I am down in Knoxville to move my daughter into college and ended up with a flat rear tire. Called Don’s tire shop and they were super helpful on the phone….got me right in and fixed it on the spot. Literally the next day went to my car and I had another flat tire this time the front( found a screw in it). They loaned me a portable pump and got me right back into the shop. Roy Raby fixed both tires. Unbelievable how kind and helpful this crew was for an out of towner!

Like a big dummy, I backed my Ford F150 off a 3 foot curb. Her rear end was hanging in the wind. Don’t judge too harsh: The drop was obscured by snow. That’s my excuse, anyway. So, the kind folks at Saia used a forklift to get my truck back on four wheels and we quickly realized the rear drive shaft snapped. Again, the kind folks at Saia stepped in and recommended I take my damaged truck to Don’s, across the street. So I picked up my debris, locked ‘er in 4x and drove across the street to Don’s. At first Don was hesitant to take it on and recommended a shop down the road. I counted and said he came highly recommended. So, to shorten this a bit, he found a used driveline that looked brand new, installed it for 300 less than I was expecting and we all lived happily ever after. Except, Now she has a minor oil leak (I do t believe related to the incident) and I will entrust the repair to Don’s crew. Incidentally, the whole crew was awesome.

Originally gave this shop 5 stars... 5 years ago... I'd still give it 5 stars and still recommend them to my mother.... Not many places around I would say that about..... Although I think I will forever be known as the guy with the stinky mustang... Haha.. work related..

Nice people. They will give detailed information you need to help your car situation whether it would be tires, alignment, and etc.

Had to get my compressor and condenser replaced. Randy and his crew were awesome! Super friendly environment; I saw multiple customers attended in a professional and timely manner. When they couldn’t perform the service, they referred people to a good shop that could. If you’re looking for a good shop, search no more. Do yourself a favor and go visit Don’s Tire.

Austin(sp?) Was amazing and courteous! I was in and out. Very Reasonable pricing! Was referred by a friend, but didn't even mention that until I met the owner at the end after I had paid. Would definitely recommend!

I had a flat tire & had my car towed to Dons to remove a locked lug nut and get a new tire put on yesterday. I woke up this morning to learning they did not replace the locked lug nut on the new tire without a lug nut at all. Then when I called up there to ask them about it I was told they don't put new lug nuts on tires when a locked one has been removed nor so they tell the customer they will be driving around without one. I feel very unsafe at the fact I drove home yesterday with only 4 lug nuts on my tire & was not even told at the time I paid them for their service. This is very unprofessional & unsafe in my opinion. I will definitely not be going back.

Called for new brakes and maybe rotors. Expected to have to drop off and come back. Was told there was no wait, and would take about an hour. When I arrived, they assessed my truck, took me in the shop, and showed me explaining what I needed. Gave me the price up front and zero "smoke and mirrors". The parts were delivered to the shop in no time, and outside of small talk with the manager, I was in and out in 45mn. I was recommended Don's by a Knox native and will use again for upcoming issues. They were upfront, honest, and patient with my stupid questions. Will use again, a would recommend. Thanks for an honest shop guys!

I went to Don's Tire and Services Center to buy a tire for my car. They were very professional and the owner explained all my options for replacing the tire. The young man who mounted the tire took the time to tell me what was wrong with the old tire. I definitely would recommend these guys if you need to buy a tire.

Randy is a decent dude. They are fair, blunt, and professional! I would DEFINITELY recommend this business to any person seeking mechanical work! I found my go to mechanic at this shop, his name is James. He will offer you the best and does a great job at it

There was a nail in the sidewall of my tire so I stopped here to replace the tire and they did a great job. They took me right away and took care of it. Plus I had great conversation with the owner while I was waiting! I will definitely be back, thank you so much.

Don't do Dons .. . . I went there recently riding on a donut with wires lit rally poking out... Unfortunately I don't KNOW if it was bEcause I am White and not ethnically blended like everyone else in there was that day or because of my sexual orientation bEcause i own whom and what I am !! But DON sent me out of there without a new tire and that donut did not make it home. I walked 11miles that day. LeFt me broke Chevy on the south side and I let you in on a secret. DON DIDNT HELP ME, so you must ask yourself....WILL DON REALLY NOT HELP ME TOO??? I AM ALSO A VETERAN OF THE US ARMY... MAYBE HE DIDNT LIKE THE WAY I WAS BARKING ORDERS??

I came here because I was driving home from Bonnaroo 2023 and got caught in a really bad storm and both of my windshield wipers broke completely off. I hazarded my way to the shop and asked if they could Figure out something that I could do. The super nice mechanic figured out that the teeth that make my wiper move were all gone, therefore putting a new wiper on wouldn’t work. So in order for me to just make it home (I was 5 & 1/2 hours away) he removed the drivers side wiper arm and put a new wiper on the passenger side. That way I could at least peek out of the passenger side window to get home. & He didn’t even. charge me anything except $10 for the wiper. Super cheap, and outstanding service. Would give 7/5 if I could!

I was in town from Atlanta in the front of my bumper came off my car in a parking spot on the curb, and I was recommended to them from James at the Drury Inn hotel! When I arrived, Austin was amazing and helped fix my front bumper back so I could get back on the road! He was quick and super nice! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I went there about 6 months ago to get an alignment and a tire. I’m at a different auto shop now and they are telling me the tire they put on has a separated belt and they did such a bad job on the alignment it’s now affecting my other front tire. Don’t plan on going here unless you want more issues to spend money on.
