They diagnosed and fixed my noisy wheel on the day before Thanksgiving while I was in town visiting family. They rushed to get it done before the holiday so I was able to complete my 8 hour drive home on time. I couldn't be more greatful, and the fix worked, the whole ride home the car ran like new.

I had a very good experience with Donovans. After going to 2 other mechanics, Donovan's told me what was wrong with my car and gave me options on the best way of correcting the problem. They did it without overcharging me for things that weren't necessary for me to put my car back on the road. It was refreshing to find an honest mechanic and I will always take my business back to them.

We’re big fans of Donovan’s! We’ve been loyal customers for about 25 years. We continue to take our cars to them in Pleasant Ridge even after moving up near Kings Island in 2004. Excellent service and care combined with fair pricing!

Donavan's Auto Center is the very best. We've taken all of our vehicles (as have our adult kids) since the 1980’s and I wouldn't trust any one else to work on our cars. Dane & Kyle and their whole team are wonderful. I feel confident that the entire Donavan team is looking out for our best interest. We have older cars, that continue to be in excellent mechanical condition, because of their professionalism and integrity. I have been going to Donovans longer than I have been with the same doctor (what does that tell you!). They are rather expensive, however, they are not going to "jive" you and try to sell you more services than needed. As others have stated, they are clean, friendly and make you comfortable if you have to wait. There is more I can say but the point is they are great!

I thought my trunk hatch was broken, but it was just something jammed and the safety lock went off. The man showed me what to do if that happened again and they didn’t even charge me, I can really trust Donovans.

I guess they are very busy, I didn't have an appointment, I was able to get work done by someone else. I tried getting a quote before going, they refused to do that.

Efficient, helpful and friendly. Picked them because of the good ratings and they met all expectations. Highly recommend. Everyone there is helpful...i interacted with at least 5 different employees and its clear the attitude and responsiveness is simply a part of who they are.

I bought my tires from Donovan’s a couple years ago. When I got a 2” spike in one, resulting in a slow leak, I brought my car into get the tire fixed. They fixed it in 30 minutes and didn’t charge me a penny. That’s service!

I have been a loyal customer at Donovan's for nearly 20 years, since I had my first car. I've known the Donovan family most of my life and trust them with my vehicle every time. They are honest and fair regarding recommendations for repairs. They don't try to sell me on repairs to try to get more money. The staff and customer service is incredible. Highly recommend.

Donovan’s always takes care of my car. My check engine light kept coming on and they diagnosed and fixed the problem same day, replaced a broken evaporator line and checked out the rest of the vehicle. They even prevented me from needing to replace brakes, which my dealership told me I needed to do. They are knowledgeable, professional, and don’t take advantage of the customer. Great service!

We were preparing for a long road trip, went in for oil change/tire rotation and brake inspection. Many issues were revealed. Kyle advised by what needed to be addressed for the trip, the other issues to be taken care of with subsequent oil changes. Thanks for providing trusted service.
