Didn’t make a call or have an appointment, just rolled into the shop fighting a flat and the gal @ the front desk was super quick and got me in within half hour. I had been fighting flats for over a year and they walked me back into the shop and showed me that an old style of sensor I had was leaking in the cold. These guys diagnosed a problem lickity split that multiple other shops had missed even after replacing my tires. They had me on my way in no time. Even while I was waiting in the lobby you could hear the mechanics quickly diagnosing other customers and writing up their bill with absolutely fair labor and prices, and had clear communication with the front desk gal. Their shop was also much cleaner and more organized when they walked me back compared to other shops. These guys are ontop of it, make it here if you can… they earned my business by blowing me away with such great service and deserve your business.

We were passing through town and wound up with a flat. DTC had us patched and back on the road quickly! We greatly appreciate their willingness to work with our scenario.

Had the tread ripped off on one of my rear tires in a penske box truck. They were the only place within 60 miles with the correct size. We had a minor issue trying to get the correct socket size for the lug nuts, but made it work. They saved me from having to wait hours and hours for someone to come down from Casper. Thank you so much to everyone here for the great help.

I called for a tire and pricing and she asked for the size and I got out to check and I told her and a truck drove by and I said I can’t hear you please wait for a second. I got hung up on and I called back trying to explain what happened and she got a total attitude and hung up on me again… I’ll never go to this place apparently they don’t like money and treating their customers with respect….

As I was driving to wright from Laramie my muffler had fallen and I was dragging it I pulled into a repair shop who was crazy busy and couldn’t help but was amazing enough to call DTC and they were able to get me in within minutes. They had me fixed up and back on the road within 5 minutes. They were amazing. Thank you all for helping a girl out.

I had a wheel pop off just outside of town. Lost all my lugs nuts and my studs were shot. I called Jason and within 10 minutes he was on the scene with new lugs and we had it back on the road. Took it directly to the shop to have the studs replaced. Jason stopped what he was doing and worked on it himself immediately! He knew I was from out of town on a pronghorn hunting trip and I didn’t want to lose any time on my vacation. He was awesome! Highly recommend these guys over anyone else in the world!

Dude running front desk is detached, indifferent and almost unhaman acting, interrupted me when I was talking and every time I get my tires ballance here they vibrate like crazy. Took to another shop in casper and was told my tires where all and ounce to and ounces and a half off. I don't recommend these guys. They use to be great when they were link tire back in the day.

4 stars because they had the best prices around, shop tech happily rolled my car in and finished all 4 tires in under 20 minutes. Thank you! Reviews on here warn of a surly office crew. Can confirm. 4/5 stars.

We had a flat tire and I thought we were going to have to replace both back tires. we brought our car into Douglas tire center and they were able to repair the tire for 20 bucks and sent us on our way within a half an hour of getting there. I am super impressed and will continue going there!

Can't thank Douglas Tire Center enough for helping out my daughter who was traveling through WY, alone, with a horsetrailer. She had a blow out on the highway and Douglas Tire Center came, helped her put her spare on, and helped her with 4 new tires on the trailer. Got her back on the road, horse still in the trailer! You guys are GREAT!!!

I had a bad tire blow out on my horse trailer that ripped the entire fender off on the side of I25 right near a construction zone. Not only did they come rescue me from the side of the road but they helped me get back to their shop. They immediately helped me change all 4 tires on my trailer with no delay or wait. They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, not to mention had me up and running back on the road in no time. I can’t recommend this place enough for their customer service and how they dropped everything to help me when I needed it most.

I pulled up on an early Thursday morning hopeful that they would air up my tires, I had tried and couldn’t get the caps off it was cold. With no hesitation came right out and aired them up so I could get back on the interstate…thank you from the bottom of my heart, as I was headed to Denver for a Dr appt for my son! You guys Rock!

Got a flat outside of Douglas in a snowstorm. Limped in to this shop with a ruined tire. Changed it and had me on the road in 20 minutes. No charge! These guys are stellar!
