Friendliest, most helpful shop I've ever been too. Talented technicians & excellent customer service. I'm proud to say I gave them my business. I have a 2004 Passat 1.8t. I installed a bigger turbo, injectors & a vr6 MAF housing. They performed a stage 2 tune from United Motorsports & I couldn't be happier with the increased boost & fuel economy!

I’m the kind of guy that garages hate because they can’t swindle me and I’m very particular with how I want things done on my car. So naturally, I do everything myself except for big jobs that I can’t do at home. Double J’s exceeded my expectations and I have zero complaints after going there twice now. This is highly unusual. Very good shop!

My Audi TT broke down and needed to be towed from Canby to Double J. They stayed late to accommodate the delivery of my car and moved the shop cars around to have indoor room for my car. Without an appointment, they were able to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. David kept me up to date on process of repairs. I would definitely recommend Double J.

Double J is my car's 2017 Golf R's spirit guide. They tell me when certain services are necessary as well as saying when services aren't needed. I love that they can install aftermarket items and are enthusiasts. I trust them which is rare in my experience with car service centers.

Walked in without an appointment, hoping to have them at least do a diagnostic test on my car. I was told they weren't taking on projects for three weeks. I'd like to think that emergency situations would be afforded at least a few minutes worth of time that I would have gladly paid for. I will not ever go back, and it's unfortunate that this is how they operate.

Very professional, and a lot of knowledge of aftermarket products to make sure you're getting a quality part. Recently had a turboback exhaust, along with a tune and an upgraded clutch. Very happy with the install, and got my car back sooner than expected.

Quick. Affordable. They explained everything. Answered all my questions. The issue I was having with my car is solved now. They were friendly and helpful and plus they had dogs in the shop. Who doesn't love a happy puppy first thing in the morning ?

I've been taking my TT to DJM for several years. I get great service at a fair price, but best of all, they don't fix things that are not broken. Great service and honesty equals trust. I trust DJM and so can you. Update, I had to take my ageing car in again. As usual, I got great service and quality work done on my TT. I'm through taking my TT to someone " cheaper" and having more issues leaving the place than I went in for. I won't allow anyone other then DJM to touch my car and you shouldn't either.

I've brought my Golf Sportwagen here twice now after moving to Portland, and I feel confident that Double J will be my go-to shop from now on. Eddie helped me with a pre-purchase inspection. He provided pictures, detailed written record of what was inspected, and took time to review with me over the phone. I am an out of state buyer and this service was critical in me being able to purchase an Audi A7.
