Do not recommend. payed 8k for work to get done on my truck. never started.told parts were on order for whole year. then was told that they rather put a engine in it and they had ordered engine in it without my approval. then told refund would take 60 days. way over 60 days . i have since requested my truck back and my 8k back. and have yet to receive either. this has been going on from 11/30/2023. i am looking for a solution as of today but no solutions found stay away stay away stay away stay away stay away

I am submitting this on my partners behalf - On October 10, 2024, I contacted Don’s D.I Auto and Truck about a refund of $7,263. I sought the company seeking repairs for one semi-truck – however, Don’s D.I Auto and Truck was unable to make the repairs. At that time, I sought to receive a refund for the amount previously mentioned. Since October 10, 2024, the company has been conducting several evasive measures and implementing delaying tactics to prevent me from receiving the total refunded amount. I have spoken to several representatives and sent multiple emails attempting to resolve the issue and have been unsuccessful. Through much complaint Don’s D.I Auto and Truck company stated that they would be refunding me the total amount in three separate checks within 60 days. However, only one arrived on November 20, 2024, and it was the wrong amount, and my name was misspelled on the check, leaving me unsure if it can be deposited. Even if the check can be deposited there still remains a balance of $4,263.00 that needs to be refunded.

Let me just say, I normally don't leave a review. First it's hard for a women to find someone to attend to our vehicle needs. After reading the reviews and visiting Don's I got a good vibe. Made appt for oil change. Great Customer service. Fair pricing.I'm so happy I followed my instinct. I have made this shop for my future repairs. I absolutely recommend this place.

We broke down In Las Vegas in rush-hour traffic with a 1 ton truck and four horses in a trailer We were able to get the truck towed to a Chevy dealer where the next morning we were told it would be a week or maybe two weeks before they could even do diagnostics on it. We were on our way to Arizona and couldn’t imagine how we were gonna get the horses to Arizona without a truck and then have to come back and get the truck so we called Dons Diesel and talked to Paul. He assured us that they would be able to take a look at the truck if we got it towed to them which we did And within 24 hours. they not only diagnosed it, but found a discontinued part and had us on the road. They were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them

I had a turn signal out. I made an appointment, they serviced my vehicle promptly. Everyone was friendly & efficient. I really liked their text message system of sending a work order for approval & then an invoice.

I used a Groupon Coupon for a full synthetic oil change. $31.50 I paid an extra $5.00. Still a killer deal. Usually costs $100.00. Don's were very friendly and quick service. I will definitely keep them in mind for other repairs.

I went for 90K maintenance check up. Had a bad vibration in the motor, knew my mtr mounts needed to be replace. Very high dollar estimates already from other company's. I decided to see the man who has taken care of my transmission in past. I'm glad I did. Resolved my issue in proper time,my car has never drive so well and kept the pricing affordable. Workmanship was great, the overall cost for the work was very competitive and I am very satisfied with their prices. I would have given 5 stars but they left dirt and grime on the exterior and a few spots on the drivers seat, and their follow up on the progress was not very good. Overall, very satisfied and would probably use them again if I needed service in Vegas. (I live 500 miles away so that's why I complained about the progress update, had to take 2 weeks off waiting for my truck.)
