marcos services for years now and in the last year he has lost my respect for him. The owner never responds, promises things that never get done save your money go anywhere else my car is still not fixed and he is not taking responsibility even though he got paid he will brush you off and stop answering your calls and then get upset at you if you complain

This place is awesome, the service is on point and the staff is super friendly. The day before thanksgiving they postponed closing for the holiday to replace my clutch. I was in a real pickle! They saved my road trip - I was half way through a two week long trip when my clutch started to go out in Vegas. One thing I really appreciate about the owner is that he patiently listened to my concerns and didn’t talk down to me. They also did the job quick - just 4 hours! Endlessly grateful for them!

DO NOT COME HERE!! Brought my car here on August 13th to get a new wire harness! My car has literally sat here for 4 months as I was lied to about it taking time meanwhile he did NOTHING on repairs like literally NOTHING apart from taking it apart!
