Called this morning to find out what was the wait time for oil change. Lady answered the phone said "I don't know ". I used to get the approximate time on the phone before going to Douglas Nissan for services. I didn't know if Douglas Nissan changed the policy or the Lady answered the phone decided to refuse offer little assistance to Nissan customers.

I made an appointment for my car at 8 in the morning for a part that I had bought months ago that was now messing up, I took my car in to get looked and they had my car from 8 till 6, and never looked at my car. When I called through out the day to see when my car would be ready it seemed no one could tell me what was going on with my car. I asked the manager for a ride to get my car since I would need it the next day and asked me to bring papers for the part I had purchased so he can get a understanding of what’s going on, him saying that I would understand that he would be there so we can resolve my issue and see why my car had not been seen the whole day it was there but no he left. If you have a car that does not require any special work or not a newer vehicle I recommend not going here at all.

Didn't have an appointment but they were able to get me in. Waiting room is clean and snacks are offered. Free coffee is available. Service Attendant discussed what my car needed and what the cost included. Entire visit took about 2 hours. Cost was reasonable. Just wish they could have run my car through a car wash before I left.

Got a flat near by and it was the closest place in Google for tire shop. Granted I waited about 2 hours but they patched it up for free.

Had a 7:30am appointment on Wednesday morning. Arrived at 7:15 Tuesday night to just drop off and put keys in the night drop. The doors were all closed and there was no night drop box to be found. Even though the dealership was closed one of the salesman came outside to help me. He brought me in and had me talk to the sales manager. The sales manager called the service manager at home and provided him all my info. Received a call the next morning to verify the services I was wanting completed and the price. Received updates during the day and a call when the vehicle was done. When the sales tech went to drive my car up to the front he noticed my low battery notification was on for my key fab. He took my keys and replaced the battery for me. Overall great experience.

Our third Nissan and the service department rocks! They help each other behind the scenes and have never just pushed stuff to do to my car on me unless absolutely needed. They truly are home of the nice guys!

Went in to check a low tire light in my truck, they checked it even without me getting off my truck. Great service and great crew. Best of all, no charge. This is a Nissan dealership.
