The guys are extremely professional I've known them for years. Fernando is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable technician and he will answer any questions you might have about your car but you got to be reasonable because the shop is always busy. Come on guys, don't be calling and asking for estimates over the phone, that's not how it works. I trust Fernando with my daughter's car, that should tell you something.

I happened to get a flat right next to Douglas auto and frogie who works there happened to walk by and was the nicest person helped me took my tire off patched it and had me on my way before I was late to work. Excellent service!!!

Not very good professionals, think twice before bringing your vehicle to get work done here , I had the same issues with a part I bought from them and had them address the issue 4 times and each time they fixed it the same problem remained.

Was very nice and professional, the sales associate even worked with us. We haggled a little, and he brought the price down. The check engine light was on, when they ran the computer it didn't come up with anything, but they were willing to put a warranty on it. Honestly, would definitely come back.
