Me saco el gerente y no me atendieron y siempre había venido aquí, mal atención podrían emplear gente amable no solo yo me e quedado hay otras personas que he escuchado que salen con la mala experiencia de servicio

Calidad de taller ai. Yo estoy en utah aquí en utah yebe mi carro al famoso taller Bigo Tires. Solo me asían gastar de por gusto y medesian cosas que ni eso eran la falla. Así que lo traje alos anjeles desde utah. a Douglas Auto Repair calidad 👌 de taller lo recomiendo mi carro quedo como nuevo

DO NOT COME HERE!! Bad auto repair shop. They don’t know anything about European cars. Their prices are high. Dishonest and completely unprofessional. They put regular oil in my car instead of synthetic oil. Which I told the guy SYNTHETIC and he did not. my car didn’t want to turn on and still charged me $900. Douglas if you don’t anything about CARS THEN GO TOO SCHOOL AND Don’t EXPERIENCE ON FIXING VEHICLES which you don’t anything about. I will never come here again and I suggest you guys not too!

I took my BMW car for change oil and they kept my synthetic oil oil and they put regular oil on my car after that my car was broken and the mechanic treated repair it but he made it worst soooo look for another place .

After having my car fixed here; they returned it in the same state and when i returned Douglas refused to fix it. He said it would be to much work.

La verdad para todo el que esté leyendo esto no les recomiendo este taller hacen un pésimo trabajo y te dejan tu vehículo peor de lo que lo tenias y lo peor es que cobran carísimo
