Although the service was quick and efficient, one of the employees had a couple of inappropriate comments (sexually) that I did not appreciate as a 19 year old female. Thus made me feel uncomfortable in the environment that I was serviced at.

Paid to get fixed and woke up to this !! When called after missing work, they said they would be open so they could fix it. Got to the shop and they were closed (5pm). Calls went straight to voicemail!! Do NOT use this place.

The owner has sold me bad tires supposedly they were supposed to be four new tires for 250 which was a good deal.. but the next day one of the tires went to 15 psi and two more tires looked very used. Look at the tires and tell me if you’d pay 250 for this !!? It’s insane his shop thought that was appropriate for what I paid for… I Have been trying to get the new tires I paid for for almost a month now!! The supposed owner has been giving me the run around saying he’ll get the tires and call me back but never does, everytime I show up he’s conveniently never there to handle this mess and been declining my calls I can’t believe this unprofessional behavior all I needed was tires and I feel like I’ve been scammed!!

Got a great deal on a used tire, and even got a tip on a place to go for a tire alignment that won't break the bank. Everyone was super friendly, and they work real quick.

This tire shop is terrible I tried to support but every tire I received went bad even when i didn’t drive my car . I always take it back b4 the 30 days n their excuse is AWAYS a nail in the tire im no longer buying that or buying from them pretty sure cause im a female they take advantage so shop at your own risk.

I would never go back or recommend anyone! Prices are great, I needed 2 tires and I was given one that was too wide and was told to come back in 3 days so that they can replace the wide tire with the correct size!!!! It’s been a hassle trying to get the tire replaced, nothing but excuses about inventory, I’ve been back twice and called multiple times and nothing. I still have the wide tire but I would rather go somewhere else to get it replaced.

Okay so straight up I spoke too soon on my earlier review. There was lack of communication between myself and employee of this company. However the owner Doug showed up on his day off personally introduced himself to me and to offer whatever assistance he could to help remedy of the situation. It wasn't the tires place that what happened happened. It just got confusing and what to do next wasn't clear for myself or the employee. However as I said Doug himself showed up on his day off introduced himself to me apologize, and be a good business owner I appreciate it the courtesy of the staff and Doug himself going the extra mile. Because of these steps I would recommend this business to anyone especially if you're in a hurry there very fast

I called and said I have a small camper and wanted 3 tires balanced & mounted and agreed on pricing over the phone, two on the trailer and one spare. After I watched them not balance the first tire, I asked why, he said you don’t balance them for camper trailers, which is not true, especially since we discussed this on the phone 5 minutes prior. I then questioned the air pressure after the first tire since it looked visually low. He said it only needs 30psi. I showed them the manufacturer sticker stating 45 cold (50-55 psi hot), these are also class D tires, with max PSI of 65. At 30 psi, it’s under inflated and will blow out at highway speeds. He then claimed he inflated to 50psi, but when I got home, it was 30psi. This place not only blatantly lies to your face, but sends you on your way with dangerous conditions. Do not recommend. EDIT: Nice try, not the wrong business. See photo showing location for proof. Not an honest business.

I bought a tire from them and they said if it doesn’t fit my car or if something is wrong I can bring it back and get a refund. When I put the tire on it had a hole in it and when I brought it back to them they told me that they don’t do refunds and I can get store credit for it.

Popped my tire at 11pm on a Sunday night.. Doug Jr.‘s fixed it up in less than 30 minutes. Very trustworthy guys who do efficient and affordable work. They did a great job. Highly recommend!!

Called in for price, was told $55 exact, upon installing guy asked $60, tire used used could prolly go flat soon and whats even worse wasnt properly balanced, car shaking at past 50mph.The guy offered to rebalance free of charge so thats why 2 stars but bad experience overall. update: as i suspected, little over a month since the tire was installed and its about to go flat , drove less than 1500 miles

We had a string of tires damaged intentionally down our street and needed replacements asap. Doug was helpful, accommodating to help my daughter with a tire until a new one arrived the next morning, offered tire options and different payment options, and had great hours. We brought our 2nd car also. I will use Doug from now on and recommend to my neighbors!

We had packed our car the night before leaving to go back to NC and noticed a flat tire. Called Doug's and spoke to Larry. They were closing early that day but he said he'd wait for us to get there. They sold us a new tire and put it on within just a few minutes. Very helpful and polite. Thanks, Larry and crew!

Be careful with this place. Watch what they’re doing when they’re dealing with your vehicle. They will do things to your car without telling you beforehand because it was “broken” or “no good” to them. They aren’t transparent at all, their communication is very poor. Advocate for yourself, don’t just let them do anything. When I noticed one of the employees ripping something off of my tire rim I had to stop and ask someone what he was doing, I was told he was replacing my valve stem (without my permission). After I left my tire light was on along with a message from my car saying “tire sensor fault”. I drove my car for a couple hours and the message was still there, I called and they told me to bring it in. I brought it in a couple days later and the sensor was supposedly replaced but still didn’t read the tire pressure. No apology, no accountability, no money returned to me for their careless actions. All I was told was “bring it to a dealership”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you care about the longevity of your tires as well as your safety, save yourself the headache spend the extra money and bring your car to Sams or Costco for good quality service/customer service.
