If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable, doesn’t sell you things you don’t need mechanic.. these are your guys! Emory, Dennis, and Don have been so much help to me. They will tell you like it is and are experienced in their craft. They don’t overcharge like others I won’t mention. I’m so greatful to have found a mechanic I can trust. They are HARD to find!

Don was honest with me that he couldn't do the vehicle ECM programming I needed and recommended another local shop that could. The fact that he was honest goes a long way. I would not hesitate to trust my vehicle with this shop. Edited to add, I had Don work on my classic car and did not disappoint.

After repeated attempts to get my car serviced (actually 2 cars) I have given up. We are local and I thought it would be nice to have a mechanic that would be local as my longtime mechanic just retired. In early March I called and left a message…no call back. I called again and got the message machine, left a message and no call back. Took my car elsewhere. I tried again last week. This time I stopped into the shop and waited in the lobby for about 8 minutes repeated ringing the service bell on the counter to no avail. No one came out to greet me, so I left. I still tried again and called and got the message machine, and again no call back at all. It’s just frustrating that I can’t even get a call back or be acknowledged when I am standing in the lobby/ front office area.

Emory saved us hundreds of dollars!, Friendly, affordable, AND honest! We had what appeared to be a bad alternator in my wife's car (per AutoZone diagnostic). I worked with Emory who quoted the most affordable price compared to three other shops. He then spent time testing and verifying that there was in fact no problem and we wouldn't need a new alternator and it appeared to have been a bad test. We were over the moon with that news but then he didn't feel it would be ethical for the work involved to charge us. Having been ripped off by mechanicsmore times than we care to remember we were positivity floored. We've been lifelong patrons ever since and wouldn't think of letting any other shop touch our vehicles.

I had an overall terrific experience with Don's Autotek. My Toyota Sienna minivan received an oil change and a general checkup today. Dennis was welcoming and helpful when we dropped off the minivan. I received timely text message updates while the minivan was being serviced. Dennis gave us helpful information when we picked up the vehicle and one of the mechanics offered to help load our bicycle into the back of the minivan! I highly recommend this business.

So grateful for these experts! Now, I have peace of mind when I take my Toyota Hylander and my daughter's Camry to this shop. Previous places including the dealer have made costly repairs and at times caused more issues. Don, Dennis and Emory are the best!!! They even figured out a difficult to determine issue with my headlights system that impressed several reliability engineers (one them is my brother).

We have used Don, Dennis, and Emory for all our auto repairs for over 25 years. They are very fair and always get it right the first time. We are now restoring our 2000 Ford Explorer. I have used Don and Dennis there for all my auto repairs for over 30 years. I drive over 80,000 mi a year and would not have anyone else service my vehicle. They do excellent work and always take the time to explain what you need. I can promise you will be happy that you went there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good people that do amazing work. I've always felt intimidated by mechanics but these guys not only helped me understand the problems with my vehicle (and fixed them so now it runs smooth as butter) but tips on how to prevent it from happening again. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for as long as Don' s is here.

We have always been very adamant about "shopping small" and keeping our money local... Finding Dons Autotek is one of those businesses that go above and beyond with their work and customer service.!!! If you drive anything from a Jeep to a vintage car/muscle car (and everything in between) this is the place to go knowing you'll receive Honesty, Fair prices, Knowledge, Security and a Timely service agreement without the hassle from the chain shops and the unfortunate not so honest other local shops.!!! When we first found Dons Autotek years ago, I was personally impressed by the upfront knowledge of Don and Dennis and thier straightforward approach to what "needs" to be repaired/replaced instead of giving you a grocery list of unnecessary parts or repairs.!!! I know more than enough people between Audubon Park, Baldwin Park and Winter Park alone that have been taking thier vehicles there for years and only trusting Dons Autotek on thier vehicle, thier spouses, thier parents and thier children.!!! That alone says a lot.!!! "Dennis" is a plethora of knowledge on Jeeps and Trucks that rival the dealerships own techs and even the shops that sell/install those parts with even less knowledge on what They sell.!!! I am a home mechanic that has always serviced/repaired my own vehicles (6 Jeeps and 3 muscle cars) since I was 14 and have amassed a ton of knowledge, but now limited by space at our house to do any major service or repairs. and that's where Dons Autotek comes into play... "Don" is a true vintage/muscle car and euro sport aficionado and truly knows whats going on under the hood/bonnet of pretty much anything with an engine.!!! Between the two of them, if they can't fix it... then its time for you to get another vehicle.!!! 😏 So keep your money local to keep our economy here where it belongs.!!! Give Dons Autotek the chance that you deserve to get your vehicle repaired and be treated fairly... or if you choose, go there last after checking out the other local shops so you can realize on your own that Dons Autotek is the last auto/truck/JEEP repair place you'll ever need for you and your generations after.!!!
